Im a movie addict, and this cinema house really has the best facilities to enjoy your favorite movies. The seats are nice and comfortable, and the snacks are affordable. I really had a great time in this place, and Im sure that I will come back here again someday. Thank you so much! Its all worth it!

The theater was fantastic! It was so spacious and clean. The team at the ticket counter smiled at me and greeted politely. I adore the fact they have heated chairs and recliners. Furthermore, the image quality has been the very best and I really like the gorgeous sound of the films being showcased. Thank you so much!

The high ticket price came with an implied high quality and in concept it was there. Concessions was diverse and looked good. In the end they were pushing my patience with 30 minutes of previews. The restroom was nice in concept, but things like graffiti scratched into the paint kept showing the uphill battle this location was facing to stay qualityThe seats were old school unlike the modern loungers. It was clean and decent.

Typically AMC theatre.From ticket admissions to concession counters -- all youngster workers at every counter.Hubby and I stopped in yesterday evening to watch a movie. Since it was a Wednesday, the lines werent very long.This AMC (like most of them now) has a cocktail bar. I also noticed they added many of their sauces in bulk in their condiments stand -- items like ranch, bbq buffalo, salsa, and other dipping sauces. Its an added bonus for patrons because we dont have to keep asking for sauces from behind the counter.We order the 4-cheese flatbread pizza, a hot dog, and the nacho combo -- came out to about $40. Yikes.The inside is relatively clean. Not as much trash and litter as other nearby AMCs.As all movie theaters, be prepared to spend $60-$80 for a date night.

This place is great, I like the security and safety of the theater. The seats are very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend people come check this theatre out, family friendly, great customer service. The only suggestion would be to lower the price on their menu, honestly I would eat at the food court and save money!! Other than this place is safe and fun to watch movies with family!

Disappointed with my experience here at this AMC. The place was absolutely disgusting. There was popcorn all over the ground in the movie theater as well as in the seats. One of the friends I was with even sat in a wet Seat in the theatre. Bathrooms had no toilet paper, toilet paper all over the floor, trash not taken out. Sadly, this is one of the most expensive movie theaters in the San Jose and they don’t even have the reclining seats or The ability to reserve seats. I’ll probably never come back here and will continue to support the Cinemark brand.

Great theater its our go to theater with our stubs member ship. Love how we get to choose our seats. Bar is a plus although the people usually dont know how to make the drinks. The could be stronger.

I love AMC theater. The only complaint I have is that it is so cold. In the theaters that its uncomfortable to enjoy the movie. I have to bring a blanket in with me.

Theater was decent and clean, service was good. Entrance can be difficult to find, especially if you do not know the mall. On the outside, it looks like you can enter the theater from there. However, you have to enter the mall and head up to the second floor. I wad disappointed that my theater did not have stadium seating.

A really good place to see movies the theater is inside Eastridge Mall if you see her early movie you can leave and then go shopping also Red Robin is in the same Mall highly recommended

There are many reasons to love this particular AMC theater in the San Jose area but the fact that its located in Eastridge Mall is a big one. Situated directly across from a recently renovated food court, this one has a lot of amenities inside the theater as well. Not all but most of the theaters have reclining leather loges. my kids have always enjoyed the fact that AMC theatres let you put your own butter on your popcorn. One of my favorite things about AMC theaters is their Stubs A List program. For $19.99 a month I can see up to 3 movies per week! Super easy to reserve them through the app and tickets are completely refundable right up until you walk through the door. Then you just scan your barcode and youre in. Not all of the theaters at this location offer advanced seating but there are at least half that do. This theater has a Dolby screen, an IMAX screen and usually offers at least one screen showing in 3D if thats available. #ProTip : cant commit to $20 a month for the past? A classic movie house, great for groups due to the numerous large auditoriums within.

This movie theater is stepping up its game. Has 2 premium theaters with Dolby or IMAX for the latest movies. Also has gone to assigned seating which is nice. Finally, they have added a full bar in the lobby to get drinks while you watch. Good place to go for movies

Whole system was down, couldn’t purchase a ticket. Missed my movie. They didn’t put up any sign at the entrance so people were just standing around not knowing what was going on

This theater give my family refill popcorn without charging us. The seat is decent. Its very close to our home. We love it.

Just like any other AMC. Almost fully automated, spacious, very expensive. They do serve alcohol which is nice. It is a particularly clean location as well. Even so, tickets and food are very pricey.

Its convenient. But its always dirty... Especially the bathrooms. I personally wouldnt get anything thats not pre packaged from the concession.

Old, run down and dirty. When most theaters are upgrading to comfy recliners this theater still uses the original Sears from world war 2 era. We stopped going there cause the seats are so dirty I need to carry a plastic cover.

Went to see Rise of Skywalker on opening weekend. The projection went out (but the audio continued) at a very critical moment in the movie. It ruined the experience and took quite some time for us to track down an employee and have them rewind the film. By then the magic was lost. No one ever came forward and apologized. No one offered any compensation. Just one lonely employee with a broom in one hand and a radio in the other trying to coordinate with the projection booth. A projection failure is inevitable in this industry but the aftermath was very poorly handled.

Whoever gave this place 5 stars must be high. Quality of food nasty. I dont expect a 5 star restaurant but if Im gonna pay this much I expect it to have better quality snacks.

This theater is good but the soda machines needs to be checked every 3 or 4 hours, they run out of flavors fast on a normal week day. Weekends they need to change out the tanks every 2 or 3 hours. Make sure that ice is flowing well. It was slow coming out of machines

The theater itself is nice and the projected image is clear. The only issue is the ticket ordering machine: barely senses your touch, is slow, and gave us an error after printing 1/2 tickets. Had to talk to the front desk resulting us being late for the film. Frustrating.

Worst place ever!They renovated the building the AMC is no longer exists. Now it is some aloha park.This location is closed.We brought tickets cant find the AMC for hours.Will never be back

The theaters are a bit old, a better option is to get the A.M.C app and buy the A list and do Dolby. That is a very nice theater allways clean but a bit pricey.

Martha from the front cashier, was unprofessional and not opened minded. She insisted to contact the manager and acted as one. I highly recommend coming to Oakridge movies instead.

As I order movie tickets from Atom app, I hadn’t problems with staying in line, though. In the other case, I would say, this movie theater is quite clean, good personal, and etc., but also I choose this one just for being nearby to my house, haha

Wow, I do love this theater. The environment and equipment are great. The staffs in this theater are nice. There are many films to choose. A great entertainment place.

I would give them 5 stars if spills were attended immediately. Instead, you find yourself navigating sticky walkways.

Hard to enjoy movies here. I been here 5 times already and the 5 times I been here the theater power goes out. Kids or teens sneak into the theater and ruin the movie horse playing around while the movie showing.

I love going to the $5 Tuesdays, but the crowd at the concessions makes it feel like a Friday night. And the soda machine is always out of something. It would be nice if the auxiliary concession stand could be manned and operated, but I guess the Tuesday crowd doesnt rate high enough for that level of service.

I scored 2 tickets last minute in the dolby-lounge chairs for incredibles 2. Helps if your an AMC Stubs member. Yes its gotten messy in the concession area. But the dolby lounge (literally) rocks. Didnt get to try Macguffins bar ,(opens at 4) that sounds cool

I usually got to Cinulux to save a few dollars, however I always have a good experience when I go to this AMC. There were almost no people, probably due to Corona.

So Ill start off by saying that the location is great because its in the mall and whether or not you just want to do some shopping before or after or while youre waiting for your movie to begin is a big plus. The food court is right across from movie theater and has a great variety of foods to choose from. I bought my tickets online so that was helpful because I didnt have to wait in line and I got to reserve my seat beforehand but once I got there I wasnt too crazy about the place because even before I got to my seat I was disgusted to say the least about the bathrooms! They have a number of employees at the concessions and other places but no one appears to care about the bathrooms. Doors dont lock properly to stalls, bathroom is general is dirty, no toilet paper in some and soap dispensers are empty. GROSS! The seating can be reserved; however I was very disappointed to get a theater that doesnt have these comfy seats advertised everywhere with the reclining nice looking seats *theater 13* basic old fashion uncomfortable seat. You would think with there over priced admission and snack area that they would at least keep the bathrooms that everyone uses up to basic standards and as for the seats let people know that their entire movie theater is not renovated the same might make one think twice and go somewhere else.

I paid $35 dollars on the AMC app for 2 tickets for Uncut Jems. We were placed in an unrenovated theatre. The seats barely recline and they are extremely dirty. Do yourself a favor and choose cinemark at oak ridge.

It’s pretty good. I went to see Captain Marvel in the Dolby Cinema and it was awesome. The chair are really comfortable but they are controlled by a screen which took me a while to figure out. I didn’t order snacks but the restrooms are pretty clean. It’s inside the mall, just to be clear, got lost pretty bad when I went.

They have the assigned seating which is a must plus the comfy chairs. Bar if thats what you want. Crazy how much movie theaters have stepped up their game.

This movie theater is in a great location with plenty of parking and offers a large selection of movies. I went on a Sunday afternoon and it was clean, not overly busy, and a pleasant viewing experience. One of the best movie theaters Ive been to.

So I’ve been an amc member for a month now and not once have they asked for my ID, at first I used to take it with me but after a some time I got tired of just taking it for nothing since they never asked. So today the girl decides that she’s gonna ask for it (I didn’t take it like a said before) and she decides she’s not gonna let me it if I don’t have it. My movie already started and I couldn’t go in. Point : Talk to your workers and tell them to make up their mind, their gonna ask or not?

It was great, free refills, and if you get to watch a movie in Number 5, your Lucky.

Massive movie theater that plays whats current, along with some indie films and special events! Its attached to the Eastridge mall so you access it from the inside of the mall. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Theaters are usually always pretty clean when you enter. This theater will have the best selection in the area!

I love this new A-LIST plan. $20 for up to 3 movies a week. Its brilliant. They finally understand that people not attending the movies cant spend money on concessions. A PURE CAPITALIST PIG move.

It was a great place to relax and enjoy a good movie. It has options for not only snacks and something to eat but also a bar. Also loved the comfortable seating. Favorite place so far in the bay for a movie date night ️

This is the only theatre that Ive experienced where they now offer reserved seating but didnt take the standard approach of updating the seating to something more than stiff, old, ratty and uncomfortable. My back was so sore after watching How To Train Your Dragon. I, personally, wont be going back to this theatre until they stop being so damn cheap and invest into some current/standard amenities.

I liked coming to the Amc its cool inside an the food line went by quick will definitely come back.

We were looking for a place to see a movie on a trip. Nice place and had games to play.

Its very convenient because its attached to the mall, but be ready to spend some money if you buy popcorn and other snacks there. For a large popcorn, two large sodas and three bags of candy was almost $40. Theres a bar and arcade inside as well. Bathrooms were pretty well kept.

The theater was top notch, service was quick and prompt.

Not bad at all. Definitely a step up from what it was before. Today the staff was really friendly and the theater was very clean and there werent any thugs & gangsters loitering around like the old days. Maybe reserved seating and higher ticket prices are cleaning up the clientele. I like the Premiere/A-List lines too.

Ridiculously overpriced. Seats were uncomfortable too. I think the sound systems they have in their theaters are top of the line though.

Amc at Eastridge mall is pretty good. I recommend getting the amc stubs card and racking points each time you watch movie at AMC theatres.
