What is the point of promoting homes in this area it’s in less than two years they are planning to sell! Once the contract ends.. that will leave many people in these communities without homes including myself.... All I can say is unless it’s for sure that you know that this park is not going to be sold to make businesses here I would not invest in buying a home it is a very stressful situation right now don’t put your family through this by home somewhere else! Buying a home here within this time period You could lose it all

A fantastic place to live. I bought a mobile home last September and couldn’t be more happy. The park is always clean and quiet by 9pm. There are never any problems and everybody is very friendly.

Pooly set up mobile home park that is hard to find your way around and easy to get lost.

Being living here since 2007. At first the management really leave you be which means more freedom to do things like remodel, landscaping, etc. But its also means more chaos, people were parking everywhere, ugly looking home, run-down community facilities, etc.. After the new management took over, they over hauled a lot of stuffs and policies. The park looks more organized and clean but it means you cant do certain things anymore. How you like this mobile home park will depend on your personality and living reference. For me, I like this park because its very green and big but quiet at the same time. I dont mind the stricter rules since it weeds out the bad characters and make this community one of the safest place to live in the Bay Area. Seriously, you will rarely lose a delivered items or get your car or house break-in here if you live deep inside the park.

Not bad mobile home community

This is the least strict mobile home park in the area, for many people, thats a good thing, because they have dogs, or dont have a nice house. So management doesnt bother you very often about following the rules. This can be good and bad, depending on how you feel about a rule. This is probably the only park in the area that allows large dogs, at least 10 years ago when I moved here, that was the case, all other parks in the area refuse most dogs.

Allows dogs and has great services. I visit the park daily with my dog. we always meet other dogs a great place if you have a dog. I have noticed quite a few tweakers but they keep to themselves

Mom and pop burger place but there burgers are great ff always fresh and hot even there chicken strips are really good..

Full amenities. Quite a maze of streets, easy to get mixed up what direction youre going

I suppose its average. I see Maintenance out daily cleaning and tending responsibilities. Only thing seems as if people drive rather fast for so many children always being out.

This is more like private jail the maintence guys act like they own the place and snitch on u for ant little thing just to kiss the managers ass to cover up drinking while theyre on duty but no one says anything about that oh and they will tow urcar knowing whos car it is just cuz they dont like u this is over priced gross place to live

Terrible mobile home park one of the wrost! They cut off the power all the time... Too often...... On the hottest day of the year 100 degree weathers power goes out!!!!! Are you kidding me! No emergency number for contact no one will do anything about it . People seriously get sick of heat stroke in their homes at these higher levels of heat ..... management is a complete joke no ethics morals or intelligence when I comes to running a mobile home park.... they need to get new management ASAP this park is going down .... and Im quite sick of the power outages and the water outages as well ..... Something has to change or I will sell my home and leave!!!!!

We have lived here approx 3 years. It is quite and centralized location. The house is so ample it has all the amenities you can think of. The only thing we dont like it some time there is a lot loittering by young kids around. But we do have our own security patrol in the premesis to keep things quite.

High prices for lot rental. Has gone down drastically. Recently got new management. Trying to improve the park. Smack dab in the middle of silicon valley.

Managers are unprofessional and think they are superior to tenants. act as if they are in charge so that means everyone else is below them and must cower to them or else suffer bully tactics

The speed bumps are so steep or deep the bottom of the car scrapes no matter how slow you travel. Not enough guest parking

Driving in the area is okay there are pot holes on the road. Laundromat, carwash, and pool. The manager is horrible. Unfit for work. Wish they find a replacement.

The people in this park are drama and they will tow your vehicle without ample warning
