Nice and safe mobile home neighborhood. Residents all have been here for decades, so everyone knows each other. The public facilities appear to be well maintained; the pool is kept clean but I hardly see anyone there. The residents keep the roads tidy and everyone follows the rule to park within designated spaces.

Huge hallway for any events. Come with extra tables and chairs for more group of people. Love it!

Nice looking homes. Seems like a lot of cars parked everywhere. Residents appear to be very decent folks.

Great place to visit, the Gentleman that works there on Weekends was very helpful and kind.

Even though once you find yourself on the same looping circle that circles the other encircling circles of circling circles it never is a thought what a dump. Not once ib my hundred times going round trying to find my escape did I once think I didnt like the place. Its very well kept along with highly maintained and acually parking a plus. i hate not being able to visit people because th complex or development didnt take into consideration people might have friends and family. And its a pretty nice place.

Worst management Ive ever come across. The most disturbing and appalling neighbors I have ever encountered.

Family park with cabana pool area that is large and always busy. The park appears to have extremely loose HOA rules, as homes are in various states offs repair and landscape is totally lacking or tacky in many instances. Could be a nice park with some effort.

My experience with the management at this park has been absolutely horrendous. I dealt with a park manager named Abraham who was exceptionally professional, detailed and very informative to start.Then I twice spoke with a woman named Liz who is extremely hostile and angry. Completely unable to see past her own point of view and is impossible to communicate with. She is the person who processes approvals to live in the park. I can not understand how two such opposing personalities can manage the same park.I have been an RN for 25 years and rarely come across such overt aggression. Once I grieved over losing my beautiful new house I thought maybe its a blessing in disguise, what if I have to deal with her in the future, the prospect is distasteful. Stay away from this park.

Whats with the Resort charges? Wheres the resort?

Wonderful place at affordable prices lots of amenities, pool, hot tub, sauna, pool table, club house with a banquet hall and kitchen for your family get togethers, freindly staff
