I live here,things could be better

Every time I want to go sit at the sofas in the white building theres always an obese white woman who clearly looks homeless always sleeping on the floor or the sofas they tell her nothing other residents want to sit there as well why dont they do anything about it surely this person cant possibly live here because why do they allow someone like that to roam around

Kept clean and nice, parking is an issue in the summer as they have events at the clubhouse and guest parking is limited. Staff is friendly, but will write home owners up for any and everything possible. There is a lot of vehicle break ins and theft.

Gated park. Kept clean for the most part. People drive a little fast, even though it says 10 mph. A lot of kids. I feel safe letting my son venture out in the park to play.

A friend is employed there. Lovely place.

+ Much nicer, cleaner after owners & tenants reached agreement on park maintenance and improvements. Park is clean, gates function, well lit. Swimming pools, jacuzzi, large well done rec center, pool tables, couches etc.- Warer drainage is inadequate. Storm drains are too few in areas of the park. Flooding possible in major storm. Space directory maps need to be placed throughout park. No security and private property is not patrolled by police. Space rentals are incredibly high.. $1600 + for single-wide space has been reported.

I dont really like Mobile Home parks in general. It is a recipe for disaster waiting to happen. I inherited my place after caring for my mother. If you dont own the land your house/box, whatever, over time the landowner can get you. No reserves for capital improvements over time. I mean really, nothing fixed on electrical, water or sewer and gas since the 1960s. I cant afford to go somewhere else. So, we live with it. There are many other problems as well. The maintenance is a C or D in my mind. They will intimidate you when you complain, like they are doing nothing wrong. Oh, ya they do as little as possible and use your space rent to buy additional properties.

This is a wonderful family mobile home park. Very clean with great facilities and the manager velvet takes Pride in these facts.

I have visited this mobile home park a few times now over the past year. When I visit during the weekdays(Daylight) everything seems to be in order and everyone is going about their day, staff, residents and visitors. You can see a security guard on the premises taking care of the residents and the property. Since it is coming close to summer the day light is available later in the evening so I have been able to come visit the MHP after 8pm. One day, as I was visiting friends that live there the security guard was taking down my vehicles information and I stopped and asked what was the purpose and why he felt the need to continue to write down my information even after the fact that I told him that was my car and I would be leaving immediately. The security guard kept claiming that he was doing his job. When I asked him a relevant question that pertained to his job he could not even give me an answer. I asked the guard one thing, I understand that since I am a visitor I need a visitor pass, correct? I am not a resident, I do not know the rules but can read the sign that is placed here, which I have read and says, No parking without parking permit after 8. Where and how am I supposed to get this Visitor Parking Pass if I come here after 5pm and the office is already closed? His response, I dont know you would have to talk to the office about that. and then I asked, Why do you place this paper stating that my car will be towed if I havent even parked here overnight, let alone a couple of hours? thats when he answered, Im doing my job, and said he could call to have any car towed. I typically visit my friends there after I get off of work, after 7/8 and for a few hours, its horrible to go to a place and feel that unwelcome and fear that your risking getting into unnecessary debt just because some jerk that didnt go to school wants to feel like he has some real power and call the tow truck without a legit reason.

Its a very dangerous place if youre riding a bike. There is no courtesy for people walking or riding on the sidewalk. The residents drive like its a freeway on ramp. Sooner or later someone will get hurt. Very concerned.

Bad management super rasict will try anything to get you to move out. Very underhanded

I visit friends here and would like for some changes as I am considering to move here. I come here frequently to visit a close friend of mine. We often use the basketball court, pools, and fitness center. I came to the basketball park this week and saw a couple of young teenagers, smoking and drinking around the beauty hut and park area. It isnt safe for this to keep occurring because this isnt my first time here. As I said I am planning to move here soon and would like my requests to be fulfilled and considered. Children come along to play at the park a lot and to see potheads and alcoholics hanging around is a bad influence. The basketball court is very unsafe for various reasons. The backboard is broken, it is also slanted, and if you look close, the backboard set-up is hanging on with only a couple of bolts. Here are some request to consider. (I know a backboard can be very costly, but could be easily avoided by maintaining the backboard once a few weeks.) Proper installation of the backboard, (its hanging on a few bolts and a plank of wood...) setting up surveillance around the beauty hut and pool, hire more security, and set up light posts.Off to the fitness center. The fitness center is a very nice addition to the mobile home park. As Im considering moving here soon, I would some minor improvements. Surveillance around the building. More of these young people are around the building doing bad things. Just like the pool and park area. I would like the fitness center to have a WIFI EXTENDER and MORE VENTS or COOLER AC.Please take your time to read through the statements. I want to move here very soon to live near a friend of mine. We hang out but live far apart. I wanted the mobile home park to take some safety precautions and improvements. Maybe a full basketball court? Maybe more surveillance? Maybe often maintenance? Maybe no more ghetto teens that smoke pot and drink in front of children at the park or main attractions? Anyway, please take my request in to consideration as I know Im not the only person complaining about this. I want to move here soon and would like for my request to be fulfilled. I know that can be pricey, but the main attractions should be more taken care of.

Place ok make sure you get parking pass if you staying over night there.. Car will be towed
