Nice neighborhood and helpful people. I went for a party in the clubhouse. The clubhouae was well kept with 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room area.

I love this mobile home park. The park manager is nice and friendly. Rent is affordable and we rarely have any burglaries (due to 24/7 security patrol). It is also right opposite of the Plant it is frankly the best prime location for a mobile home park due to so many actions going on in the Plant.Surrounding areas (outside of mobile home park) are a bit sketchy with lots of homeless people and the new low income apartments popping up in the area but it is outside of the park control.

Its an amazing mobile home community. We celebrate many type of seasonal events like Halloween. We also help each other out. Friendly neighbors and great community!
