*****DO NOT RENT SPACE HERE AT THIS LOCATION!*****ZERO STARS!I am a family friend that is trying to resolve many ongoing issues for a tenant that has lived on this property for almost 30 years. I am trying to resolve daily harassment and abuse issues from the current On-Site Managers as of 7-16-2016. I have tried to contact the owner of the park to resolve many issues of targeted elderly abuse and he has now disconnected his phone number as of 8-16-2016. I have contacted HUD (Federal) and also for the state of CA. I have also contacted the County Adult Protective Services for San Jose, as well as the Department of Aging. Many elderly and low income families live here and the daily threats of eviction and harassment are inexcusable and will not be tolerated any longer from the onsite managers who are husband and wife. The additional stories coming from other tenants living there is outrageous as well.

This place is horrible, the park managers harass all the elderly people that live in the park, this is illegal, these managers without a doubt need to be fired!!!!!
