A place full of great memories to share with family and friends. Whether it’s for the Easter brunch ,4th of July Swim and BBQ, Bingo night with a theme , New Years Eve celebration or the Christmas party with Santa.They have it all with a breath taking view especially as the sun sets , I had my wedding reception there and it was so beautiful every step of the way including a delectable array of food.And to top it off a beautiful golf course for those avid golfers.This is the place to really enjoy life there is something for everyone!

As courses continue to grow this one fades away. I love the tradition and history of this course but it is shackled by the constraints of the populous that surrounds it. As much as I hate to say it, it will soon be a muni-course.

The best value for golf in the Bay Area, and not by a little bit.A nice diverse membership, beauty abounds, wildlife and a course 105 years old or more offers me and my family everything I would like for the money. I like to walk and this may be truly the best walking course around, you can have carts or hoof it; most clubs make you take or you just flat need a cart.Making friends at SJCC is another good reason I joined and the holiday events are nice too.I see improvements in design have happened and they are environmentally conscious. They offer first tee caddies in the summer so I like to support them and its rare to find a caddie as a reasonable cost anywhere. The course itself is not killer long and the shots values are great and no hole playes alike, some flat, some hills and great views from the foothills. The history of the club is cool and they even have ahad the likes of Ken Venturi, Roger Maltby, and others as members, they seem to foster good players including ( as I write this) the number one amatuer in the nation. Expanding teaching and learning offerings are good at SJCC , the main teacher is a former Senior British Open Champion.Swell place whether your a single guy or gal, family, milinial or established or retired.Again, best, best value around if your looking for a GOLF club.

Front 9 hilly and from its original 9 as evident by shortness of holes but tricky elevation changes.Back 9 much longer w great variations of hole designs.Great fun track in great condition

Nice golf course. The greens were in good shape, fun time. The staff was helpful and the day was beautiful. If youre on the Eastside this is really a great place to check out. Grab the clubs and enjoy.

Beautiful location. Membership is actually affordable after the initial down. Wedding packages are more expensive than they advertised online. For a wedding of 100, the middle of the road options for food and drink with the location was over $18,500. If Im going to pay that much, Wedgewood includes more. But this places chef is willing to customize your food. Its a give and take.

The people here are so very nice and friendly. I hope that Mr. Tiger Woods visits here one day soon. If you love 2 golf, this is certainly the place 2 visit and golf.

As a long time member, I can attest that this club is the best deal in Silicon Valley. The golf course is wonderful. You will never tire of playing this jewel in the East Foot Hills.

The occasion was the celebration of life of a patriarch of a very close family I have known the greater part of my life. Point being, the service and attention to every detail made this a very memorable and yet the tone set by the club was comenserate with the milestone of a wonderful friend and family.

My friends & I enjoyed a pleasant and delicious lunch followed by 18 holes of golf. The staff was in tune with our needs, and we had a terrific day. Thank you for taking care of us!

Fast lil postage stamp greens

Great place but not a lot of space for parking. Was there for a celebration of life and I had to park down the atreet.

Im not a member but have had the opportunity to play here twice this year. The course was in great shape both times. The staff are really friendly and helpful and dont appear to treat non-members like outsiders as some clubs do. Great experience!

What can i say...its a private course great members, great environment...very clean and the customer service gets a A+

We had our wedding reception here. The staff was great and very accommodating. Even when we had more people than expected a day before. They totally understood and helped out. The pictures where amazing with the backdrop of the silicon valley sky line.

THE SAN JOSE COUNTRY CLUB PROVIDES DECEIVING AND MISLEADING INFORMATION! I had the worst employment offer ever by this deceiving and misleading so called Country Club. The San Jose Lying Club is more appropriate. I applied as a Prep Cook and was SUPPOSEDLY HIRED BY CHEF JOSE AND THE COUNTRY CLUB. I was hired as a Prep Cook and was told to come down to pick up my New Hire Packet. After completing and returning my New Hire Packet to Chef Jose, HE SAID HE WOULD GIVE MY PACKET TO THE GIRL IN THE OFFICE AND WILL CALL ME WHEN SHE HAS PROCESSED IT. He took my packet and walked away. He never called me with a follow up as to when I will start. I called again a week later and he said that he will check with the girl in the front and will call me back when he finds out. He never did. I CALLED THIS MORNING ONLY TO HEAR FROM HIM THAT HE PUT IN HIS TWO WEEKS AND THAT THE NEW CHEF WILL BRING ON HIS OWN PEOPLE. So I called the Country Club Front Office Manager Alissa. OFFICE MANAGER ALISSA TOLD ME THAT SHE NEVER RECEIVED MY NEW HIRE PACKET AND THAT SHE HAS NO IDEA ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED. She spoke with Chef Jose to figure out was going on. Only to find out that Chef Jose is Leaving the Country Club in a week, two weeks or a month from now. THEY DONT HAVE THIER STORY STRAIGHT! Alissa told me that my employment offer has to be taken back! NOW I AM OUT OF A JOB! I WAS DECEIVED BY CHEF JOSE AND LIED TO BY THE COUNTY CLUB! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DECEIVING COMPANY!!!
