Beautiful club the space is great love the Lounge area the music is always on point Plays all the good hip-hop music and the service is great the bottle service is good the booths are a nice size bathrooms are clean and nice drinks are good

Brought $35 ticket. Waited in line for an hour for apparently no reason. Not worth it. Would rather go somewhere else.

From security personnel all the way to those lady behind the desk all of them are bunch of dishonest, conniving people the bartenders were more human with little dignity in heart but every other person who works up in this place are not a straight or honest person. Wat h your wallet a d watch out for them security cause they are worse then anybody else.

Very unfriendly at the door even tho we reserved a table. The pat down was invasive and uncalled for! I had a very small purse that they took everything out of and inspected it even inside my wallet. They took my life saving medication that is needed and thew it in a box on the ground. I even explained its a heart medication, they came up with a lame excuse that they will give it back if I need it. Well I need it with me now! not for me to hunt you down and then get it. I could pass out and have the ambulance called that would give the club a really bad name for confiscating my medicine. It was a good thing i had someone there who knew one of the people working so i could get my meds back. It was also ratched. The people were undignified, didnt give a f×@k about how they acted. No morals or respect for one another. We left after a hour cause it sucked! We went to club Hue that was the place to be! Great music, dancing and drinks! They treated us with respect and the people were dignified.

Bought a ticket for an event here but when they opened, they still didn’t let anyone in for another 30 minutes to run the clock down so they could start charging cover (and it was raining). After waiting an hour, we left the line and went to Hawthorne, paid a lot less and had a lot more fun.

Do not treat customers with respect, shout at customers at the door, long and long lines, terrible

Nice upscale trendy club. Bartender upstairs was friendly and willing to engage in conversation. She was a pleasure to talk to and beautiful. The layout of the club makes for a great experience. Upscale lounge feel upstairs looking down to the dance floor with another lounge area to one side. Three full bars which means less waiting to get a drink which is always a good thing. Overall, I really enjoyed myself and would recommend it to others. Only negative part was the bathroom, was a major disappointment. It was too small and was a filthy mess.

A group of my friends and I went here for my girlfriends birthday and we paid 1,300 dollars for 5 bottles and a table in VIP. For starters they let anyone upstairs in VIP with no wrist band system so it was packed with a bunch of random people, small problem but nothing that would ruin a night. That is until the table next to use complained about people being up stairs which was fine with me, but low and behold the security came straight to me (only black guy in the group I was in) and told me to get out of the club. Keep in mind they hire security groups so it could have just been that team but the club takes responsibility for the people they hire. Nevertheless, they will never get my business or the business of anyone I know ever again.

**BRAZILIAN PARTY** they advertise the party as free until 10 if you RSVP and we did it. They mention in the RSVP that your free entrance is only guaranteed if you’re in line by 10 and we also did. We were in line for an hour and a half until we got in. They keep the line long so they can take pictures of it.... ? When we got in the place was super crowded (a lot more guys than girls, sorry guys for the misleading photos), there were random fights here and there (I saw a girl get yelled at by 2 different guys that she told me she didn’t know them), the DJ (DJ Kblo) kept skipping from song to a completely different song without making any sense... at least my $16 drink (Henny & coke) was nice and chilled. I’m definitely not coming back!

Good space and floor. They drop confetti from the ceiling with a strobe light sometimes and its really cool to dance in. The music is a little more hip hop beat remixes and not very todays hits, but that depends on the DJ I guess. They try to be a little like an LA or Vegas club with the bottle service girls. People dress a little more upscale than at other clubs in the city. Patroned almost exclusively Asians.

Attitude from the front desk lady as soon as I walked up filled out guest list online to get in for free and they didn’t see my name on list and even with email they made me pay. Not to say was completely dead when I got in around 11pm

Oct 2014 - Fancy club with two floors of space. DJ was not so great on the day I was there and crowd was thin. The hostesses are quite a sight with their skimpy outfits. Id say order your drink on the second floor for a shorter waiting time. Note: Itll cost you $5 to check just one coat.

This club was completely renovated and opened in April 2014. The club has the same feel as the Grand: 2 floors, blasting sound system, lasers and confetti machine. The lines can get pretty long on the weekends and it can be impossible to get in if you dont have good ratio.

Super elegant venue! Bartenders are very friendly! Great music overall

Nice place. Dj box was not that good. Almost EDM music and hiphop a little bit.

Horrible line management. Advertises free tickets before 10:30pm but doesn’t contain the line from people jumping and, and lets people in at a snails pace in order to make sure most people don’t have a shot to get in free. Even arriving at 9:30 didn’t come close. It was $30 to get in but 5 minutes they yell that tickets are now $40.Stay away from this place, shady as hell and a waste of your time.

It was wild when YG was in the building LOL staff is generous & welcoming . security does their job to make sure its safe & fun . will be returning :)

Line was pretty long, but we managed to get in after waiting about 10 min since we were in a special line.$20 cover, and the drinks were somewhat pricey (around $13 for a cocktail). Music was largely EDM, and the restroom lines werent too long. Way too many people on the dance floor though.

Parking is fairly easy for SF at night on the street for free. We came at 945 and no line, on a Saturday. Coat check: $5/coat.There are many couches to sit. Not many people did bottle service and they dont kick you out if the bottle service area is empty and you just wanna sit. But god, its crazily packed because its soooo small. Like at 11 you cannot even dance anymore, its just going to be standing next to each other. Total of 3 bars.Music was ok. Didnt impress me. Ratio of girls:guys is almost 1:1. Thats pretty good for guys. All asian guys and they do all have the same look.

Hmmmm....$20 cover charge to enter an empty room with a DJ who could not pump up the meager crowd.The morning after I compared drink prices and receipts with a couple of friends, prices were inconsistent throughout the night. We used Jaegerbombs as a comparison point:3 JBs at the inside bar - $36 + tip2 JBs at the entrance bar - $28 + tip3 JBs at the inside bar - $40 + tip (not even divisible by 3)
