The shopping experience I had from this supermarket was truly amazing. I was really impressed with the people working there because they are truly masterful and helpful to all of my requests. Also, the products that I needed was complete and of high quality. Indeed, the best spot to do your grocery needs! Strongly recommended!

Were experiencing a pandemic, yall shouldnt be open. Im an ex-exployee of this mall and extremely glad that I got out, before I would have been in danger just by having to keep coming in to work. Having crowds this big inside is unsafe. Even with many - and certainly not all - people wearing masks and 20% capacity youre actively putting your workers and shoppers in danger. Its greedy as hell.

Love this mall! Lots of stores and restaurants!!! Good variety of stores and places to eat. The food court is an awesome place to start. Eat then shop to walk it off. I do miss the fresh baked chocolate chips from Bristol Farms:(

A mall with a variety of options that includes well known names and local shops. Definitely a all-in-one type of mall. Bathroom layout on the (BART level) is quite interesting as it seemed to be designed to create more social interactions. Food options are great here and you might be overwhelmed by them! More signage could be helpful for this mall as if you can easily get lost if you dont pay attention to the signs which can be hard to find/read as well.

Its crazy big and crazy busy but also crazy fun to visit! Its not the most logically organized but once you get a feel for it, its easy to get around. Lots of escalators, cool decorations at Christmas, plenty of restaurants and just overall a very, very classy shopping center for San Francisco. My favorite part is the escalators that roll on a curve. I still cannot get over how cool that is

A great mall that is well organized and best of all. It has a huge food court with a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. Also, you cant get lost here because they have a customer service every floor, which you could ask for a direction. Also, this mall is an eco-friendly environment.

Fantastic mall right in the center of San Francisco next to Union Square. The mall has just about everything youd need, from a large food court to clothing stores, department stores, jewelry, and more!Be sure to go up to the Dome on the top floor for some lovely dining spots. And the basement level has a large food court with a wide range of shops.

Westfield at Powell used to be a terrific mall. However it’s been going slowly downhill in the past decade. Good stores moving out, they removed sunglasses kiosks, the only gelato shop left years ago, entrance smells like urine.

Not all of the stores have reopened. Those that have are fallowing the safety guidelines and limiting the number of people in the store at one time, which makes social distancing easy while doing Christmas shopping.

The place was too large, comfortable to walk in, and safe. Besides, the shoes and the dress that was nice to go shopping in your mall. Till next time!

I am not a big fan of shopping centers but sometimes it helps to have many stores under the same roof, it is a quicker operation if you need to go to some of the stores. The place is quite nice and clean, a breeze compared to downtown generally.

I really like this mall because it one of the last mall around here that is not over crowded with people. Your in and out fast and parking is always available. I know it missing a lot of big retailers compared to Del Amo but I always find what Im looking for and more. If you like shopping without all the drama than this is the mall for you.

My family and I went to the shopping mall and bought some groceries. Suddenly, I meet my old friend, and they really enjoy their shopping. I really like the mall because it has a good ambiance, a very neat and clean place. When you need a stress free, go to this mall and enjoy it. Awesome place and a happy place to go.

Pier 39 is one of the greatest tourist destinations in the great city of San Francisco. It is a lovely place to visit on a sunny off day (Monday-Thursday). The weekends can be a bit much at Pier39 as there are a ton of people, limited parking in the garage, and wait times at restaurants and activities. I have stopped at a few restaurants, the 4D experience, the aquarium, and the donut shop-- all linked to/connected to Pier39. I think its a place you tour to say you did it; however, SF has so much to offer you probably wont make the trip to Pier39 more than once.

Pier 39 is my most favorite place to visit in San Fransisco. It is always active with some or the other event going on. Ive been to this place quite many times and have always found it to be amazing! We went here yesterday and there was a guy playing Saxophone and that created a fun ambience.

Nice shopping centre. Its a must to visit.

This shopping center is my favorite place to shop. I really like how organized they were. The men’s, kid’s, and women’s departments were very accessible. Each floor has customer service. The food court was so big and has a huge variety of foods. The comfort room was so clean and accessible as well. What a great mall!

I love the inside of this mall! But outside with the homeless using the sidewalk as a restroom is....uh yeah.

A great place to shop, indeed! This shopping center really has it all, and Im pleased because the salespeople around here are extremely helpful and attentive. This place is undoubtedly a go-to spot for branded products, shoes, T-shirts, and many more. I really enjoyed my time here, and Im sure that I will come back here soon.

Walking into the Westfield Mall its like almost walking into Cinderellas Castle the escalators are spectacular the way they move the stores very high price but theyre very elegant its a really cool place to walkthrough and look around it really is especially during the holidays the mall is open mandatory. Spiral escalator quite neat plus a pleasant shopping ambiance. Food court is interesting. One can find just about everything here, from souvenirs to cheap Japanese gadgets and all fashion needs/wants.

Overall, its been a while since I been out the house. Then when I do come out the house, it was my first time in this building and it felt great to see these things and enjoy having my personal time and space!

Snobby mall in the center of downtown SF. Good variety of high end clothing stores and the fanciest selection of places to eat (eg. lobster, pastries)in any food court Ive ever seen.

The mall is OK. There are plenty of mom/pop stores mixed along with the brand name stores. This place reminds me of Fallbrook Mall way back when. They do have the good stores like Bath & Body Works, Victorias Secret, and New York & Co. Oh and theres Urban Outfitters and a GAP outlet (outside of the mall). Theyre missing an H&M and more brand name stores.

Beautiful mall filled with a lot of mid- to high-end stores. Centrally located. Easy access via public transportation. Limited parking other than local garages (recommend using ParkWhiz). Can be quite confusing to navigate with so many levels and wings. Still worth the trip!

This is probably the most comprehensive shopping mall in SF or maybe the West coast!! 5 floors and anchored by Bloomberg and many variety of shops which I like. The many cafes and eateries plus food court adds variety attracts many both locals and tourists... enjoy

Everything and everyone was great. I especially liked the the sales that the Adidas store was having! Definitely going to make it a point to go back again soon!

This place is massive with multiple floor levels you can find anything and everything here. They have great food options and you basically dont need or want to leave here except maybe to stop spending money lol. They have a theater inside and a lot of restaurants in here as well. Love this mall!

Great shopping mall in the center of the city. They have a lot of stores with many recognized brands and they also have restaurants and cafes. Just beware of the opening hours, in two occasions I tried to go and it was closed.

Restroom was clean and a partition had been placed between the mens restroom area and the womens area.No hot water to wash your hands.I got good paella at a Mexican Restaurant, to go, of course.

I like this mall, its really big and has a lot of floors full of good businesses. But it sometimes can be too crowded. It has a lot of Asians hanging around there.. And with the covid-19 pandemic going on, Asians cant be completely trusted..sneaky sneaky soy sauce! But still like this mall I just give a chinaman plenty of space so I dont catch the Commie flu.

This is shoppers paradise! It has everything. The mall is new and bright, has an amazing variety of stores and an incredible variety and selection of places to eat in the food fair. Located 5 minutes from Powell Street and Union Square, its centrally located.

Westfield San Francisco Center is nice place to visit and most certainly a good place to find common retail goods and services however the existing fare of commodities stocked by the existing retail tenants is common and repetitive. Thankfully there are a couple of excellent restaurants and parking is sufficient. The advantage some of the main anchor stores have is that they have a mundane inventory for customers to touch and try out (with the exception of some high end jewelry stores) which is clearly better than taking a chance with an online purchase. More retailers and better space utilization would help.

Fear not! The long lines usually move pretty swiftly.

Upscale Mall in San Franciscos Market and 5th Street, stores from Rolex to Zara.

Great destination place to spend a whole day. Lots of food choices on concourse level. Ride the cable car back to Fishermens Wharf.

Tons and tons of shops. Prices truly reflect a great mall in a great big city. I personally love the food courts. They offer everything you could possibly want to eat.Store employees are very friendly and helpful. I recommend Mrs. Fields Cookies. While you are at it do your Holiday shopping.

Love this mall! A huge plus is its direct underground access to Muni and Bart within the mall. It has a large selection of amazing brands, hip stores and multiple food options, and in a very convenient central location! Right outside are the cable cars and more outdoor stores. Yes, there are a lot of tourists and shoppers especially on weekends, but if you go during the weekdays, crowds are much smaller and shopping is a much peaceful experience.

Nice new shopping mall with amazing curved elevators. You really need to walk in just to see how cool it looks.

We love to go shopping at Westfield when we come to San Francisco. During the Christmas holiday it’s beautifully decorated inside! It’s always great to look forward to the Huge Christmas Tree they have in the center of it all. They have a different type of Christmas Tree because every year and it’s always so different but beautiful! A must see!!

I went shopping at Champsports, which is one if my favorite stores because of the variety of items available, the price, and its veteran friendly.

Plenty of parking! Love going to the roof near Five Guys, you can access the wi-fi its just not as strong.

Lots of upscale shopping options. The food court also has good on the go dining choices.

Many a day I spent in this mall when I lived in SF and coming back recently for a work trip brought all the memories back. The stores are the same and depending on the time of day moderately full.I was able to shop from off the street depending on the store.

Love Marshals and MK store. Marshals had s great selection of clothes and MK had shoes to die for! The mall has good sized food court with plenty of options for grabbing a quick bite

Everything is perfect but security is lacking. Was enjoying a nice meal thanks to Tokyo sushi and sbarros. Had a solicitor come up to me while they were wearing name brand clothes asking me for money for food at the food court and harrassed others then left after I confront her about coming there multiple times wearing designer clothes and leaving empty handed with no food. Visit was unpleasant and security did nothing nor acknowledged said solicitor.

Huge shopping mall with tons of stores at your disposal.It actually fits most, if not, all your needs.Good restaurants are inside it and also all sorts of stores from cheapest to the most expensive, at your disposal.I would love more bathrooms as it tends to be a tad scarce when in need.It sometimes hosts different events that will help time fly by as soon as you say Westfield San Francisco.

Definitely the best indoor shopping mall in San Francisco. Not only does it have all of your normal shops that you like to shop at regularly, but it has some very high-end shops that well. The best part about this mall... Was the amazing food court. Gourmet food at its finest!

High end shopping mall in an artsy outdoors setting that was a pleasure to stroll through. The whole compound is very clean and the art/statues exude a feeling more of a museum instead of a mall. The stores are generally of the elite variety with sparse sales.

Good shops. I usually go here for shoes cause you can hit 3 different retailers on one floor. Plenty of other good places. I just go there for shoes

Its convenient that the mall is connected to Powell station.The rotunda part of the mall is also historic and a must see. Therere some panels there explaining the history.Things that could be improved: toilets take a long time to get to and could be cleaner. Wished there were better casual food options in the basement as most of the eateries serve pretty blah food.

Your average American mall that caters to everything from $5 t-shirt at H&M to the $700 Gucci horse-bit loafers at Nordstrom. Most people I see here are here to hang-out and spend time in idleness. This is a good place to spend your discretionary income but expect to pay Market St prices if you want something that is of value. The food court is run of the mill and nothing exciting to write about. If you want good food, head over to Muraccis on Kearny St but they are not open on the weekends.

This mall is not open even though google and the malls website says that it is. Call ahead so you don’t waste your time showing up like I did.

Great mall with many stores anchored by Nordstrom and Bloomingdales with a great food court. You can spend hours here just looking!

Nice mall but poor or not up to the standard food court. One must serve hygienic and good food where so many visitors-and tourist like us come. In fact I must say one of the worst food courts I have EVER visited. Common guys move around visit malls in different cities and try to give the best then only GOD will give you the REST. But the Bake Cheese Tart was expensive but real GOOD!

An enormous shopping complex hue hue hue.A bit pricy but the offers and extensive selection kind of equals it out. Several floors, various brands with everything you might need from clothing to accessories. Worth the visit when you’re nearby. Best you set aside at least one hour to go through it.

Not much to do as a guy or at least what i saw from my first time there but i would definitely go again i liked the hollister store they had some cool clothes the other stores where mostly stores. For women sportswear and for suits and stuff like that

Nice place, nice shops but too busy. You cant even walk in there. The food court is even worse. Restrooms have lines like youre in an amusement park. Is it ever empty enough to go back and be able to shop in peace.

This shopping mall has almost everything a visitor to SF would need. Great shopping haven, safe and clean. There are public restrooms in here too for those who need a quick bathroom break from shopping.

Since I was a Mall Rat in the 90s while I was in my 20s and lived in Dallas, I thought that those days are over and was fortunate to experience the best before the beginning of the end (before online shopping made many Malls close). Boy was I wrong~ Westfield San Franciscohas it all and then some, and the food is so much better than the foodcourts of yesteryear LOL! Fellow shoppers and Mall employees were all in good spirits, the restrooms were refreshingly well cleaned and it was hard to call it a day, too much to still see so I look forward to the next time my dear friends hopefully invite me~ because its not only where you go but who you go with that makes it really special

Big mall with lots of options to choose from. Almost all the major brands has shops inside. There are some offices inside this mall. Bespoke is one of them. The interior of the mall is very beautiful, specially the ceiling. There are some good Asian cuisine restaurants are available inside the mall.

Gorgeous! Beautiful! Gleaming brass handrails....shiny plexiglass encased winding stairwell....everything sparkles and reflects it back....tons of stores. Just a fun experience.
