Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our host, Bernardo was on point with every detail. My daughter really enjoyed herself that she didnt want to leave.

We visited on 10/20/2017. The new remodeled restaurant is quite remarkable. The games are updated as well as the coin system. They now use point cards, similar to Incredible Pizza. Seating has a new layout and its more distributed throughout the restaurant. Guests are still stamped upon entry to keep children from leaving with strangers. There is a new dance floor and Chuck E. will come out periodically to dance with the kids and throw out tickets. The parking lot is still without security, so I do not recommend leaving your valuables in your vehicle. The food is delicious I recommend the sausage pizza and the pepperoni The salad bar is well worth the price, lots of variety for the picky eater. I should note the cleanliness of the facility. Despite witnessing several spills and mishaps, they were dealt with almost immediately. The young man that tests the machines does not seem too happy in his job. He was not friendly and was not eager to help my kids when two games malfunctioned. To be fair, he said he had been there all day, but if you are working in an establishment where your guests are predominantly children, you need to have better p.r. skills. All around, our experience was great. I would recommend to potential visitors.

The lady at the door middle aged hispanic lady black hair great customer service. Went for lunch for sons 5th birthday. She was the only on main floor n front area plus. The whole time patient cleaning machines and game area floor. Kind to my lil ones made the whole visit amazing. It wasnt a party but still our visit was a great one. Happy to acknowledge those who have a great attitude, and assist with amazing customer service.The only reason for the 4 stars was just a few games were out, and chuckie dancing was virtual. Other than that we enjoyed our time.

Unfortunately, they removed the toddler play area so there is really nowhere for the little ones to play. Apparently the stage was also removed with the animatronic characters. (I didnt see this personally as we didnt even fully go inside) We ended up just leaving as this place isnt suitable for the littlest ones. Its a shame. I had my birthdays as a tot at Chuck E. Cheese. On the bright side Peter Pipers was amazing and my little guy even got a fish which he loved, along with the pizza.

Had our daughter birthday day on aug. 31st. And our party helper Madison. Was amazing and speedy. She was a great help. And the manger was very helpful. They both made sure we had everything we needed.

I tell you what the price for 2 XL pizzas,2 salad bars and 13 small drink cups and 1hr game card 110.00 dollars. Then the salad bar is average at best. Chuckie comes out every so often does a dance with kids the kids really like it. Probably wont be going back.

Went to birthday party here. Got play time free through party so had plenty of fun at no cost. Had been my daughters birthday too so I had a coupon for some extra tickets but had to make a small food purchase to redeem. Didnt like their offer on receipt though. Can get 20 tickets by leaving a review on their site, but you have to make another food purchase which is crazy. But all in all had a lot of fun and racked up over 4k tickets for daughter to spend.

The star of Chuck E. Cheeses is Chuck E. Cheese, so when you see him during his hourly performance, you expect there to be fun, energetic interaction with him and children. NOT THIS CHUCK E. CHEESE. He basically came out, turned around 5 times, threw some tickets in the air, then left. When kids tried to touch him or give him a hug, he swept their little hands away from him. He spent most of the time with his back turned towards the kids. He kept looking at what I assume was a manger because she had clipboard and was writing stuff down during the performance. Not sure if they were flirting with each other, but at one point I told Chuck E. Cheese to face the kids! If you are a manager reading this, please pull the camera footage of the performance for 2/7/19 around 7:20-8:30 PM (I cant remember the exact time). It has been my daughters choice to go there for her last 3 birthdays.PLEASE DO BETTER! I want to continue to bring here there. Thank you.

The food was fine, but the cleanliness was awful in the restrooms and game room. I cant completely blame the staff it also matters how customers are but the two hours we were there I only saw one individual cleaning tables and he came around three times. The game room attendant or person that was refilling the tickets left the pieces of tickets on the floor and the little white band that holds the tickets together. That is a small choking hazard. The cashier was friendly but kept her voice very low I basically had to read her lips to understand what she was saying. The pick up counter person just pointed at which pizza was ours and walked away. The greeter could use a bit more cheer when welcoming guests. Judging the way some of the customers were, I wouldnt be thrilled to have them either. Its a tough job, I worked in a similar business and I can only assume that the management needs to pay attention to operations. I will be avoiding this location and willing to drive further to find a location that falls into my standards. Lost one star for cleanliness and another for lack of safety in game room.

Its nice I just wish to have more games and different prizes, all I see is dollar tree items for the prizes,BUT for the most part its great to take a 2-5 year old birthdays you cant lose a kid because its so small,well unless there running. But its three stars for me

I think their food is over priced. I would like to go there because all there games were 1 token each, recently they changed the way you pay to play. Now you have to load $ in a card to play. To me it seems more expensive this way. I dont like it. I would take my kids to play games but since they changed it is left in wont go back.

The restrooms were horrific!! I felt like I was walking into a crime scene!! I had to fight my deep temptation to run to my truck and get the caution tape out and secure the area!! For as much money we spent you think we would have a clean restroom to take OUR CHILDREN TO!! I felt grimy when I left and had to thoroughly sanitize my children before they were off to bed for the night!! My husband and I declared to never have a party at this establishment again!! Chuck E.Cheese has declined since the fun I remember as a child!!

This particular one was awesome. I came to redeem a T-Mobile Tuesday reward. They took care of me and even gave me a free soda for waiting!The building and interior look fairly new. The machines and upholstery are well kept and clean. The walking paths are nice and big to accommodate families and excited kids.

This has been a family fave for years. We have experienced four makeover/remodels throughout the past 27 years & have enjoyed every outing and experience at this location. I can honestly say we have NEVER had a bad experience here. The place is always clean, even during busy times & the staff has always been kind & courteous...a huge reason why we have been loyal patrons for so long. My personal favorite is their All You Can Eat Yummy Salad Bar!! Thank You Chuck E Cheese Managment & Staff for.ensuring our experience with you guys is always a pleasant & fun time!!

Actually 0 stars, we ordered 1 pizza 4 drinks and play 2 play cards $60. Our buzzer goes off immediately we go pick up our pizza. Low and behold COLD PIZZA!!! Horrible customer service when refund was requested.

Made reservations online for my sons birthday. I didnt know what to expect ...but I literally just showed up and they had everything covered! Cake, pinata, party favors, etc was all ready and the hostess wo helped us was great! She made sure we had everything we needed and that my son had the best party!

An amazing place to go to take the kids.

I love the new transition from coins to play cards. We were able to play a ton of games for a little over $20. It has definitely become more affordable with the new play cards. This location was clean and pretty quiet which was nice. My only complaint is that several of the games were broken but besides that it was great. We will be back again.

Great indoor place for the kids to play. The staff tries hard to keep the games and rides working properly. The salad bar is good, but small. The pizza is ok, not great, but we dont really go for the food. Everything is over priced. The kids like it anyway.

First the place was packed which is fine considering it was Saturday... the issues started with me buying 3 card with 65 mins of PLAY TIME each priced at $23! When we finally went to play games two out of the three cards said invalid. We go to the front desk (with receipts in hand) and let them know. They “fixed” the problem by giving me 46 points on the two cards. When we noticed they messed up we got up to the front again only to be told they can only fix the issue by putting points on the cards! How do I pay $69 for PLAY TIME and the only receive it in points! We all know 46 points and 45 mins of play time are two entirely different things. I will most definitely not be returning to this location... I work hard for my money only to be ripped off by employees who clearly don’t care.

Came here for my nieces birthday. She had fun. I was impressed by the NEW LOOK. .The whole restaurant had a upgrade. There are more games. All the games use game cards...no more coins. (If you have any, they are relics. Some day worth money.) The menu changed a little. There is Now a dance floor. The new floor design makes it roomier. Over all, its nice. I came twice to this place and we had an amazing experience. I visited many Check n Cheese places in different cities n states n this one is by far the most incredible one. It is very clean and there are many game machines for kids to play and it is huge inside with lots of tables. And their food is amazing and fresh from the oven . I highly recommend this place for those who want to have an incredible time.

I am glad they replaced the tokens with the unlimited play card. This location seems alot cleaner after remodeling. There are all age appropriate games. Although I am not a fan of their pizza but I would gladly bring my kids here for a good family time.
