Impressed with all the adjustments for covid. What I really liked is that the floors were not all sticky and Gross.

Parking was phenomenal. There were only 4 other cars in the parking lot. We had the theater to ourselves. It was REALLY nice. Popcorn was hot and fresh. We had a great time.

Saw the movie Tenet it was a great movie, Christopher Nolan made an awesome flix have to see it again. REGAL Cielo Vista it a great theater they just need to upgrade there seats to those recliner type. It was so nice to go to the movies after six months.

The theatre smelt like urine and the ac was not working. 2 people, including my friend, went to let them know. Nothing was changed.

Its a pretty good spot to go see a movie. I would have given them more stars, but their fryer was down so no burgers and the hot dogs seem to have been cooked a little too long. Other than that the theater was nice and seats were comfortable.

The movie was great. The family restroom wasnt clean. The popcorn was salty but the manager took care of the situation. Its a convenient location with restaurants all around so I will be visiting again.

The sound and image quality are great but the seats are incredibly uncomfortable. I would go more often if they were to upgrade to more comfortable seating. Its also very cold so bring a blanket!

Ive been going to this theater since I came here, 6 years ago, and I must say that they are the best theater around Ingram area. The places are clean and their employees are very friendly. I would recommend people to go to this place.

Was spacious.. concessions took forever.

The place was squeaky clean and seats were comfortable, except for the restroom. The only thing was, I bought digital tickets and the screening was supposedly 6:00 pm but started playing almost 6:30 pm. We watched Mission Impossible Fallout. All in all, it was a great experience.

This is an older movie theater that has the small seats which are in a fixed position and uncomfortable! The rows are narrow too. This really takes away from the movie experience. It is a much better experience enjoying movies in theaters that have the wider rows and reclining seats. It will be really hard to return to this theater again until it gets a remodeling with upgraded seating. It was a nicer theater years ago when it first opened but now, it has some challenges.

Horrible movie experience!!!!!! There were extremely loud static sounds during the movie. It was also freezing in there (I even had a sweater on). My husband and I both got migraines and left early.

I came to watch Holmes and Watson using an atom movie ticket from my Google maps reviews rewards. The popcorn was good but the popcorn butter here is kind of mild. Good customer service. I went back to get more butter on my popcorn . Usually popcorn butter gives me severe reflux and stomach problems but today I feel no problems so maybe it is healthier. Haha. There is an air hockey table and other cool games while u wait. The large popcorn and large soda combo was 17 bucks. Maybe consider signing up for a regal card to reap rewards and save . In my opinion this is a crazy price for a soda and popcorn! Nice mens bathroom vending selection. Lol

Wasnt overly packed and had lots of great food choices, the prices were perfect. The movie theater was also very clean and the workers were very nice.

A great place for a weekend movie to take the niece and nephew to watch Dora and The Lost City of Gold. They have moderate prices for movie tickets and food and plenty of parking. September 21, 2019

Theater is overdue for a makeover, the seat were dirty & uncomfortable. The theater we were in smelled like a nursing home. Lots of noisy & obnoxious middle school kids so you will not able to enjoy the movie you paid for so just skip this place and go to Santikos instead.

Over all my experience was great. No reason for giving a 4 star rating and not a 5 star rating. Only complaint was about the idea of being a 3D viewing of movie and seeing better without the 3D glasses provided.

I find it frustrating to get to a theater on a weekend between 2-5 only to have one person at the ticket booth or behind the snack counter. Unbelievable!! Its because of this that I started going to Santikos. This has been a few months back. As of Saturday, the movie I wanted to see was at Regal 18 @3:30. Again 6 people in line @ the snack counter and one attendant as before. Nothings changed.

Very family friendly, but very popular therefore super crowded. They dont seem to have enough staff to handle the large movie-goer crowds on weekends, but overall a nice place to take the kids for movie night! Just buy your tickets online and be sure to go EXTRA early to avoid the long wait at concessions!

This place seems rarely busy. Were always able to get seats. The concession lines can be long like most theaters.

Something is almost always wrong. Once the picture was too dim. Another time the fire alarms had been activated and while the sound was stopped, the strobing lights distracted majorly from being able to see the movie. It is very inexpensive so at least youre not paying a whole lot for bad quality

The theater had a moldy odor walking through the hallway towards auditorium 16, the floor sticky in the theater, and the food didnt match on what my wife and I paid for. Lastly, the seats werent very comfortable and with someone who has a previous neck injury, having seats which cant recline even slightly isnt what my wife and I paid money for....We come to the theater and pay for the experience and the amenities, along with having comfort which goes beyond what we have at home.

It is a nice theater. The ads were still playing when the movie Love and Mercy started. Thankfully, after many patrons alerted the staff, they restarted the movie. I plan to return for another movie in the near future.

The customer service here is outstanding and the place is so comfortable for the relaxing viewing of movies, everyone is always so nice and helpful, and help you relax and enjoy the movie

This place has really gone down hill. The sad thing is that a little customer service could make a big difference. 4 movie tickets with concessions cost me over $120. I understand it cost money to see a movie. But rude and unprofessional people made it not seem worth it. Also, the popcorn was stale.

I had one of the worst movie experiences ever here. I got tickets for a special screening on 9/16 at 7 pm that included a poster. I didnt receive a poster because they said they ran out. Then the sound didnt work during the message from the director and the first 10 minutes of the movie. The employees refused to restart the movie. The management team never apologized or came out to talk to anyone. No one should come to this theater. (Update)The customer service department did reply to my complaint and I was given was two free SMALL popcorns. Even though I dont like popcorn and rarely eat it. They also stated they have state of the art equipment even though the sound didnt work during the movie. Worst customer service ever.

I came to enjoy myself at the movies. I always go to the movies and I decide to go to Regal 18 to see Scary stories to tell. Horrible mistake! My husband and I we’re trying to find out seats and the whole sections was dirty. Popcorn, food and drinks everywhere! It felt so dirty and I didn’t even want to watch the movie anymore!

Went to see Adams Family. It was a great movie. However. There was throw up in two different areas and management would not clean it up so it smelled. Then someone was spraying something to hide the horrible smell and it only made it worse. I recommend the movie not the theater.

Good theater. Nothing fancy, but it doesnt need to be. The movie I saw, it was entirely empty so I could do whatever I wanted lol. Anyways, theres no recliners as far as I know, which is unfortunate, but not a huge deal. Seating is incredibly spacious. Food is what you would expect. Not the best theater, but nonetheless a good one all the same

This was our first time visiting this theater and it was a horrible experience. The employees were rude and the screen in our theater did not work for 3D. I had to complain 4 separate times before I was told the screen could not be fixed. The manager was friendly and accommodating but by the time she became involved in the situation we were ready to recieve our refund and go.

Awsome theater experience. Comfortable seats. Big wide screen. Surround sound is great. I love their popcorn but they have other tasty treats. Enjoyed the whole experience. Dont forget to ask about ticket discounts.

The carpet & chairs smell funky. The seating space was tight. There was a kid behind me standing there talking during the movie & it felt like he was right next to my ear. The only good thing was the parking lot was huge.

Not a huge fan of this theater. It was just dingy and dirty. Shoes stuck to the floor in the theater and in the bathroom. Carpets look like they could use a good long wash. The theater itself was humid. Went to see a morning movie in the middle of the week. Not crowded no real excuse for the dirtiness. Staff was courteous.

I love Regal theatres. They tend to have a handicapped person working the ticket collection and I think it is so AWESOME they are an equal opportunity employer! I will always go to Regal for this reason alone.

Nice theatre, not a long wait to get tickets, and concessions is very quick and courteous.

Ticket vendors are usually slow is why lines get long fast, and they always only seem to have only one person working the booth. Concession stand lines are always long you have to arrive head of time so you dont get stuck in the line while the movie starts.

Highly expensive, large popcorn is almost 10 dollars same for drink. Movie was not loud at all. Lots of workers seem like they hate their job.

This place needs some love. Took my kids to watch Sonic and the Theater smelled like mold and it was really muggy and hard to breathe.

Uncomfortable seats, sticky floors, low quality sound and the speakers on my left were distorting and popping. Ordered a meal and got half cooked burger and fries. This place needs a face lift badly. Saw the first joker screening of the day, there should be no reason for the theater to have been so filthy. Unacceptable! I will not be going here ever again.

Great place to watch movies, the food selection is good to. 18 screens so you have a good selection of movies any given night. The only down side is that they havent been able to upgrade to all recliner seats yet. But the seats they currently have a re comfortable and clean.

Over priced like all theaters, but overall a nice theater. The seats seamed a little tight for bigger people. This theater has a nice snack bar and an arcade/waiting area in the lobby.

I have to write a review about my experience today. So I rely on VIA trans transportation and my ride got here at 9:50am for an 11:50am movie. My ride left and I was stuck outside for 5 minutes because the doors were locked, it was very cold. I saw a guy walking inside and I knocked on the door. He came to the door and I explained my predicament, he allowed me to go inside because I couldnt stand for long as I use a cane. He told me his name was CHESTER. You are a great man CHESTER, very polite and considerate. May God truly bless you and elevate you in every area of your life. Came to watch a movie but they dont have the comfort laid back chairs. Its alright. I enjoyed the movie experience.

The image quality and sound are great but the seating really needs an upgrade! They also keep it super cold in there so grab yourself a blanket and take it with you.

Very clean and big inside, the carpets smell moldy, the seats are hella small, they have no fried pickles and the staff are not very friendly. Other than the is was a good time watched Zombieland 2.

I watched Avengers Endgame 3D in auditorium 1. The leg room is kinda small for a big person. The seat I had E5 was ragged. I was sitting very uncomfortably for the whole three hours. It was a torture for me.*Please replace your seats asap.*There was no staff on duty at the moment. The guy at E1 was super loud talking and commenting during the movie. You should have a staff during the movie who can help resolve this kind of problem.The whole nuisance ruined my movie experience. The floor was really dirty as well. There was food on the ground. It seemed nobody took the time to clean before showtime.My drink got mixed up as well. I ordered a Diet Coke and my friend ordered a regular Coke. When we got our drink, I realized that I was drinking a regular Coke. The staff just gave us drinks without telling us which one was which.I was so emotionally invested in the movie that I did not care about little annoyance. I left 4 stars originally for the movie.

Its a great place to go with friends and family. The only thing is the line for the snacks are long and also the snacks are too pricey. Other than that it was great.

This place use to be our favorite theater until today. We purchased some loaded fries for our little daughter and it came with no fork. The movie was starting so my wife went to ask for a fork but no one would give her one! Three lady’s ignored her and after twenty minutes she was told the forks are locked up. Who locks up the forks? Ironically the sodas and candy are right in front for anyone to grab but God forbid a fork?!!!

Came to see a movie, great location close to home and the kids special is perfect size. Popcorn and drink. The place was a little warm but could have been because too many people. Otherwise it was great.

Went to watch end game at this theater, ordered our tickets online and the lines for food were very long which is understandable, they were busy, but we stood in line for over an HOUR and missed a good portion of the movie! The girl must have been new but the wait was ridiculous and our food was cold. Popcorn was good but definitely wouldn’t pick this theater as my first choice.

The picture quality and Sound systems were good. However the ambiance killed the experience. Some of the screens like screen 17 theater stinks badly.It would be great if the Carpets in the hallway are renewed and theatre interior had some kinda air freshner dispensers.

This was a nice theater. Will go again. Actually I love all regal theatres. I suggest signing up for points if you go to the movies regularly. We have gotten free food and drinks or free food and drink upgrades with our points. This theater was big. Spacious. Clean. And the sound was great. No complaints on my visit.

The seats dont recline and the sound system is starting to sound muffled and old. Its time for some renovations at Regal. I just watched the Avengers End Game here. Its a long movie. It would have been so much better if the seats were more comfortable.

Honestly, you get what you pay for. The theaters are not the best, but they always have a bigger movie selection than Alamo or Santikos. That being said, they are obviously in decline. The concessions are ridiculously pricey and not very good.

Currently seeing Avengers at 5 30 took #16 there is no air in here. Many complaints because the air was turned off and the lights left on. How can they do this to people for 3 hours. I feel like calling the cops. I want my money back. I had to step out, people are fanning themselves waiting for more lies about them found to fix it

I got a spicy chicken sandwich and it tasted undercook. Throughout the entire movie kids were running around, yelling, and crying so i could barley hear the movie and nothing was done about it. A family day ruined.

I took off two stars for the long wait at the concession stand.The theater is great for an outing, plenty of parking spots, clean interiors, comfortable seating, good screens.Seemed like the movie theaters are not attracting a lot of crowd these days, which is probably the reason for plenty of parking spots. Maybe also for the poor service since the employees are jaded and dejected. Hopefully they will come up with a plan to improve sales. I know that the market is still alive as they are opening a brand new movie plex in our neighborhood. Cmon Regal cinema dont give up without a fight.

My food was ice cold manager claimed to give me a refund an hed make a fresh one for the inconvenience, he didnt he put the one that was sitting for hours in a oven in back. Thats super disgusting an could led to food poisoning.Update:Manager claimed to give me a refund I still have not received it. Called customer service they told me 10days Ill get it back. Absolutely livid about that. Then I get an auto response on my review here to a customer service help site. Guess what its a dead link Regal Cinema is never going above a 1 star for me. I went to the arcade arena to pass some time but the cards you need to swipe are all glitchy and they just ate my money so i pretty much lost 10$ and will never get em back. One of the driving games the fast and furious didnt really work as well as id hoped cause the steering wheel wasnt functioning right. Moral of the story dont waste your money here.

It was okay. Its huge but its pretty busy I guess because it was pretty dirty whenever I went to see End Game. I like how they opened up several other theatres to show End Game though since everywhere else was packed. So considerability and customer service is great. Just gotta do something about maintaining cleanliness. Also, kind of sad there were no trailers shown before the film but I guess it was because it was a last minute showing in that theater. It was a good experience though! I love Regal and Id love to come back here again :)
