A once great organization, SS&E has lost sight of their values amid the COVID-19 pandemic, sale of the Rampage hockey team, mass layoffs, and struggles to re-establish their winning identity both on and off the court. New CEO R.C. Buford was brought in as a means for cultural continuity from the basketball side, but is blowing things up left and right with little foresight as he struggles to lead the organization through the turbulent landscape of 2020. Once driven by the passionate and talented people that make up the company, SS&E has morphed into a penny pinching, bottom-line driven organization that has employees on edge wondering if they might be the next to get tossed to the curb like Tuesdays trash.
Stand for the National Anthem, ungrateful punks.
