The staff is very helpful here. We were greeted upon entry and an employee helped us find everything we needed. I highly recommend for college students, because the prices are quite reasonable. Remember to take your student ID for a discount.

Employees were rude when we were trying to find the exact shade that we were looking for. We had the color we were looking for in our head but they were making rude comments to each other about us testing the colors in the books that they provided. When flipping through the books people had drawn full pictures, so why it was not OK to draw a few lines with the markers was baffling. Dont plan on returning to that location since we were made to feel unwanted and judged.

People are always so helpful and eager to assist. Always great prices. Make sure you get the VIP membership those discounts help out.

Jerry’s framing department does a wonderful job of customizing artwork. I’ve had a few pieces framed and canvases stretched.They are super helpful!

Jerrys SA is where I go for Michael Harding and Old Holland oil paints. They also have a great selection of gesso on wood for those of us who love painting detail.

I was there the other day and my friend has an art class and needed some watercolors and coldpress,I was just amazed at all yall had there just mostly window shopping,I liked the art yall had on display ,I mostly airbrush freehand or curves and saw you all had a little kit there,and a wide selection of canvass but I enjoyed the music ,atmosphere and will be back thankyou

Jerrys Artarama is awesome. My daughter comes here when she has a school art project. The staff is full of energy and sound advice. She often leaves with a little more then she was supposed to. However Im always satisfied when it come to checking out. Got to live the prices.

Has a wide assortment of art supplies. Ive even found canvas panels already tinted with color. The have specials sometimes on items. Also have a card for free membership. It enables you to get 20% off of purchases. My go to for art supplies because of quality and brands. Reasonably priced as well

I like their variety of colors and materials. They really have good deals especially in the back to school sale. And they always offer the discount card which ultimately does give a fair discount. The student discount is better than another store I went to. Far but good.

This was my first time here. The vast selection of products is wonderful. I came here looking for aluminum panels and gesso and wound up leaving with those things and one of my favorite colors of fiber reactive dye, a color that is hard to find locally. I also picked up a cradled gesso board panel that I had been eyeing online. Im looking forward to returning to check out some other products and see what the art demos and other events are like. Best art supply store in town, hands down. I love this place so much. They have such a wide variaty and its easy to find stuff. If you need any help the employees are always very willing to help and are very kind. I really love this place. I love that they have local art on the walls too, it brings a nice home-y feel to it. Like you could just curl up and start painting right there. I love it.

Refused to redeem gift card, claiming it was empty, despite the fact the cards are kept where only the store has access to them. I used to shop there often, but never again. Either the clerk didnt know her job when selling the card or it was deliberate fraud; in any event, the manager should have made good the small amount that SHOULD have been on the card, particularly for a long-term customer who always spent considerable money there. Their loss! There are plenty of other stores providing better customer service.

They have a little bit of everything. Prices are a little (and in some cases a lot) more than Amazon. But sometimes you really need to see what something is like before taking the plunge. Emphasis seems to be on traditional painting and coloring, but they do have some pouring and sculpture/modeling supplies.

This place is AMAZING!! I cant believe I didnt know this place existed. When I walked in there was so many pastels. shelves of them and there was singles also. Few places sell single pastels and the places that do usually only sell those large expensive sennelier ones. This place has different brands, including sennelier, but whats cool is they have a good selection of semi-hard, soft, and oil pastels.The watercolor selection was great. They carry several brands but I only paid attention to Winsor & Newton so Ill only speak of them. They have all 3 sizes of watercolor tubes that Winsor makes. They carry every single color that Winsor makes or atlease it seems that way. To top it off the prices were lower than any place that Ive ever seen. Theres some watercolors that are literally HALF the price of what one of their competitors charge. Id go to that place off callaghan because I didnt know any better. Hell, Ive even left a good review for the other store but now that I realize how much I over paid for the same items.If youre an artist then you have to see this place and if you do take a look at the great paintings around the place.I spoke to two workers there and they both gave me great advice. George, the main guy, is very informative and helpful. I was happy that he seemed like he really was interested in seeing my paintings that are on my phone.Ive Never seen an art store thats so complete like this one since I was in NYC.

Although they had a lot of supplies the customer service was horrible to the point that I rather not buy anything here at all. When asking questions about what they had, the store clerk that I was speaking to seemed annoyed and short not only with me but other customers as well. Might try again, might not.

I like the huge selection of art supplies and I have purchased from the store before. Today, I was dissatisfied with the customer service. I believe the gentleman was the manager and he was very rude and abrupt. I simply asked again about the color pencils and his response was I already told you that this is all we have. I then proceeded to ask about the sale advertised on line at Jerrys Artarrama and again was very rudely told I dont know what sales they have, we are not part of that website. Will not be returning. Furthermore, I did not care to made to feel as if my family and I were being watched as we walked around the store. I dont think that I have to be dressed professionally on my days off to get better service. RANT OVER!
