I took in a photo and two antique embroidery that my grandmother did. The framing was spectacular. Such precious items preserved for future generations

Truly great staff. It didnt end up working out for me to get my project done with them, but at no fault of FRAMED. These are great people to work with.

Bad business. I would give less stars if i could. Do NOT pay full amount in advance and get itemized receipt. They will cheat you. I changed frame to a little more expensive one but canceled work on 2 other items. They first said I was due refund of $107 which I did not receive. Picked up item after 4 weeks (which they did not call when ready) and said refund will be $83 which I did not receive. Received a check in the mail for only $67. I will NEVER do business with these people again.

Very knowledgeable staff got in and out in 20 minutes. I’m having three pieces framed and I chose pretty pricey frames so I’m going to be spending a little over $600 dollars but my art is really going to pop.
