Where to start? Excellent customer service from the start. As a first time visitor, my date and I visited Clay Casa yesterday evening not knowing what to expect. However, the staff were so warm, friendly and knowledgeable from the very start. Anthony was especially very helpful in making sure to answer all our questions and provided us with helpful tips in creating a lovely piece. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was nothing less than wonderful. Among the midst of this pandemic, this is a great escape for a fun and relaxing date night or a small group setting. All safety measures were observed. Highly recommend!!

I love bringing my 8 yr old daughter here to paint together, but I also love coming when the kids are in school and painting in peace & quiet. It honestly is very relaxing. It took a while to paint this doxie flower pot, but I loved every minute of it.

My boyfriend and I checked this place out on our second date and found it to be fantastic! We were immediately greeted at the door and felt welcome. There was a great variety of pottery and the employees were very open with their knowledge about painting techniques. They are very adamant about practicing social distancing and would prefer if you call ahead of time so that they can arrange the tables to fit your needs. Clay casa is also byob! I really wish I remembered their names, but the workers truly made it an unforgettable experience.

The employees were available and offered assistance. They never hovered. Everyone was very friendly. Everything is clearly labeled and clean.

Manager was extremely nice and helpful. Ive never painted pottery and he showed me great techniques that were easy and I had a great time. I could spend all day here easy. Worth every penny. One of the best places for dates or to take your kids.

Amazing place and amazing customer service. On my visit, I misunderstood the use of their stickers, but instead of ignoring it, they went above and beyond to help me fix it. This place is one of San Antonio’s gems. My husband and I had a blast, and we will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Loved a family day! Had a fantastic time. Wished they stayed open longer or I lived closer!

Great customer service but this place has changed. The pricing is outragious compared to what it was a year or so ago. No studio fee but spending $200 for 5 of us when it used to be half that. And the pant has changed as well, it is not the same quality that is used to be. Too bad this place used to be a gem.

Wonderful place and so many different clays to choose from

I had a wonderful experience there. My family was able to relax and be comfortable. The time flew by fast. There were so many options. Im definitely going back.

Nice little escape from life.

Ruined by new owners. They painted over the hands that had been on the walls for over 20 years by all those kids that went to summer camp there. and they threw away all the little paint dishes that had the individual little wells. Prices are up by 30% and the paint has been changed to this new runny mess that clumps up. This comes from somone who took all 3 of my daughters there for the past 12 years..

We had our daughters Birthday party at clay casa. They are just awesome. Very helpful and dedicated staff, willing to go the extra mile to make you and your guests comfortable.Children love the concept of painting a toy. They have a wide variety to choose from too.Overall, I will highly recommend this place to host your party.

So much fun. And so many selections to chose from. Peices and paint! It is a little bit pricey though.

First timers! The staff was awesome! We were greated as soon as we walked in and explained how it all works. The staff was super helpful. We really enjoyed it! We will be painting again for sure!!!

This place is a creative haven! Ive driven by here a lot and have always had it on my list of local things to do/try. Recently, my friend was in San Antonio (visiting from Austin) for the day so we stopped by to paint and catch up for a few hours. We absolutely loved our experience here! Great/fair prices, tons of unique items to paint (excellent options from beginner to more advanced pieces), plenty of various art supplies, fun atmosphere, and quick turnaround time on firings of finished products. Absolutely LOVE this studio and will be back many times in the future!

I brought my daughter here for her birthday (no party, just us) She picked out a small plate and I got a coffee mug. It was so much fun! It gave us a chance to be creative and relax. The people there were extremely nice and helpful. We got a text exactly a week later to pick up our pieces. They came out great! My daughter always asks to have dinner served on HER plate. We will definately be back. Maybe we will try the mosaic or glass fusing next time. Keep up the great work!

This place is fantastic ! Love everything about it! We reserved a private room after normal hours for a team building event. Ally was perfect! She was patent with us (we were about rowdy, and not crafty) she made the experience great! She helped us with the project (mosaic frames) and even gave us suggestions to help us out. We were so happy with the service we will be scheduling our next event in the near future. My boss is even having her sons bday party thia summer! Thank you again for everything we appreciate you!!!

Usually very busy but once you pick what you want the fun takes the time away. Large variety of crafts and many diffrent prices. Would recomend.

Clay Casa is awesome. Positive atmosphere, genuine staff, beautiful little shop. Such a personal activity and its a unique experience for all ages (and families, too). My parents, friends I go to college with, and my younger brother all love Clay Casa. Seriously, no complaints.

We celebrated my daughter’s 5 th bday here and it’s was beautiful! The owner and staff (Allei and Sada) were very helpful and they made sure that all kids were enjoying their time.

We had a great time celebrating my mothers birthday here. Jazmine(sp) was so hopefuland guided or group when they did not know what to do next or how to do it. She actually made the day for my sister in law and mother in law. Cant wait to see let pieces.

I love this place. The instructors were very knowledgable and attentive. Had a blast with the beginners glass fusion class. Going to do other glass classes. Go with the flow and have fun !
