I’m from Houston and took my 2 year old son here. My son had a blast, he was playing for 3 hours non stop. They also had a fun selection of food/snacks/drinks for kids. Which my son also enjoyed while watching this kids movie they had on. I would give four stars because my son wanted me to play with him but adults aren’t allowed to enter inside the play areas. But there were some kids that were nice enough to take his hand and helped him climb, swing, and jump. Seeing my son laugh and smile I have to give 5 stars.

We went for a four year olds birthday party. The kids had a lot of fun. They have remodeled it, and added an additional climbing area. I would like it if you were only to allowed to go to certain areas during the party, like at Pump it Up. The parents had to run around everywhere chasing their kids around when there was a party hostess waiting and walking around.

One of my kids must do places. They have a decent price point and nice inflatable and play place. It is in a word, loud. So as long as youre down for that level of fun, its pretty good. Theres snack food, pizza, etc... available. And theres a movie theater that plays kid flicks and they have dancing in there as well. They do a great job of not letting the kids out without their assigned parent. Which, as though mine is far too old for that to be an issue, I find reassuring.

Nice place for the kids to run around. Its safe and enough variety to keep the kids entertained for a few hours. Friendly staff and clean play area. Definitely will be a place we visit more regularly! Only complaint I have is that it was so cold in there! But really thats my own opinion and I dont expect any different because the kids are running around and hot so Im sure it feels good to them!

Went here a few weeks ago for a birthday invite. They have done a lot of really nice upgrades. Huge play jungle gym in the center and a variety of jumpy houses and slides. My kids had a blast! The staff that helped with the party was great with the kids, super friendly and helpful.

This was a great outlet for that summer fun energy the kiddos need to get out. I recommend coming on Tue or Thurs for 1/2 price fun. Overall thumbs up!

The people that work are nice. The pizza was very and the wings were also very good.My grandauther had a good time. Its a very friendly place.

This place is great for birthday parties, in particular for the younger ones. They have a schedule and they stick to it, but we did not feel rushed at all. I really appreciate they frequently update and change the play area. Prices are reasonable. The security protocol they have for children and parents makes the experience comfortable and stress free.

This place is awesome for kids! Before noon on Saturdays is a great time for 3 and unders.

Was there this past Saturday. I was really impressed with all of the staff they were so nice the young ladies took time to dance with the kids. The upgrades that have been since last the last time I was there are really nice. We had a great time. Staff was great.

This is a great place. I think it is the best indoor fun for kids ages between 2 and up throughout San Antonio. My daughter has been coming here for years. I always give her a choice of where she wants to go, and she has been everywhere (Fiesta Texas, Aquarium, Kiddie Park, etc. etc.) and four out of five times she says Inflatable Wonderland. The hours and the friendly staff are all so good. Such a great place! Christian Bible verses painted on walls. Just a great family place, and a place my daughter and I have created a lot of memories at over the years.

Our first time here for a Birthday party. Very impressed with the party hostess and the inflatables/games for kiddos. Will definitely be coming back!

Such a fun place for your kids

The place is great for kids to run off some energy but they are severely understaffed. The minimal staff they do have are teenagers and do not seem to care. Not all parents monitor their kids and they play very rough. It’s better to cone when they’re not so busy.

We had a blast. The new play scape is phenomenal. My grandson is almost 9 and he played for 3 hours. The new tables and chairs and bench seats are really nice. Loved it. It was nice and cool for the kids too. We will definitely be coming more often especially since its half price on Tuesday and Thursday.

We went for a birthday party and our first time at IW and my son loved it. Very clean, nice cold ac, good yummy food, friendly staff. Lots of fun!! Oh and hand sanitizer everywhere thank you IW lol...... Already planning to go back!!

This is a great place to host kids parties. Ive hosted both my 3 and 5 year old parties there and they continue to want to go there. It will cost about $500 to host a party of about 25 kids. We ordered extra pizzas and chicken wings for the adults. Party packages will include a host who will help with serving pizza and cake and will bag up presents to take home. They frequently change out the inflatables and it always looks and smells clean.

I know kids would all give this place a 5 star review. But, would they? If they paid attention to the same 9 songs playing in a loop. If they looked at the variety of inflatables would they wonder if there are better options?Weve been twice now. I really cant stand the music for more than about 2 hours. There absolutely nothing for parents to do, zip, zero, nada.Over all the place is great for a couple hours. I guess we always hit the discount half off day. So people often pay double what I do?! Do they bring out more bounce options? Unveil a new game room of arcade bankruptcy? Play newly released movies in the little theater section? Post better food options?For 5$ I would even venture to 4 stars if it werent for the music. For 10$ the place is a solid 3 with a downward slide

Love taking my youngest son currently 10yrs old. Always has fun. Weve attended a few birthday parties also very fun. Great staff and food cost as much as anything youd buy in the food court. Taste like fast food. For $10 to jump all day and be able to come and go, no one can really complain. This isnt a drop your kid off place. You stay with your kid, and watch them have fun , burn some energy off.I recommend this to anyone with kids 11 and under. There are designated areas for toddlers.

Had Paris Rose 6th birthday celebration here yesterday. They had a blast. Has improved a lot over the years.

Tuesday is $5 day. I am able to relax and sit in a comfy sofa and read my book while the hobos play and run around. Good deal!

Poor Customer Service Skills. They will not allow your to bring in any gifts unless you paid hundreds on a party package and if you ask questions theyll call security and have you kicked out!

Great place to chill while your kids burn off some energy. Inexpensive, and the food is a little better than youd expect. The staff even breaks up the bouncy house goings on occasionally with a kiddie dance party.

I had my two year olds birthday party here and am so glad I did! I shopped around and this place is definitely the best deal I was able to find in town. The staff did a great job planning it and so much stress was eliminated since they did the planning, the cooking, etc. We had 11 kids under 11 and 6 kids over 11 and they all had a blast..... I would recommend this place to anyone

After eating their pizza everyone in our party got food poisoning. We were all miserable. The kids did have fun running around though. So Id recommend not eating their food.

My kiddos love taking trips to IW! The perfect spot for parents to sit and catch their own breath while the kids have a great time on inflatables, giant bounce scape, playing arcade games, grabbing a snack from snack bar or watching a movie in the theater. So much to do and an all day wristband for the kiddos to do it! We love it!️

Great fun for the kids and the pizza is actually pretty good, much better than other places like Chuckees. They change things up and keep everything clean.My only complaint is that they have an area of bouncy houses for 5 and under but they dont regulate it whatsoever. My 3 yr old got pushed down by kids much older and I saw this happen to other little ones several times. They should keep an eye on that.

The Staff is Extremely Friendly and helpful. The location is always clean. It’s not some rinky dink hole in the wall but a wonderful place for the kiddos. I’ve been taking my daughter there regularly for over a year and have never had a bad experience!!!

Really great place for kids under 11 to play, bounce, and interact. There is a good security system ensuring your kid can only leave with the parent. I also like how there are food, drinks, and restrooms all together within the establishment. One of my favorite features is the ability to pay once and play all day. You can play a bit, leave to shop a bit, go back and play a bit more etc. all for the one price.

Its a great place to take your kids they have moon walks a small theater and tons of games

I have been coming here since my oldest child was 2 and he is now about to be 9! I have 2 other children as well and this has been our go to place for birthday parties, or even just a fun day out! We have never had a bad experience here. The only concern I have is that they are constantly rearranging the inflatables and birthday party sections, and I think this is due to lack of space. I certainly think they should look into getting there own location rather than being inside the mall. It can be convenient at times, but I think there business is growing and eventually they need more room for expansion so everything doesnt seem so crowded. Especially when having a birthday party, you want to kind of have a private section because thats what were paying for, and not have other kids and even adults cutting through your party area to walk around the place. Other than that, AWESOME, AWESOME place! :)

Hidden gem at Rolling Oaks mall. Has a bunch of inflatable jump areas and a new play area that the kids can climb. Also has games, food and great spot to host parties for kids.

Its a really cool place to take the kids where you csn feel safe to let them run around freely. They hsve parent child id bracelets they check at exit that us verified before allowong child to leave. Tues and Thursdays are half off so thsts the best time alsp pizza is really good!!

A great place to take the kids on a Tuesday or Thursday when it’s half off ($5 per child). I wouldn’t pay full price for it. The bathrooms are really gross so if possible, avoid them.

Its a really great place to take your kids for some quick fun after school before dinner or on the weekend were the whole family can just hang out for some fun! The $5 Tuesdays and Thursday are a life saver when your in between bills that need to be paid. Love $5 days! The staff as well is amazing helpful and kind.

Fun place. The kids live the giant inflatable Castle and the slides. A really grateful place for small kids.

Great Place for Children! tho Now they have Machines kind of Chuckncheeses, I liked more the way it was no feeling to crowded.

This place is a kid’s dream! For $10 they can jump and play all day, you can even come and go as you please if you want to shop or eat at the food court in the mall then let the kids go back and jump again before leaving. That’s awesome. They do have free WiFi, but other than that it’s just for the kids. Jumping is for ages 12 and under only, no one older is allowed on the inflatables. There are a few arcade style games where you play to win tickets, but it’s an extra $10 minimum purchase for game tokens. Discount days ($5 entry) on Tues/Thurs are great for my 3 year old who only makes it about 2 hours there before he’s tired out and completely done. The snack area has assorted fried foods or pizza to purchase. The staff is friendly but they’re young and they’re NOT babysitters so people should really watch their kids...some parents seem not to at all, FYI, and there’s little to no enforcement.

Fun and fairly spacious. Their pricing is fair and the birthday packages reasonable. Im not a fan of the music they blare over the sounds of the blowers, but I suppose it cant be avoided.

Inflatable Wonderland had a low maintenance feel to it. Granted, admission was reasonable at $7. But, from the broken keyboard at the registration counter, to the stained carpet in the toddler area, to the left-on-the-side-of-the-road couches they have strewn throughout, to the broken moving rides, the overall feeling was that they don’t take pride in their establishment. And the staff didn’t do anything to change the perception of being indifferent to customers. With that said, my 2 yr old son had a good time running around. He would probly given it 4 stars.

Our little ones love this place! Its really slow on weekdays and perfect for ages 2+. Its super clean every time we come and they have quite a variety of food, hot dogs, pizza, ice cream, shaved ice, all for reasonable prices. Some of the games are Play Till You Win which is great to avoid disappointed little ones!

Weve gone several times and the staff is always extremely friendly and observant. They have an color coded armband system so children leave with their parents. The food is decent as well. They have a small area for the little ones. A movie theatre section for them and a few arcade games like basketball and air hockey. Weve never had any issues there. The place is clean and plenty of seating for the adults. My son loves it there!

Wasnt very impressed with the inflatables. Why did they remove the big slide? Not as good as in the past.

This was our first time here. They have an armband system where your childs matches yours so no one leaves with your child. It was well priced and your time is unlimited. There is an area sectioned off for 5 and under. Thats a plus for littles, as the jump houses can get very rowdy at times. Despite the houses becoming rowdy, there is staff on duty walking around and ensuring safety. Also, there is a concession area that appears to have a great selection.The facility is well maintained and very clean, even the bathrooms! Way to go management and team for keeping it a nice area for kids to come and play!

I think Ive found our new play spot!! My kids are 6 and 9 and they had a blast.My favorite featues:- Free WiFi!- wide variety of inflatables to catch the attention of girls and boys- Theatre room with cumfy couches and a slanted place for the kids to lay down. This was amazing for the kids to take a break and cool down for a few minTheir cafe serve food like pizza, nachos, hotdogs etc. And I was pleasantly surprised that the price wasnt outrageous. 4.99 for a nacho meal included a big thing of nachos and drink and full sized candy.

The employees seem untrained and incompetent. First the out the wrong wristbands on my kids. I knew my 8 month old probably wouldn’t play but wanted to pay for him so I didn’t have to worry about it later if he was up for it. Instead of the “playing” color they put a “non-playing” band on him even though I had paid for him.Then I saw a huge cockroach crawling around.which means there are more.My daughter wanted to play games also. About half were out of order. The token machine was broken. When I went to the front to pay I tried to give her a $5. She said I had to pay with debit or credit card. So I reluctantly got out my card, only for her then to inform me I had to get $10 minimum. I wasn’t about to pay $10 for her to play the same 5 games over and over.The only thing that is good about this place is the semi secure feeling that no one can leave with my children and that they change their bounce houses out from time to time.I wish my daughter didn’t like this place so much because I would gladly never come back!

We had a wonderful time. We had ages 3 & 5 with us and they ran and played independently. The set up was open and easy to see where they were at all times. The staff was kind and diligent about keeping people without a wrist band off the equipment. We will go back.

This was a really cool place to let you kid go and have fun. The only thing I had a problem with is that the staff need to regulate the bigger kids from the small kids a little better.

I had the privilege of visiting both locations this month.Both were clean, and packed with plenty of customers, but the staff were helpful and friendly.I saw them check in a party group, and deal with a cranky child.Their facility is beautiful, prices are great, and the arcade games are fun too!
