The place where Theodore Roosevelt’s mother was married all thanks to the Bullochs. A major piece of Roswell History. We love doing weddings and events here with Fonix Entertainment. A real gem of Roswell with beautiful trees!

I went with my family and had a lovely afternoon. The lady that took our group on the guided house tour was very knowledgeable and engaging. Ill be going back again in the future and also visiting the other two properties that are part of the southern trilogy tour. The great thing with the trilogy tour tickets that include the 3 properties, is that they dont expire. So you can take your time with when you want to see them and not feel rushed to visit all 3 on the same day.

This is a beautiful place. We went just to take pictures, but the historical aspects are also very interesting. I heard they do a re-enactment of Teddy Roosevelts parents wedding on Christmas Eve, who were married on that date at Bulloch Hall.

Atlanta historical treasure - When friends and family visit, this is a must-see stop on the tour to learn Georgia’s history. The docents are knowledgeable and share info embedded in stories about the Kings, Dunwoodys, Bullochs and Roosevelts. Role of slavery in the house’s history is honored, including highlighting the impressive masonry and carpentry throughout the tour. Original flooring, doors throughout. Be sure to ask to see the monstrous attic with original flooring. We rarely see trees mature enough to produce such wide planks, anymore. Upstairs features two-room museum with details about President Theodore Roosevelt’s visit to his mother’s home and the role Bullochs have played in world history. Great restaurants, galleries, shopping nearby.

I took my kids to an event held here. It was a nice visit and I hope to come back to learn about the history of this area. I gave it 4 stars because the parking was a bit far from the venue, we were in a small building set back from the street. Without wrangling little kids it would have been fine. The landscaping was nice and well groomed, and signage was well managed to get us where we were going. This would be a lovely venue for an event like a wedding.

We enjoyed a leisurely visit to Bulloch Hall. The home is beautifully decorated and there is quite a bit of history available in a couple museum fashion in an upstairs room. I recommend going on a good weather day and enjoy the grounds.

Design and decorations would be nice if it wasnt for what seems like everything being covered by signs of do not touch. I get it, I think the sign before you go in should be enough.

The homes available to the wealthy truly were amazing compared to the shacks so many associate the south with.

This place was amazing! The grounds were beautiful, the docent that we spoke with was unbelievably knowledgeable and sweet.this was a nice retreat from our day in downtown Atlanta.the grounds had many different varieties of plants and flowers and tall trees. Our children had a wonderful time running around the grounds and through the gardens. The house was well done and kept up with tons of historical stories that were absolutely wonderful, This is yet another must when you come to downtown Roswell.

Went to see A Christmas Carol last night. Wonderful job by the cast and crew. The Theater is a very small, intimate setting. You feel a part of the production. I was very impressed! Bulloch Hall is also a separate historic house that can be toured and I plan to go back to check it out. Ive heard wonderful things about the house as well. Go see a beautiful piece of Georgia history!

In historic Roswell. Is accessible by Marta, but expect a long trip. Sherman had mercy on Roswell, not torching it, so there is considerable history here. Roswell has grown from a small country town to a sprawling suburban city, like much of the area north of Atlanta. Once here, you might like to take a drive along the Chattahoochee, which will require a car, no Marta. There is a nice park here.

I feel like they couldve done more here.We stopped by near Christmas time and they had a theme of women who have made contributions, such as the woman who invented Monopoly, Susan B. Anthony, etc. It had some nice information, however it seemed like much of the house was taken away from the guests; it was too cluttered.I dont feel like I got much of how someone in that house wouldve lived their life or the historical connection between the homes owner and the women that were being mentioned in the display. The area is gorgeous, but again I feel like they couldve done more with exhibit.
