Wonderful place to relax or get physical with baseball. Also has a good sized field for soccer that can be spent with friends or family.

Nice neighborhood park with lush green lawn, pine tress for climbing and great for watching sunset. I just wish city would have planned to upgrade it by installing new drinking fountain and removing the graffiti on the buildings.

Don Jones Park does not have much to offer—but we like it that way. It was once part of Ramona High Schools 60-acre campus, but the 5-acre lot was sold to the city of Riverside years ago. It has re-furbished bathrooms, a water faucet and some parking. As a cross country and track & field coach, we love it for training—there is enough open grass to make a 400-meter loop and a 600-meter loop, let alone a 200-meter loop for interval training. It does have one softball/baseball field and plenty of trees for shade.

Public city park on the rather small side. Covers approximately 3.5 to 4.0 acres, located on Jefferson Street at the back of Ramona High School. There are several impressively tall, older looking trees and mostly wide open spaces. You will also find a baseball diamond complete with two dugouts. This appears to be made for Little Leaguers. If there are restrooms here they were not visible to normal view. There are only 3 picnic tables, these are located between the ball field and RUSDs Early Childhood Enrollment/Family Support Center portable buildings and classrooms. Center is just outside of the fence next to Ramona High.No amenities are available at this park for barbeques or cooking. But there is a drinking fountain that is thoughtfully designed for both people and their pets.
