Short trail. Theres a map at the starting point we thought we went the right way but think we got a little lost. It was ok, we found signs later on. No shade, wear a hat and great shoes! You can get a good workout going up hill.

It was nice! Nobody was around and its a intermediate trail. Great for taking dogs off the leash to let them run free without disturbing others.

Loved this central Reno trail system! How nice to have quick easy access to some dessert trails and views. There are four covered picnic tables and a porta-potty and a garbage can. Good amount of parking and trails on both sides of the road.

Nice area for walking and exploring desert nature. Good view of mountains and downtown. No shade, little seating and can get windy.

Very scenic hike, great hike, close to the city. Just wish dog owners would pack out what their dogs left behind

Beautiful area to hike, bike, or ride. Dogs are welcome too. A few different trails that lead up and down all the hills around. Great views of Reno areas.

Depends which route you take this can be a super easy hike or REALLY TOUGH. I love this place I come here at least 3 times a week.

Great hikes through the area over relatively gentle terrain. Amazing almost any time of the year with some great views of the area and a great space for the outdoors in the city.

This is a nice hill to walk your dog or bike down trails. It has a fantastic and refreshing view. Also it has benches and bathrooms. Dont forget to bring a jacket and hat as it is windy.

Great location for dog walking and sight seeing! You need to be a bit cautious of your footing, although not a steep trail, it does contain numerous sizeable rocks that could do in an ankle if not paying attention. It appears that a bit more patrol or oversight is needed, as we encountered some vandalism and gun shell casings along the route.Overall though, it was an enjoyable hike.

Absolutely love this place! Nature, amazing views, off road trails for Jeeps, if you like outdoors, then you will love this. One of the beauties of Nevada you can drive 5 minutes and be in the Wild Desert. Its kind of a shame that the new connector road is going through this area, but oh well thats expansion and it is inevitable.

Good 40 minutes of activity to hike to Twin Peaks or Rattlesnake Mountain and back. Outhouses, and paved parking. Nice views from the top of either, and you can watch the jets taking off from the airport.

Creepy van and car in parking lot has been there for a year or so and no one seems to care. Takes away from the natural beauty of the trail.

It would be nice if dog owners followed the on leash rule. There is plenty of open land for you and your pup to run free. Trails that are leash only, isnt the place.
