Always have fun when we visit. Right now especially is a great break from everything. Games are a bit expensive, but if you have a membership you usually get a good deal of extra points when you reload your card. Renting pool tables or bowling lanes are cheaper earlier in the day, so if you can, go earlier!

Its nice up until the point when we spend up to 80 dollars for games to win something and the bowling alley had a long wait because some people wouldnt leave and let others play until they wanted to leave. It was nice before the virus but definitely not coming back anytime soon. Id recommend to somewhere you can actually get multiple prizes instead of one for 80 dollars.

Love this place SO much! Great for kids or adults! They have everything from arcade games, DDR, pinball, skee-ball, claw machines, giant size novelty games, games of skill and chance which dispense digital tickets and even bowling! Tickets that you win can be redeemed for prizes/ trinkets in the gift shop. The Meadowood Food Court is right around the corner if you get hungry or Round 1 has their own concessions. Husband and I wanted to have some fun on our day date so we spent a few hours at Round 1! We had a blast

Terrible service! Wouldn’t recommend it at all, lots of miscommunication between staff and management, particularly the ones that are in on Wednesdays, not to mention the manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. Let me tell you guys briefly about my experience here. We reserved the karaoke room for a Wednesday at 6 pm, we were asked to show up at least 15 minutes early to set up the place and to make sure our food would be ready by the time our party started. We got there at 5:30 pm and we’re told we were there too early and that we’d have to wait, we were a bit bummed but we understood. So we waited. By 6 pm, which is when our reservation was supposed to take place, no one had come up to us to give us any information about the party, so once we again we had to walk up to the counter and talk to the staff, at this point we were pretty mad cus we had already paid a deposit and were expecting our service. When we told the manager we had a reservation he told us no one had told him we were there and so that it was our fault for not checking in with him directly, like we hadn’t already checked in with the incompetent staff. So after a while of demanding our service the manager, cynically decided that his solution to the problem was to give us our money back, when all of our guests had already showed up. At the end we got our mediocre service 30 minutes late. What really made me mad was his stuck up attitude, he didn’t even have the decency to apologize at the end. If you can avoid this place do so, believe me, you’re not gonna be exempt from any stress, just throw a party at home or at any other place, this place was terrible!!!!

Games and staff are great, but the food is subpar unless you want ice cream and/or water, do definitely recommend eating first. Their party rooms double as private karaoke rooms which is fantastic; wed love some more updated music selections but overall we really enjoy having somewhere we can go to have fun and embarrass ourselves in front of our closest friends.

Not sure how this place was before Covid 19, but honestly it is really not worth it now. You must have a mask to even walk in, half of the games were not on, not sure if that is a normal thing or due to social distancing. Every other bowling lane was closed also. The staff was very in attentive, when our lane got stuck we pressed the service button and waited for about 5minutes to have to go talk to a manager anyway. This was all when it was not busy. In addition we we went with a large group ( family trip that had previously been canceled due to covid) and only 8 of our 12 party group could play, they were only allowing 4 people per lane. We will not be patronizing round 1 again.

Great place for newer games and some pinball. They have a timed play deal for a one hour play for $8 Sun-Thurs or $10 Fri-Sat for certain games, including all of the pinballs. Plays are via a charge card system with some rules if you have the timed play option. Theyre also open till 2am daily, but you cannot be a minor at those later times.

Review №28

I only give it a 3 because of the non-arcade stuff. If youre bowling, playing pool, or doing karoake, its fine. But the arcade is not worth the price. They charge $2 just for the game card itself. If they were the only arcade in town, then maybe. But, there are plenty of arcades in town that have the same games. Its going to cost you less and youre going to have more fun by going to any of the other arcades in town: Atlants, Peppermill, Circus, Circus, Nugget, Coconut Bowl. We are not lacking options, so do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Round 1 is always great. A ton of stuff to do, my baby loves the lights and sounds, and these chicken strips.Hold on now.. I know were talking about an arcade, but these chicken strips are freaking magnificent. Just eat them. Dont ask questions. Go there, order them, and eat them. The games are great, and I totally got the shark light with my tickets/points. But I am just in love with these chicken strips.Overall, I love initial d, but its in japanese and iduno what Im reading or doing. Also, $30.00 on the card is a good amount of money for 2 people to have a lot of fun and not have to go get more points to play. Hope it helps, and this place has a ton of stuff! Check it out!

Overall, its an OK place to take the family or break up the nightly routine with friends. There are lots of arcade games. The bowling lanes are ok, and the big screens with games on are a nice touch. Pricing overall is higher than a Dave & Busters or Coconut Bowl, and I wouldnt consider it a great value. Staff members are polite enough, but dont go out of there way to be helpful. The facility is very clean and well kept, and hopefully as time progresses it will stay that way.

Friend of mine and I went there. Given my heritage I couldnt not go. I enjoyed the large variety of games, many Japanese exclusive. The claw games were super easy for an autistic person. 1 try for the panda two for the cat. The figure was in a push game thats a rip off even for me but my friend wanted it badly. Even with the push machine the same 3 toys would cost twice as much online (thanks Google for prices). The staff didnt feel well trained and some were clearly there for the paycheck. I hope they hire more people with actual passion. I played enough to be winded and had a blast. The prices are high for some pocketbooks mine included but at the end of the day it was good value for money.Picture of prizes won. Picture taken at same mall at Games Galore. Seating was hard to come by in Round 1 when they are busy.

I love the nostalgia of going to Round1 and seeing the arcade cabinets for fighting games. The ticket games are fun as well. The redemption for the coin pusher cards still isn’t operating which is a disappointment because I have cards to redeem and the UFO catcher is all skill which is a good thing considering it brings new life to the claw machine games. The food is decent and the $1 ice cream is worth it.

Its a great place! But this place isnt really aimed towards kids. Sure, its a fun place to bring your kids but this place really aims for the otakus and Japan lovers! Review №56

We love this place! The only thing i didn’t like is how they handle parties. We tried to book a “kids” party because they have an all inclusive deal and i thought it was a great deal for 20 plus kids. The only deal breaker here is they would force you to get the all inclusive adult package as well for the parents/adults that would accompany the child because they said if they enter the room they are considered GUEST that you have to pay for. I even asked if we can buy separate food for them and not the all inclusive one for adults and they said no. The establishment is very new and they have not really started doing parties yet so out of curiosity i called 5 other round 1 establishments and asked the exact same questions and to my surprise all other 5 answered the same. They said “if the adult is not participating they don’t need to be charged that all inclusive adult deal” and yes you can buy food for them separately at round 1” so i called them back and shared that information but they stood their ground. After 2 days they called us back and asked why we didnt push through with the reservation. During that conversation they said that adults don’t need to be on the all inclusive then before we book we want to make sure that the information they have is now accurate so they put us on hold and when they came back they changed their minds again and said adults need to be on the all inclusive. So we decided to not go through with it again. So basically what it looks like here is “ book a kids party” then when adults come and enter the room charge them the all inclusive adult fee as well”.Does that make any sense to anyone? hope they can rectify this and be on the same page with other round 1 establishments.

We went to Round 1 last weekend. I had been anxiously waiting for any sort of announcement of their opening and when I finally saw a commercial I just about flipped my lid. Despite not having much dosh in my pocket to play with, my partner and I still managed to have a great time, spending about 2 -3 hours there. The arcade machines worked great, the claw games, while challenging at times, were regularly reset by employees to ensure a fair chance at winning. We ended up winning 2 large plush toys, 1 medium plush toy, and 3 small plush toys which just added to the excitement and fun. The dance/music games were new versions of some classics, some machines Id never seen before. They reinvigorated my love for rhythm arcade games. We had such a great time that we intend to go again this weekend. I hope others go into this place with an open mind because its a really great place to go and kill time with a variety of entertainment options. Just make sure you dont blow all your money trying to win one prize!
