I remember Chuck E. Cheese from my childhood days what 35+ years ago! My first time back in about that many years too! My kids love it just as much as I used to. The animations aren’t near as cool as my days but I was pleasantly surprised how good the food tasted. The gaming area was age-appropriate and clean. Staff was friendly as well.

Since the pandemic they are only selling food. Wings to pizza only $5. They beat Pizza hut and came in 1st place. The food is hot and cooked to order. Get it now!!

Love their food! The ham and pepperoni is one of the best. The games are affordable and clean. This place brings back so many memories. Great location overall.

Came here for a kids birthday party from my daughters class. I really dont think the employees understand what customer service is. I really dont see us coming here unless invited for birthday party from a school classmate. Please avoid and go somewhere better.Also wanted to note they leave materials out for cotton candy and kids were playing with it before it was used for a different family. Not sure how sanitary that may be.

I had my daughters 4th birthday party there, They didnt have her name at the end of the table. They didnt call her name over the loud speaker like they did the one before her!! They messed up on our order & didnt get any drink refills!! They promised to make it up if i had my granddaughters party there so 2 months later we do it again & have the party there. They gave a free large pizza & 8 drinks but...... the service was still bad the red headed manager that was on duty acted like we were lying about them giving us 8 drinks. The ones working was also fussing with my mama about the drinks etc.... The games were out of tickets and i had to stand & wait until they were reloaded on some of them i didnt even bother with some. it was hot in there. Just all around a BAD EXPERIENCE!! The kids had fun but when we spend over $600 on 2 parties we want to be satisfied as well.. I have went by there several times since their party & they screamed to stop but we went to adventure landing instead!! I wont go back to the Raleigh location!!!

This place was very helpful to me and my family after the lockdown was over, even though it was take out only I really appreciate the price and the ability to deal with customer during these tough times!!!!

The manager, Luzely, was absolutely amazing. She made my experience wonderful with trying to have a little party for my son. I would definitely come again. The whole staff was great!

Went for granddaughters 5th birthday dinner. The unlimited card is a great idea! Food is... well, the kids enjoyed the pizza.

My son and I had a great time! We went on a Sunday and got there right when they opened. It wasnt too crowded but there were still other kids he could play with and the stuffed crust pizza is pretty good.

Dear Mr. CheeseToday we a great day. It was a little to warm to be outside comfortably so we headed to you place to play some games and fun indoors. Well we show up and it is not crowded. There is a couple other kids but my little has the run of the building without worry of older kids bumping her. As we were running around and having a fun time I happen to notice two works cleaning machine. And I don’t mean just spray and wipe. I mean take screws out and vacuum computer parts clean. As I look around I see everything is amazingly clean. Like the place was built this morning clean. Like my mom wanted me to clean my room all those years she told me too. I then thought about all the gents that come with a public place. Then the children who have bad allergies. We I am sure you know and that’s why you do such a amazing job at it. I had a great time today and will be back again.Yesterday was the wee ones birthday. I thought what a better place to take her for her first birthday that to ride a couple look kids rides for her first time and see the lights. We arrived at about noon. Lunch time and the wife and I had not eaten yet. As we walked in we see all you can eat pizza for 7.50. Wife loves pizza and I wouldn’t mind a pizza buffet being a man and all. We walked and the attendant came right over. Put that you can’t get out with out your kid or some else’s kid( if you had kids why would you take more than just your home?? Yea I want another kids screaming my name all day). Anyway we go over to the rides and game. Lights flashing everything clean it has a start of the day smell. The little one was tired so I thought to myself, let’s eat while she sleeps a bit. We pay for the buffet and being a coke a cola man seeing Pepsi makes me order water 10/10 times. We ask them to make a supreme pizza which they happily did. We eat pizza but it wasn’t the pizza I remembered them having. It seem like they have changed to a frozen pizza and maybe add a couple toppings if you need other than pepperoni or cheese. It really tasted like a box pizza out of the freezer section of Kroger. They did have a salad and breadsticks. They were good. Then he brought out a cinnamon bun pizza thing. I then went to refill our water for the third time. As I do I see Mold in the cups floating around. I worked in the restaurant business for a while and if you don’t clean you drink machine tips and dispenser parts they grow mold. My wife calmly told the manager who apologized and gave up bottled water. He went straight over and started taking the machine apart and cleaning it. The gentlemen who was checking ever game to make sure it worked while leaving tickets behind for anyone who wanted to take them gave us a handful for the baby. The people who work there were very nice and I cant blame them for the food but I hope they do start cleaning that machine better. But they place is for kids and It seems the people who work there care about the place.

Dont get me wrong great place for children!! However, location is small. I wish they could remodel and have private party rooms!!

I feel like this particular Chucks is smaller than what I remember other locations being. My 16 month old grandson loved shooting baskets (of course I had to pick hom up) and there were several small rides for kids of his age to enjoy. This place is primarily for toddlers to kids up to maybe 7 or 8. It cant really compare to Dave & Busters or Frankies. It gets crowded here quick on the weekend, so get there early. The pizza is decent.

Youd think by now the owners would expand the building to fit so many people. The party team was great though. A few games out of order but being worked on as fast as possible to keep up with the massive amount of kids playing. Somethings became a little bit out of control when I stopped 1 kid from shoving my daughter to the ground and another kid grabbing handfuls of food from the salad bar. Which is not chuck e cheese workers fault, thats due to the lack of irresponsibility to the parents who were sitting down in a corner vaping privately and on their phones. Id go back, but during a time when its not so busy

I havent been here in years. But my 2 year old was bored and Chuck E Cheese was down the street from hotel we were at. Chuck E Cheese have made some really impressive and wonderful upgrades. I enjoyed playing the games, eating from the new menu, even the token system changed. The visit was fun and unlike my past experiences I had years ago. This time was really stress free.

It was my grandson birthday. He had ball. I liked that you can buy a timed based card

Great place to bring your kids! It’s like arcade/restaurant/concert. Although, a little upsetting that they got rid of the playpen, so therefore I’m giving it four out of five stars. Hopefully that they rebuild the playpen then I will give it five, thank you Chuck E. Cheese’s for giving us such a fun time!

We were here for a kids party and the kid loved it. The place was full, so a bit cramped. Food was okay. Overall it was good.

Overall for our party, the kids had fun, but most of the machines were wonkey...either running out of tickets, not feeding tickets when they had them, or glitches taking credits. The response times and enthusiasm of the staff also left a lot to be desired. A couple of people were good, but overall not worth going unless they get a lot straightened out and updates.

Worst Chuck E Cheese ever. I am not one that just leaves negative reviews but this place is just horrible tonight. Let me say I love the Durham location and Raleigh could learn a lot from them. Like sanitation grade, cleanliness, prompt repair of machines. So many of the machines were temporarily out of service. Sketch machine out of paper. No one was checking the machines. Not one friendly face and most had attitude. Drinks were all out of carbonation. Tea was a joke. Bathrooms nasty. Lines were unorganized and salad bar was a mess. If this was my first time at a Chuck E Cheese it would also be my last. As for this location, never again.

Jacked up on the price and staff was lazy and not great with kids. Games were out of tickets. I dont have good memories from ChuckECheese as a parent so when my fiance wanted to take our son as a reward, I shot it down at every turn. Well we finally returned and I must say this location was clean, the food was really good, and the prices for games was more than reasonable. Definitely returning!!!! Ticket price for toys is outrageous though!!!!!!!! Thats a huge thumbs down, 0 out of 5 stars. The rest is great though.

Place was packed. My 3 and 6 year old had a great time. Ended up parking downstairs and thought I was in the wrong part of town just by the looks but that was my own fault.

Went for my nephews birthday party and had a blast.It was crazy busy but the kids had a great time and thats what mattered to me.

Kind employees. Its kept so well to be so old. Prior to going there I expected a run down ghetto, kids play place, but it was fun so well. Its definitely alot smaller that most Chucky cheese I have been too. But all in all the clean atmosphere and kept games have me giving them a 5 .

Food was absolutely disgusting. Almost 80 for food and pizza tastes like rubber, wings were soggy, fries should be taken off the menu, taste like they just warm them up. Salad bar is little good but they give u a small styrofoam plate to eat off of so u cant get much at one time.

Nice place for birthday parties for children under 7ish. Little pricey but no cleanup! Game tickets do not have much value so just enjoy the fun of it.

Worse customer service EVER! The manager, (a guy, I asked an employeefor his name, which is TODD) was having a spat with an employee in public view, other employees were just doing their own thing, which didnt INCLUDE customer service. Not a place I would want to take kids to HAVE ANY FUN!

Took my nephew here for a birthday party and he had such a great time play and interacting with all of the children.

This location has been renovated and is now MUCH IMPROVED! Nice and open so you can see your children. The games are clean and work. Our kids had a great time.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I don’t think any of the staff understand the meaning of customer service or cleanliness. No one acknowledged us when we walked in. We had to let ourself through and the staff looked annoyed that we even came inside. 4 machines were out of tickets and we all wasted a lot of the minutes on our “game/play time” running back and forth to find someone who worked there to refill or fix the ticket machines so we could get our tickets that weren’t coming out. This happened 3/4 times and we wasted well over half of our card time fixing the issue. The bathrooms were filthy. Both ice machines were out of ice and they didn’t refill them after being told until 30 minutes later after everyone was done eating. I ordered a large appetizer sampler; the lady who gave it to us rolled her eyes when I asked for extra ranch for the kids. To top it all off I spent $12.00 for 3 dip and dots that were beyond frost bitten. My kids took one bite and asked if they could get something different because it didn’t taste right and they wouldn’t even fix that issue either. Total waste of money. Disaster from the moment we entered. FIND ANOTHER LOCATION!!!!

One of the better Chuck E Cheese locations Ive been to. They all are intentionally pretty similar, but this one had a few more things for the kids to do. Despite being slammed on a Sunday evening the Pizza came out fairly quickly and the desk staff did a good job keeping up. The bathrooms were also cleaner than most public restrooms, a feat for how many kids are there. Our 5 yr old and 2 yr old loved it, as expected. We will certainly be back again.

The young lady who was working the register between 1 & 4p on November 11th, 2019 gave amazing customer service. She was kind, patient & informative. I didnt catch her name but 10/10 young lady.

I used to go to this Chuck E Cheese’s all the time when I was little. Went back in to take a peek recently and it just wasn’t the same. They got rid of the old playground which was far nicer than the current one (which is kind of pathetic if you ask me). The surrounding area is also deteriorating with the Chuck E Cheese’s sign outside being completely cracked and making his face look eery and distorted. However, I still find the animatronics very cool (lol I’m a nerd) but they could be creepy for younger children. The staff was nice but the place needs a little work.

The birthday party was great! I believe that my granddaughter along with her family and guests enjoyed every minute of it!! Brandon and the hostess were simply amazing!!

Staff is awesome, place is much smaller than I realized though, but perhaps thats a better thing. Wish there was more games and stuff for the kids to play but the selection was nice, so I really cant complain too much. Pizza was alright, adjust your expectations accordingly. Really the staff in this place really bring it up a notch, if theres anything I learned yesterday is that when it comes to no cut corners and excellent customer service Chuck E. Cheese has it down pat.

A great choice for my son’s 6th birthday party. Our party attendant took care of every detail. The manager approached us twice to make sure we were satisfied with how the party was going. The kids had so much fun with the games.

Nice place to visit, better than the Durham NC location. Needs a lot more games for children and definitely more parking. Shouldnt be sharing a parking lot with other stores. Chuck e cheese is a facility by itself and should have its own parking lot for their visitors. Other than that the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Improve the parking and more entertainment. Will visit again real soon.

The kids love this place! The games are great for young kids! It’s not getting to that time though that they are getting to old for it. So we may be saying goodbye to the mouse! Minus birthday parties and such.

The place is clean, and surprising to me, the pizza is pretty tasty. If your kids like to play the same games over and over again, or if they like to play games that use coins, it is best to purchase a timed pass. Otherwise, the pay per game option is fine and fair. We previously had a birthday party here, and it went off without any difficulties.

Have spent my entire life literally in this entertaining fun environment for kids raising my daughter as well as my son 15 years apart it has rolled with the times and vamped up to a whole new level of fun without sacrificing the classic appeal within the beloved favorites from generations before. now it has really stepped up its game to accommodate and entertain all ages!

Chuck-E-Cheese knows what theyre doing, theyve been doing it for 30 plus years. Theyre at the same place doing the same things, they entertain the kids and the food is surprisingly good. its hard to eat healthy there, because the salad bar is expensive, but the salad bar itself is fairly decent. The main attraction are the games and pizza and Chuck-E-Cheese, theyll send out Chuck-E-Cheese every hour or so to take pictures with the kids, some of the games are like gambling games especially this one fish harpoon game that they have that Ive seen at sweepstakes, so thats kind of strange, theres a sketch game that always seems to be out of paper when Im there, other games will take pictures with the kids which is fun. And they still have the animatronic cast members in the back for birthday parties

This location is always clean and low in crowd depending on the time of day you go. The kids can run around without me worring too much and now with the play pass it makes playing a bit easier although the games still give out tickets that have to be carried around until there counted. It would be great if the tickets went directly onto the card. The food is always good and the salad bar is fresh. I also can appreciate that they except coupons from the phone.

The worse Chuck E. Cheese in the entire planet. Employees are very rude and will give you an attitude if you ask for help. The place is dirty and very bad customer service and cashiers are lazy. I had to ask an employee that was not doing nothing if she could take my order and the expression on her face was just terrible. She clearly just wanted to be left alone. Never again will I take my family to this place.

Lots of fun

A lot of broken games and the ones that worked wouldnt give tickets or just ate your credits. Workers were very lazy wouldnt even go to the door to check people in and out. They were to busy on their phones especially the guy who was supposed to be the manger. The kid working on the machines didnt have a clue what he was doing. The location in Orlando Florida and Altamonte Springs are great.

Its what youd expect at a Chuck E. Cheese. Games for younger children, junky prizes and pizza. Its pretty clean and stuff and I love that they stamp a number on everybody in your family so a child could never go out the door with somebody else. Staff was friendly. Lost a star because, through no fault of its own, it is in a super shady shopping center and because some of the games were out of order. We paid about $33 for all you can play for 2 hours and 20 minutes.

Had a 6 year old birthday party here and it was so easy. Pinky, the hostess for our party, handled everything for us. It was so low stress.

Overall good place. My family had a great time. This location is better than the Durham location. Couldnt give it a five star due to issue one of the bowling lanes ran out of prize tickets and the self photo maker was out of paper. Otherwise, the place was full of a lot of people having fun.

Your child will probably have fun which is great but unfortunately you probably will not and here is why; First off, the employee’s. We don’t get out with our little family much so when we do we want a great experience. Some of the employees give off the appearance that they do not like working there, they’re not there to make sure the customer is happy, and thus should not work at a children’s establishment. Now, thankfully not all the employees are this way and one in particular was helpful. On to the food and the rest of our experience. The food was actually ok but unfortunately our pizza didn’t have any marinara sauce, so I would recommend asking for some extra or some on the side. The empty booths weren’t really cleaned well so we spent awhile trying to find a clean one. Multiple games did not give out any tickets. The ticket counter machine printer was not working on the machine we used. The Chuck E. Cheese muppets rarely performed and a couple of them seemed to be broken—or maybe they’re just super old and kinda scary looking. The place is very small and gets very crowded which presents a challenge with all the youngins running around. There wasn’t a handicap bathroom that we seen so taking a stroller into the small stall with me (since we also had our 4 month old with us) was extremely challenging. The only good thing to take away was that our daughter had a decent time and was oblivious to all the above (except she was kinda scared of the Chuck E. Cheese muppets).

A couple rides were like 2 seconds long. For was a bit overpriced. Some games give a ton of tickets which excites my kids. It is a good place to go when it is rainy. My kindergarteners had lots off fun. Clean bathrooms.

My 2 year old likes coming here so we decided to go and use up some points we had from last time. I had a voucher from ONE OF THIER CUPS from the last time we were there (March) that would give my son 10 additional game points to his cards. Got there, staff behind the counter had zero clue what it was and asked how and when I got it. When I explained it came off of one of their own freaking cups they just stood around said it was expired and handed it back. ZERO customer service. Will use up the points we have and from now on will frequent Dave and busters. The staff here is LAZY AND RUDE

Attended a party today. Appreciate the staff accommodating a special diet request that goes off the typical menu. Thanks! It let me enjoy being with my group and having something I could eat as well.

Great for what it is; a fun place for kids to play games. The pizza is adequate, but thats not why we go-- the kids always have a good time running around and playing games; the new passes that are timed vs. have a set number of points are great!

We had a nice time. I didnt quite understand the new payment process. We had limited time therefore I paid $5 for unlimited play for 15 minutes. It didnt last long at all. I will need to take the time to learn the new point payment process. The little one had a nice time and that is all that mattered to me.

Good for children below 15 years at the games facility. Functions conducted do not get attention as promissed.

Great place for young kids. I love that you can pay for time now not just tokens or tickets. Paid $20 and she could get 60 min or 60 tickets. We chose 60min and she had so much fun.

Fairly expensive for what you get. Food is just average, but priced like it is gourmet. One order of wings and one salad bar with 3 drinks plus 90 minutes of playtime for 2 kids was over 80 dollars.

4/11/18 Currently running a special...all you can play for $14.99 per hour. So, that part was what got us there for an 11:00 a.m. play hour. Several of the games were not working or wouldnt distribute tickets. As a kid, I would come to this same Chuck E Cheese with my Aunt and cousins when we had earned a big time out for good grades or deeds. It is still like I remembered and they had clean bathrooms. All of the tables were clean. Food is expensive. They offer an all you can eat lunch buffet at $7.79 for adults and $5.79 for kids. Not much to choose from. Keep in mind, also, that you CANT have buffet unless EVERYONE youre with is having it, too. (Please, tell me they dont actually believe that kids want to eat when theyre here). Anyway, we went to CiCis pizza buffet at the opposite end of the shopping center when we left and I got my pizza fix. Overall, a good trip. :)
