Clean, friendly, helpful, and Matt owns the pro shop there and is a great option for those who are new to bowling and have questions or the ones that have been in the game for awhile.

My family was in town and we were looking for something to do that was active and teen friendly. We tried to go to another bowling alley, but they didnt have any open lanes, we ended up here instead. The employees were friendly and great. The prices are a bit high and the shoes were completely warn down.... There was ZERO slide in them at all. The family had fun, but will not go back due to prices. We ordered a loaded nachos, which was also pricey, and just ok tasting.

Clean, well maintained. Very cautious about Covid - wiping down common surfaces, including bowling balls etc. Modern automated scoring too.

Visited this facility on several occasions .Once in 2019 I was there for the PWBA tournament and the occasion was glorious to attend for the bowling fanThe place is kept in great condition with detail to various conditions for BowlersMy only complaint is that when I visit this center as a participant , I tend to bowl so well that I wish that I lived closer to it so that I could frequent it and give myself the impression that I have a handle on this game. I Love Bowling Here. The Staff Are Welcoming, Patient And Professional. The Prices Are Affordable And The Facility Is Clean And Well Maintained With Plenty Of Parking.

Always a fun family time here. Lots of simple fun and birthday parties going on Saturdays. Twilight bowling offered on weekends. Higher prices and fancier amenities are other places but when you just want to bowl.,.this is the place! The staff is friendly and accommodating and the simple snack bar is all thats needed.

Good sized bowling alley with 35+ lanes. Big enough for tournaments and corporate events. Theres an event room, arcade games, on-site restaurant, and other nice to have entertainment. I went to a corporate event here with nearly 100 people and enjoyed my time. We shared maybe 10 lanes and when we were leaving people were still coming. Its in a decent location off the highway and within minutes of 540. Its not the newest facility but its being maintained properly.

Very nice family friendly bowling alley. We had the Groupon and played two really nice games, plus managed to sneak in some Arcade action before / after. All in all we found the staff was very nice and the alley was well-maintained. Had a ton of fun and will probably be back soon!

The place is clean and the lanes are in great shape. We went on a Sunday, and there were lots of families playing. I understand that theres a lot of very casual bowling happening, but there seems to be a lack of bowling etiquette. Expect people in lanes beside you to suddenly run up to throw while youre beginning your approach. If that ruins the experience for you, you might want to consider going during less-busy times.

Call ahead unless you are sure they wont be busy because it is a fairly nice bowling alley so they get a lot of patrons, otherwise you may be waiting for a lane.

Its an older facility but still relevant. We went to a childs birthday party here and he enjoyed it. There are a ton of lanes, an arcade and three small party rooms. The place is a acceptably clean and all of the games worked.

Reasonably priced family fun! They can get pretty busy on the weekends, but are still quite fast to accommodate. The lane machines are not glitchy, and the staff is friendly.

Fair prices for a game of bowling. I know there are some Groupons available but you have to wait at least 24 hours after purchasing. This one looks a little shabby on the outside. Their sign is currently missing, but the inside is fine! They have the children ramps scattered among all the lanes.

Had a great time and the service was wonderful! Catered to my 3.5 year old and he had a blast. There were some issues with the games and ticket machine but the staff helped out and made it right.

Not impressed. I took my kids bowling here. First the bumpers werent working properly. Only one side would come up. So they had to come and manually raise them and they would have to be raised the entire time. I said fine, but then it took them 15 minutes to come and raise the bumpers while my kids sat and waited to bowl. Then when bowling it would randomly reset and not count my kids last bowl and make them do it again. One of which was a strike. I wouldnt reccomend this place.

Came into town for my granddaughters 5th birthday party. We were unable to join the kids in bowling due to the poor attitude of the manager on duty Dominique. We waited and asked multiple times when lanes were visibly available. The manager ultimately ruined our experience and the birthday party. In the event one of my grandchildren want to have a birthday party at a bowling alley again, it will not be booked with Buffalo lanes.

It was a great place although the people in the counter should be more concern about people waiting in line to be attended then talking among themselves. Over all it is an amazing place to take the whole family for some fun.

Ive come here several times, and I have thoroughly enjoyed it every time! Its not a very fancy bowling alley, but its clean, safe, and the prices arent too bad either.

Never having a birthday party at this place and never going back again! It was my 3 year olds birthday. We had to bowl before we eat (my guests were starving), had us in a back room with the temperature of 50 degrees. Mind you, it was approximately 40 degrees and windy outside, so my guests were freezing. I told Jordan, our hostess it was really cold, but she said the thermostat couldnt be touched. She didnt even try to accommodate us. She didnt bother checking with the manager (but I should have). I also had to remind her to give my baby a birthday shout out- she did but not with any enthusiasm whatsoever. She was soft spoken and didnt have no personality at all. I figured maybe she was new? IDK either way, she needs to work on her party hosting skills. Worst experience ever...

Went there on a Saturday night with the family for the 11pm-1am bowling special for $50 and let me express the HORRIBLE experience that we had! The lane we was given had so much issue with it from the pins not coming down and the balls not returning back to us. When I had to go the the desk (5 times) to bring all the problems to their attention, i was greeted with the eyes rolling, walking away from the counter as i approach, to asking to speak to a manager who was extra RUDE as well. So out of two hours of bowling, we ONLY PLAYED ONE FULL GAME .... YOUR CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS THE WORST AND THE KIDS THAT THIS COMPANY HAVE WORKING THERE NEED ADULT SUPERVISION!

Good safe fun for the kids. Lanes are great Bc the bumpers operate automatically. We went at night and felt very safe. No alcoholic beverages which is a pro and a con. Lots of young people having fun and my family had a good time as well. Will come back for sure.

The first bowling alley that wasn’t tooooooo loud. Nice staff, clean establishment, recently upgraded video game room. Loved the air hockey! Especially since I beat my teenage son. Twice.

We waited am hour for 2 lanes after being told it would only be 25 minutes. It was made unclear by the people at the register how the waiting list worked. Also the hotdogs were cold, buns and the hotdogs themselves. SOMEtimes all works well though.

BLN hosted a large group event of ours and it went great! The staff was very friendly, patient, and flexible. The facility itself was very clean. Great prices for a great experience! We will definitely be coming back.

I went to this location tonight and accidently left my wallet with over $600.00 in it on top of the token machine. An employee named Kendell returned my wallet with all the cash still in it. I couldnt believe it.. If I were anywhere else I might have found the Waller but it surely wouldnt have had the cash still in it. This employee needs to be recognized by management. The prices arent that bad and the service is great! There is always bartenders and staff waiting to help. There is also a game room to spend token you get from purchasing family deals and packages! Its a very nice experience! Would recommend!

Bowling was good, but the kitchen needs work. Tried to order a pizza an hour and a half before closing, but the stove was turned off.

Went here for a party with friends and the service was poor. Staff was confused and didn’t give the right amount of lanes that the party booked. When they finally added the additional lane they ended it the same time as the kids lanes (which started 20 minutes earlier than the adult lane) Lazy host. Then they had the nerve to be counting down every single second in the party room “you guys have 14 minutes left” stay away from this whack place.

Really great bowling experience! Very friendly staff and lots of lanes! We came while on vacation. (Rainy day) Very nice and clean place. Restrooms were clean. Their snack bar was managed very well. Prices are fair. Would definitely come back next time were in town.

Bowling was great and employees were kind to me and my girlfriend. Even the arcade was amazing.

The lady was really racist. She doesn’t have good customer service. We paid to bowl just like everyone else but when we had drinks she told us we can’t drink but everyone else had drinks and she didn’t say anything. Usually love this place but i’m very disappointed.

Everytime I go here I have a great time with my kids. The front desk staff is pleasant and the lanes are good. The tables and chairs are a little outdated, but they are very clean and nicely arranged. The package deals are very reasonable. The food is typical bowling alley food, but the menu is very wide ranging. The ONLY downside to this place is a lack of beer or wine. It is strictly for a family crowd.

Plenty of space and overall clean environment for my 7 year old and myself to enjoy bowling and the arcade. The burgers and cheesesteaks were great as well.

Great place, great staff. Plenty of room, and yes they do cater to kids. They have racks and gutter guards for the little ones. There is also a fantastic game room that is NOT rigged for tickets like a lot of other places. Plenty of parking and fun at a great price.

Called at opening wanting to reserve a lane for my sons birthday. Was told it is first come, first serve. When my small group arrived two hours later to bowl, was an hour wait so I got to explain to my four year old that the bowling alley doesn’t take reservations for some reason. As busy as Raleigh is, this makes no sense. Best birthday ever!! Thanks Buffalo Lanes North! I’ll never come back. Next time I’ll only use businesses that can handle simple tasks such as scheduling. Was open lanes everywhere and was told they were reserved for leagues. Looks like they get to call ahead.

Wanted to do something Something else when I first was on vacation in Raleigh.Me and a friend bowled some rounds, always fun.We was not able to book a new round after 10.30pm despite the fact that several had done it before us. they closed 11pm. so that was okay. we had a great evening. would like to go for another round of bowling the next time Im in town.

Buffaloe Lanes is a family friendly bowling alley and arcade. The kids had a blast on the lanes. The concessions was quite a dissapointment. Ordered a pepperoni pizza. It came completely doughy. Asked the employee to please re-make it and were told no. They microwaved the pizza and bright it out again. Still very under-cooked. So that was a loss. The arcade was fun at first. Many machines were out of order or would eat tokens. The prize selection was sub-par, but thats not what counts. Overall its a great place to bowl!

No wait for a lane even though it was almost a full house. Great lanes, plenty of staff at center desk. They need to tell the teenagers to observe lane courtesies. Those with young children need to keep them from running on the wood! No lie, I couldve injured 3!!!! It was great to see so many young adults choosing to NOT hang in the streets.

I’m usually not one to leave reviews and low marks but the experience we had was. I attempted to reach out the normal ways but didn’t get a response. My son Christian had his 12th birthday at your location last Sunday afternoon. I did fill out the party feedback form but I wanted to let you know I now have further complaints. He had the strike package and I think we all got was the gutter ball package. Before leaving some of my son’s guest complained of stomach pain. We thought that they had just had to much running and cake but I was mistaken. Both my son and girlfriend both came home and had extreme stomach discomfort and bowls. The night went on and I I began to as well. Yesterday both my girlfriend and son were both out ill due to nausea and diarrhea. I also heard from multiple parents that their kids were out of school due to food poisoning like symptoms. The only things we all had in common was pizza from your establishment. Pizzas were both under cooked and over cooked. The first pizza we received was burnt after being 30 minutes late and we got nothing other than sorry ....The morning crew doesn’t do anything for the night crew.” The party next to us had pizza cooked and sitting out way before they could even eat it! It was cold and burnt from what they told one of our guests parents. The next two were both rushed out of the oven to save face ( in my opinion ) and still doughy after delaying by opening presents. We were only told by both the front desk and concessions staff that no one really knows how to use the new oven. I understand you have a new oven but someone should be able to cook a dang pizza. Also cooking food all the way to not cause patrons to get sick should be a priority for anywhere that serves food. .... Especially those that paid over 200.00 to be there. I waited few day to see if I would get a response from the feedback or email I supplied but I see that was just a way to get addresses for mailing lists and not an actual wanting to improve experiences. Overall now I have a son who had what started out to be a great day with friends for his birthday end up with nausea and embarrassment. I end up with 6 free games of bowling and a day missed of work to take care of two sick people. All I got was sorry here is the bill. It’s my opinion that something other than taking one pizza that we never received was refunded. As a family we enjoy bowling but indefinitely don’t see us at your establishment again after this horrible experience.
