Best Neighborhood pool around!

The Medfield pool is a total throwback to the neighborhood pools of the 70s. Somehow, however, it is still awesome to todays kids also. Complete with a 10 deep end and a real diving board it is quite different from the modern water worlds being built in most new developements. Nestled deep within the Medfield neighborhoods old growth Oaks, the pool is a hidden surprise to most people the first time they see it. Neighborhoods surronding the pool on the West side of Raleigh and East side of Cary are welcome to join the pool for a fee of around $500 for the season. A competitive swim team for kids ages 6-18 is a thrill to spend some of your time on summer breaks .

Great family-friendly facilities, just the right size, on-site grills and fridges with light concessions.
