My kids absolutely love this place. We purchased a monthly pass which is 2 hrs a day for every thing. They even let you break up into two different 1 hour sessions a day. My youngest son, almost 5, loves the climbing walls. My oldest son LOVES area 52. What a great feature! We have created a similar area in our basement. Staff in our 6 visits so far have been great to us. Lots of places to sit for parents. I think this is a small business and the owners are local college graduates so I am happy to support them and their great staff.

If you are looking for a place to let kiddos run off some energy this is it! My son & nephew did NOT want to leave! You pay one price & they have access to everything in the building! Trampolines, wall climbing, 6D movie theater (they loved this), launch pad & more! They also have a little snack bar but it was a tad pricey.

Fun spot for kids and parents alike. You can actually get a pretty good work out while playing there. The arcade games are dated, but you should be going there for the trampolines. An hour is usually enough, but 90 minutes is only a few dollars additional.

Have visited with my grand daughter before and it has changed a lot...not for the good in our opinion. At first it was a lot of trampolines to use...they have cut the number down more than half so what is left is too busy and dangerous with kids running through other trampolines and kids. It is not the Launchpad anymore but some kind of arcade...

Awesome place. Lots of bang for your buck. Your kiddos will be worn out when you leave. We did 2hrs. but 1hr would be plenty for young kids. My husband and I both played but nice that the parents do not have to pay to play and have couches placed all around to sit and keep an eye on your children. The guys that worked there were amazing. So friendly. Helpful. and seemed to truly enjoy working there and with these youngsters. Especially the guys running the 3D movie area, wall climb, jump pad, etc. that area had a lot going on and the workers were so patient and friendly and never seemed stressed or overwhelmed. the employees definitely can make or break a business. And these guys are great. we were there last Monday on labor day

We come there every 2 weeks or so. Today was our last visit. Both my kids (4 and 6) love the climbing wall. The 4 y/o is a bit in a small side but she always gets on and has a blast climbing. Today she was refused by 2 employees saying that she is too small (after she been harnessed and waiting to get up). I tried to explain that she always climbs and is not too small but for no avail. It would be nice if they had consistency. Or at least a policy that says that kids under certain age or size aren’t allowed. Would save my kids some tears. Like I said, today was the last day we ever go there. Luckily there are plenty places around here that are child friendlyGiving them 2 start just for old times sake.

Visited this place with my kids for my nephew’s birthday party. They had a great time jumping and were sleep as soon as they settled in the car after (win for mommy!). The birthday party “host” Tristan was EXCELLENT! When you book a party, either make sure all guests have arrived or expect that some will lose time/not get to jump if they are not on time- this place books you for an hour and that’s what they mean!Other details- pizza for the party was Little Caesars (3 pizzas for 10 kid party), water to drink (May have other options just sharing what we had).I’m giving this place two stars off because:there are limited activities for young children- the jumping floor is fine but gets boring after a little while- especially because young kids can see the other activities and don’t understand the 1 per trampoline rule. Though we didn’t have a problem going to the foam pit, it was tough explaining to 3 and 4 year olds to wait their turn to jump in (and/or convince them to get out). I appreciated the patience of the staff trying to wrangle them but I wish there was a separate toddler-friendly area where they could have just played in the foam (most of them wanted to “swim” through them/throw them/build towers vs actually jumping into them over and over). Could also use a shorter basketball rim- that might have entertained my kids the whole hour alone :)Oversight of areas was generally good but there was one older boy that followed our little group with one of the older boys- we had to step in ourselves (eventually with our party host) to get him to stop doing “karate” moves in the foam pit with the gladiator-type equipment. Other staff asked him to stop but it wasn’t effective until multiple people addressed it- should have some sort of way to contact parents for that type of behavior especially around kids in different age groups. We didn’t want anyone- including him- to get hurt.

If I could give a zero star I would, 2 attractions that needed attendants they was not there had to ask them to come, staff just stands around. No one was working the food stand either the attractions was boring online it seemed like their was tons to do so I got the 3 hour package and didnt even end up staying but 30 minutes total waist of time and money, ended up going to adventure landing where we spend less money and had may more fun.! I do not recommend ! Even my 7 and 4 year old didnt like it.

We love this place!! My kids have had so much fun each time weve gone. My daughter even played at 1 year old and had a great time. Workers are stationed throughout to make sure that no one is up to anything they shouldnt be up to which contributes to the safety of the park. It is a little pricey but worth it.

Front desk employee acted like my questions & request for assistance was an annoyance. More than just not welcoming...demeanor was literally as if she was being irritated by my payment of $64 for 4 kids for 1 hour. Call me crazy but thats considerably more expensive than taking kids to movies, bowling or most other forms of entertainment... so maybe the customer being welcomed rather than treated as an annoyance would be a good investment in customer retention.

This place is awesome! Ive been here multiple times and every time Ive had a better experience than any other trampoline park. The prices are very good for the experience that you get. The prices also include grip socks which are required to jump, which I like a lot. The place is clean and does not have a bad smell. The employees are pretty good and the attractions are even better! There are so many things to do! You can jump and if you get tired then you can relax on a motion theater ride, do the laser frenzy, play the top games in the arcade, or get a snack and/or a drink at the snack bar. This place is awesome and I recommend going. Cant wait to go back!

We came out yesterday for a family members 6th birthday and everything went well until the end. The children were addressed by a staff member in a way that was unacceptable causing pareants to get involved. Her name was Ashley and another parent and I addressed her to see why she would address the children asking them why they were all over at the wall and telling them that they needed to go find their party attendant if they wanted to climb the wall. Her attitude was piss poor in her explanation and she even stopped it to fuss at her coworker about screwing up and leaving her alone with the party kids while he cleaned our room up. Yes she argued with him in front of us and the children. I spoke with the manager on shift and he did not resolve things. Due to her level or attitude, I definitely got an attitude and told him that someone else needed to assist us at the wall before we had an even bigger issue because her attitude was disgusting towards kids even. She shoved the harnesses at the kids and just said here! Tyree took over and she walked a cake over near the customer service desk. In the process she stepped on my 3 year old sons foot looked down and said excuse me and kept walking. He yelled out and she never stopped to make sure he was okay all because of her attitude. Again I spoke to the manager but he was too busy getting the line down to attend to our needs. My husband spoke to him again on the way out and he said he needed to attend to things at the counter and that was his focus. Yes, Ashley returned to the wall area and still assisted our party with her attitude after I requested otherwise. Customer satisfaction, professionalism, service is not of value by the manager. I don’t care what went wrong, you don’t handle it in front of everyone and you damn sure don’t get an attitude with kids 6-10 yrs old because you aren’t receiving the help that you need. The manager told me that I can submit a complaint but it will come back to him. He is a part of the issue so I will share it here since obviously the company doesn’t care because they lack a corporate complaint system. This was my first and last time visiting this place. I did not catch the managers name but he was not manager material and Ashley was the girl working with the attitude. Good job maintaining your composure and professionalism through all of this Tyree. All else was fine, however I would never spend my money where it is not appreciated and customer service is not of value.

There was plenty of open area for everyone to bounce on, areas for a specific jumping activities like jumping into a foam pit, dodgeball, slam dunking a basketball, and jousting or whatever you call it where you knock the other person into the block pet. Each area had a supervisor to make sure no one was getting out of line, and all the employees were very nice, polite, and courteous. There were lockers for storing your items, there was an arcade area, and a super fun very high jump onto a very large inflated mattress

Lame. JUST Way too many rules and regulations. I get it, kids need a little bit of guidance to not hurt themselves. But I felt like every two seconds the employees kept speaking to children. It was bothersome. We couldnt run across trampolines, couldnt couldnt use the green sides of the trampolines. I also felt it was over priced more than other competing trampoline parks. They also charge for 2 yr Olds. Most places include a 2 yr old with the price of an adult. This place doesnt. They had some kind of course which for all their hype about safety didnt even seem safe. No one was even on the course becuse it was extremely hard for kids to even attempt. The course consisted of ply wood hanging from foudatiob pipes, pvc type pipes hanging, a later that was also hung.. Which didt make sense. Feel as though this concourse needed some help.

Had my sons 4th birthday party there yesterday. It was awesome, even better than I expected. VERY organized, my kind of place. They got everyone checked in quickly and easily. I was worried check-in might be chaotic, but it wasnt at all. They had a cart ready to take our shoes and belongings to the party room for us. There was a member of the staff assigned just to us to help with everything. She was great! She took care of everything, even cut and served the cake. They had everything we needed - cute plates, utensils, etc. I didnt need to bring anything except the cake. At the last minute, I decided to add $5 game cards for all the kids to play video games and she quickly and easily took care of it for me and gave them out to the kids. All the adults jumped too and had a great time.

Great place to spend an hour of fun! In my opinion its a little pricey for everything included ($2 just to jump off the launch tower and the arcade games are up there as well) oh and forget about the ticket count being anywhere close to accurate... Three of us hit a 500 ticket bonus plus various other wins... Pretty sure that equals well over 1500, but we got 1200. Im no math guy, but I know we easily had 1800. All in all its fun and Id come back, but only to jump for 30 mins (plenty of time to jump around all that they have and be tired and sweaty) and then hit the road!

Jumping on trampolines is always fun but the costumer service here is lacking. My friend and I were jumping when my friend started to feel sick. He went and sat down and asked me to get him a cup of water. He was not far from the water fountain but said he did not feel well enough to walk there. I was really worried and ran to the closest staff member and explained the situation. He pointed me to the snack bar. I ran to the snack bar and explained the situation again, asking for a cup. The woman told me with no sympathy that she could not give me one. I was desperate and would have been happy to pay for it but we had put our wallets in the car to keep them safe while we jumped. I had to go running back to my friend to get the keys. On the way the first staff member asked me what happened and I explained. He said sorry and shrugged. No one seemed to be able to help me or cared much. The entire situation was ridiculous. I understand they dont just give cups out in any situation but this was an emergency and its not like we hadnt paid enough money to be there in the first place. I only write this review in the hopes that they change their policy. Safety needs to be the top priority.

Launching Pad Trampoline Park is fabulous. If you are looking for a clean, safe, friendly, welcoming environment then this is the place to go. You cannot beat the price! We have been going there for at least 6 months and have been very happy with the consistency of great service. If you are looking for a fun time for your child and for yourself visit Launching Pad. I have visited other trampoline places in this state and up north. This is the best place. My kids say the trampolines at Launching Pad are not as stiff as some others so they can get some height and not have it hurt their knees. Think about getting a membership, it is a tremendous deal. I believe the best in town! If you do not want to jump they have a place where you can sit and work (with free wifi) while the kids jump. You can relax in the lobby etc. There is a ton of space to watch the kids. Kids of all ages jump, I have seen women working out etc. From the kids... Kid one: It is totally baller (means awesome). Kid two: It is good fun! Kid three: There is no other place like it, everywhere else is like jumping on concrete.Try it! You will not be disappointed!

Their website says its for all ages but thats a half-truth at best. The treatment of toddlers at this facility is extremely lacking:1. You must pay full price even though the majority of the park isnt suitable or useable by toddlers.2. Was told my toddler must watch the safety video. Shes TWO. She isnt able to understand the safety video. I dont have a problem watching it myself but it lacks common sense to think she would watch it.3. The toddler/small child area has only a basic trampoline floor, unlike a place such as Defy Gravity that has multiple play areas within the small/child area. To rub salt in the wound of my toddler, the foam pit was in full view of the toddler area of which she wasnt able to play in.4. The jump socks youre required to wear dont fit toddlers.5. They are very strict on having more than 1 person on a square. With older kids I can see the issue, but I was try to hold my toddlers hands so she could jump and was scolded for it. Not much logic in play here.6. We had to take her off the jump floor because she was upset. She wanted to play in the foam pit that was right in front of the toddler zone. We took her to the arcade to play a game... not a single game was oriented toward her age group. Not even a dinky toddler ride youd find in the mall. The only reason Im giving it a two-star is because my 8 year old had fun. My 12 year old got bored fast (as they dont have varied kinds of activities like Defy Gravity).
