I visit this place as Often as I Can. Im like the USPS, nor rain, nor sleet, nor Hot temperatures can keep Me at Bay. Wonderful place for Self-reflection and quiet Meditation. I Love this place. P. S. This is only one of About five enclosed Memory Gardens in the USA (stats May be off, but they are impressive). Also, this Memory Garden operates on volunteer and contributions.,

Love this little secret garden. Its a great spot to escape for a bit - I hardly can tell Im in the city from inside the garden. On occasion, bring the kids here too. Nice to have circular paths for them to run around on.

This is a very small and intimate garden area that is dedicated to the people who have suffered or are currently suffering from Alzheimers disease and their families and friends. The landscaping is beautifully designed and maintained throughout the year. There are several benches and quiet spots to sit and a building with a bathroom inside the gates of the garden.

I LOVE this Memory Garden.. It is a great place to go to an beautiful flowers, lots of places to sit down an wander while enjoying all the scents that were placed here years ago.. Made for especially people with limited memory. Many plants are for the older generation. Was jointly made with young local students from high school.. Two of my kids have special bricks the year it was built.

This little niche is a beautifully landscaped garden area. Even if its just a short path, there are a lot of different plants and flowers, and even has benches for sitting to enjoy the view. The place is kept relatively clean.

Rather than battle traffic, sometimes I pull off at Powell and play with Ninja Rose in the green space at rush hour.. My phone did get stolen off the bench here while playing frisbee in the trees last summer. So 4 stars w/ a warning. Other times, depending on what kind of day I had, I may seek refuge from traffic in a bar. I just like having choices.

It is a very well kept, beautiful garden. I was recently there with a volunteer group to do some cleaning and gardening and it was a very nice place to be even on a cold day.

If you want solitude, this is the place to go. Not that far from the main road, it is surprising to see that even on the weekend there was hardly anyone here. It doesnt really stand out when driving by from the main road which contributes to this lack of visitation. This is a nice shaded garden in many parts with plenty of open seats to sit down on. Occasional squirrel will scurry along in search of food but that is about it. A wide variety of different plants planted here.

Love it because its for people who or who have a loved one who has Alzheimers disease. My mother in law had Alzheimers and it was very difficult to see how she had her good and bad days but one thing that was remarkable was that she never forgot who her son was. She is deeply missed. Also our cat who passed from cancer loved it too and he would go there just to hang out and give kisses with a wild squirrel that we named Brokey cuz he had a broken tail.

Very peaceful well kept nice place to sit and think or walk around and enjoy your time to yourself or a personal conversation with someone. Just relaxing and pleasant even though its off a busy road and not the best of areas but the city does a good job with the upkeep and keeping the riff raff out and the homeless at a distance its like a secret get away but close to home.

Just a great place to kick it and relax. Pulled my chair out let my girl chill out on her leash. She met others being walked which made it possible for me to meet a few of the locals. Very nice people in this neighnorhood. Only seen one homeless person that didnt stay around very long. Great day of relaxation...

Peace. Quiet. Yes. Solitude, no, but nobody bugs anybody. People seem to get the point of the place. Occasionally a tweaker stumbles through but one flash of an n.a. keytag and they vanish.
