Great ramp at a great location. Just watch out. Tickets are $35 each. Pay the meter and park cars only in car spots and trailers vehicles in trailer spots. They do ticket!
Three ramps that can handle 6 boats at one time. Lots of room to tie up and go grab your trailer. Very important when youre just one person launching a boat!
Price is currently $10 on weekdays and $15 for weekends for boat trailer parking. Cars are about $1.25 / hour. There is no charge to launch a boat if you dont park. Ive been launching boats here for decades. They keep the ramps well maintained and clean of algae.
Great little fishing spot glad there was bathrooms there parking was a breeze not badly price
Ramp is very slippery at low tide. Be prepared to burn some rubber
Lots of space. Very close to the inlet. Only ten dollars a day. Also has a water connection on the west side of the lot for engine wash. Also safe. You can leave your car and not have to worry about a break-in.
Luv this landing!!! There are three ramps which allow six boats to launch or load at once. Clean surroundings, large parking lot for truck/trailer parking and a lot area for cars. Restrooms also.
Great local boat ramp and little park to watch boats and picnic
Clean. Open. Ppl are nice. A lot of parking
The perfect location to see the sunrise. You can have a cook out and picnic table right there.
Very nice place pleasant easy and easy out enough slips
Enough parking, went there to launch boat, never had a problem. Area is clean
Great place for the dog to swim and meet good people
This place is great. It is really set up well for bigger boats, plenty of parking (usually) and you can park for however many days you want. $15/day for truck and trailer. They also have a parking lot for cars.
I usually goes Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays, its empty, no one is rushing you.
Great boat ramp, I always use it to launch my paddleboard or kayak, also a great park
Peaceful spot 420
I didnt visit the boat ramp itself, I was strictly there for the playground. The view is nice bc its on the intercoastal but the swings are very outdated. They still have metal chains, which leaves a rust colored mark on your hands as well as your clothing, let alone the smell. I most definitely do not recommend this place for the playground; just for the boat ramp & scenery!
Great Boat launch. 6 ramps. Lots of parking. $10 day for truck and trailer. Can get busy tho on weekends and holidays
Nice boat access, however was not marked that you had to pay for parking. I parked in the no trailer section because i merey a grind there and received a $35 parking ticket and there were no signs. The boat ramps were also covered with algae and extremely slippery, more so than normal for a boat ramp.
Awesome just awesome!!!
Small park with few parking spaces way too expensive. Boat ramps basic. The last one on the west side is very slippery. Pompano could do much better.
Great location, easy access when trailering and great location on the water. Plenty of boat trailer parking, can park overnight. The ramps can be steep and short at low tide. They need to re-cut the concrete to roughen the ramps for better traction. Overall though great boat ramp. There are restrooms and a wash down area too. $10/ day parking for truck/trailer.
Good place to launch a boat. Close to the inlet. Although the parking is $15 for trailers no matter how long you stay with a trailer
Right on the intercoastal not crowded, easy ramp access right at 14th st causeway bridge
Clean and easy tu use
Nice place to drop your boat and fish with the family.
Great ramp. Close to Hillsborough Inlet (to the south) and Boca Inlet (to the north). The passage through the Hillsborough Canal (known to locals as the goonies) can be a little tricky because of the shallows.
Beautiful no waiting
Getting better every year.
Quiet spot with beautiful view
Good ramp. Plenty of parking. Regular stop for FWC and BSO so it’s pretty safe for overnight parking.
Nice park, beautiful space.
Great launch area and picnic area
Great ramp, ample parking.
We love the boat ramp this is where I bring dogs that I pet sit to run them !
Nice view. Had amazing lunch at the park!
This is by far the best boat ramp in the county. Lots of parking and 6 boats can be launched at a time. 3 seperate ramps double wide. Parking is on $10 for 24hrs for truck and trailer is a good price. Some places charge $2 an hour to park your truck and trailer.
Great spot to watch the boats go by while you enjoy the beautiful weather.
Great ramps. Lots of parking. Very inexpensive. But make sure your stickers are in order. The FWA is always there.
All new ramp. Great to launch and park
Good place to put your boat in only cost you ten bucks to park all day for the trailer and boat and truck
Need more trailer parking
Need more parking for busy days.
Clean area, easy access to boat ramp, and has clean restrooms avaliable.
Super easy, very organized.
Lovett great fishing
Used to be free to park here when you launch your boat. Plus it always had a great little part that you could come to and visit. Now its empty because of parking enforcement and charging so much for parking. I thought our tax dollars paid for our state parks. I guess I was wrong...
Clean easy to port your boat And I love big Parking lots for 50 60 foot Trailers boats easy
Safe, well lit, good ramps, easy access and navigation to Hillsboro Inlet -
Great spot to launch the boat!
Great place to launch. Plenty of room.
Nice place 5o have a barbecue on Intracoastal
Beautiful area and weather! ️
Price has gone to $15 per day for trailer which is on the high side, however you get what you pay for. It has a clean parking area, a park, is safe, and is less than 10min from Hillsboro Inlet. So paying for location. Some things to know before you go low tide can be tricky loading boat. Recommend 4 wheel drive if you have it. The west ramp can be slick at times have seen many people get stuck or need additional help pulling boat out for this reason. This is all standard stuff for a boat ramp.Price loses a star but the location and amenities still keep it one of the best places to drop in.
Will kept, double ramps and popular. Lots of parking. Side posts to tie your boat if youre alone so you can park. Close to the inlet for easy access to the ocean.
Launching a boat and parking was amazing however one of the two parking machines wasnt
Great ramp. Not usually crowded and plenty of parking, but $15/day is steep in my opinion. Could use a fish cleaning station.
Outstanding facility in excellent condition. The ramps are in great shape and very spacious. Parking is plentiful for single vehicles and vehicles with trailers.
Lots of parking for trailers. Reasonable fee. 2 ramps. Close to the inlet.
Beautiful beach very nice people cant wait to go back have you been that day you know what I mean if you have it then you need to find out what I mean
Good boat ramp
Convenient boat launch and plenty of parking.
Good.
Nice boat launch & parkBut getting pricey!
Beautiful... Just beautiful.
Great ramps. A little slipery at low tide but for the most part pretty good. Clean and updated.
You can come here to go out on the water or play at the park. They recently went through renovations in the parking lot. Im not entirely happy with the way its set up now. There are less trees to park under in the car section so if youre out on the water all day and come back to your car, then you may as well use oven mitts to touch everything inside because its going to be extremely hot. Otherwise, parking fees are decent and there always seems to be available spaces no matter when you pull up.
They sure have cleaned it up a lot looks a lot better than it did believe me weve been going there for years. Little pricey. But worth it
Ez going place in and out boat ramp
I would like to see fish cleaning station, and year pass for parking available
The best boat ramp ever 20 minutes away from my house
Can handle any size boat
Does anyone know if is safe to leave a boat overnight?
Easy access to boat ramps and nice fishing nearby. Tackle and bait shop around the corner too.
I liked the ramp very much, close to inlet. The price I was charged seems reasonable for what you get in return. I visited on a weekday.
Get there early or you can watch the madness of newbie fisherpeople trying to launch their boats for a giggle, nice clean park, lots of ramps
The people boats. Atmosphere.
Great view s, nice atmosphere, great walking area. Clean friendly
Worst ramp in town. Payment for parking Isnt clear. 3 signs say pay at meter vehicles with trailer only. Any smart person would assume only trailers need to pay. Was going out on friends boat parked in same shot as him where he paid still got $35 ticket and not willing to remove. Ramp is small and doesnt even have a fillet table for caught fish. Much better ramps and customer service in area. Dont waste time here. Ill never again.
Nice boat ramp. But along the shore the local fisherman leave empty bait trash on the ground and fishing line balled up with rusty hooks still attached. Despite the trash cans close by and no fishing signs! And homeless people living under the drawbridge.
Were always using this ramps. Its very convenient place. Big parking for trailers, restroom, water to rinse up your boat if you brought your hose with you.
Been launching my boats here for over 35 years. Always accessible with great amenities
Bathroom was great. Needed water fountains
