A small place for sight seeing, fishing, chatting and relaxing. Me and my friend parked the vehicle for 15 minutes (Parking fee was 30 cents) and had a quick breakfast (We packed some bread stuff).Beautiful view as you can see my pics. I saw the following:Kids playing in a small play area.Lot of people fishing.Cyclists take a break and view this beauty.Friends and families relaxing.Restrooms were available.Small parking space.People taking beautiful pics.Boats and yacthes were passing by with smiles, music. Some of them jump into the water from the small yacthes and relax.Since the nearby places are private, can see at a distance, couples relaxing.
Great spot to get off the busy road and just relax for a while. Fabulous views of the inlet and the lighthouse nearby. Great little playground or park benches for adults just to sit and relax.
Great place to sit and enjoy watching the boats come and go. Its a beautiful view of the lighthouse too at night during a full moon
Beautiful little inlet wheres you can enjoy the water with an amazing view of the Lighthouse.

Great park, great views, restrooms, tables and well maintained.... Warning, pay for parking, they cheech and they do ticket... Well worth the cost of parking.... Great views is the inlet and lighthouse
Great little spot for fishing, lounging, and boat watching. Playground and restrooms accessible and a museum for the Lighthouse. Small paid parking so getting there during off-peak is less stress and it fills up quickly. A short walk across the side street has a small shopping center with cafes and restaurants.
Decent park area but you can NOT go up to the light house but twice a year I was told after driving around for a while trying to get there. I did not see that posted online anywhere. The light house is in a gated community.
Fun Place to come and watch the boats pass also a small park with some swings great for a child while dad goes fishing
The place is really nice! Rare display of a lighthouse in South Florida. However the lighthouse appears to be within a private compound and you cant even go close to it. A pity. Otherwise this is a nice place to stop and take some pictures

Very cool little spot for fishing or to come and enjoy plenty of shade by the water. Nice to watch the boats go thru the inlet. There is limited parking.
Parking is not fun. Tiny little lot for the amount of traffic it receives. Otherwise, they have fishing available, both along the shore and a pier. The pier shares with fishermen and water taxi ridders. They have restroom facilities, a small playground, and a decent picnic area.You can view the drawbridge from the park, boat watch, and walk to the Hillsboro Country Club. The Hillsboro lighthouse is viewable from the park. Access to the lighthouse is questionable. It is on a private, gated drive through the country club. We turned around and just viewed it from the park.

This is our favorite park for a relaxing afternoon. The ocean breeze is fantastic and finding a place in the shade is easy. If you like to watch boats, this is the place.

It is really beautiful to see the lighthouse from the park, but there is no access from the park to the beach. On the side of the island where the lighthouse it is located it is private. And the beach across the lighthouse is public but u have to make a huge turn around to the entrance of the beach and walk miles on the sand til the end of the peninsula to see the lighthouse closer. And there is no public bathrooms and not even docks close to park your boat.
Its a very clean park with a beautiful view of the lighthouse. Theres a great bagel place across the street called sunshine bagels. Very close to other areas of access to the beach
The light house view pic is from beach not park. Can see light house top from park.No beach or Jerry access from park. Small pay for parking lot. Small playground for kiddies. Short pier with fishing allowed into inlet and boat slips. Clean restroom.

Nice hidden gem of a park. Has a BBQ area to have a small picnic and park benches to sit and catch the ocean breeze. Wonderful ocean view. Parking is limited however.

Great spot to watch all of the boats come in and out of the inlet. Good pier fishing spit as well. Be mindful of the currents.

Always a cool spot to chill for a few. I always ride my bike and rest a little at the park before riding home. The view is spectacular. The park is clean, well kept and safe!! You can see the inlet bridge, the Lighthouse, beautiful boats, and friendly people all around

This park is great!!! Beautiful view!! Never find it packed. Always just enough people. Fishing from the piers, tons of boats! Try and stop as as often as I can!
This was a great fishing trip. Captain and 1st mate were awesome! Someone told us that the crew on Rebound, would differently find us fish, and they did. We caught 24 fish, and it was just my husband and I. Next year when we come back, well go with them again.

Although it was cloudy with a light sprinkle, I found it to be very peaceful.
Its a beautiful scenic place to just hang out and relax.. people mostly come to fish from the pier..so expect some stench in some placea..but ignoring that..its mesmerizing..
This is a great park for a waterside pinic, a place to gather your thoughts and or toss your line in the water. It has restrooms on-site and a corner store about a block away. For such a well known spot its not always as busy as one would think all the time. Worth checking out.
No good. You have to make a reservation first. Too much planification just for visit a Lighthouse. Im really sad.

Love this park with views of the Lighthouse and waterway with boats coming and going out to the intercostal water way . Fishing off the pier and the Pelicans come to visit . A Definite visit !
Nice park, but very small. You will need to pay to park.You can fish here and catch the water taxi.

This park is very scenic with a excellent overviewof the Deerfield Inlet. The peer and the Sea walls are also a very good place to do a little fishing.
Very Scenic, plenty of areas to sit down, a small little pier to fish off of as well as a Concrete pier to fish off of... A gorgeous view of the Hillsboro lighthouse..
