Other reviewers arecorrect. Heed their warnings. Nice, clean and quiet- however this is a trailer park. Mostly permanent residents in permanent trailers. Fine for 1 night but would not recommend for longer.

We stayed here for 5 nights. When I made the reservation, they said the large pool was open. It was NOT open! We had our granddaughters so that was kind of a big deal! Upon arrival, the woman was RUDE! We found our space, and boy was everyone elses reviews right. . . If there had been anyone in the spaces on either side of us, we would not have been able to get in. The grass at the sight was covered in stickers and the patio was covered in some nasty, squishy berries from the tree. There was no picnic table. This place was creepy! I think the entire 5 days we were there, we saw 2 other people. It IS gated, but seems like youre locked in a ghost town. Will definitely look for a different place to stay next time!

Wasnt at all what we hoped. Its pretty much a big asphalt sardine can. Very crowded with very little greenery. My experience with the staff and with other seasonal residents was not positive at all. The people at the site next to us were rude and used the spot where we were supposed to park our truck to park their motorcycle. When I tried to talk to them, they claimed they only spoke French. Then staff came by and jumped on me for parking in the wrong place. Site was on a busy road with traffic noise all night long. Left after one night.

Nice, quiet RV Park, been here since November. A gated community, clean, nice pools and mature, well mannered, respectful people live here.

Review №10

The only good thing about this place is that its clean. Everyone only speaks French and were unwelcoming if you didnt, including the staff. Sites are on top of each other and the hook-ups are out dated and weirdly placed, like the sewer being under the rig. If the A/C was running we couldnt turn anything on without tripping our power to the site. The neighborhood isnt the safest, if we wanted to do anything we had to drive 20 minutes. Bottom line, dont stay here if you dont speak French...

The tightest Park we’ve ever been too. If our neighbors hadn’t been so nice, it would’ve been very difficult. Definitely the worst value for our dollar that we’ve ever had in years of RVing. I’d rather park in a Walmart lot. I would definitely NOT recommend this park.

Very clean, Neat RV park. NOT recommended for camping thru the Thousand Trails membership. If you are a camper you are stacked on top of a site of a more permanent resident- this is NOT disclosed at time of reservation. Sites are VERY close together, NO privacy. (only reason for not 5 stars) They cater to out of town/country guests which is fine. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. Facilities are spotless, showers, restroom immaculate. Very updated and current. Very close to a lot of things to do in the area- not a bad drive to beach.

If going in season...good luck if you dont like people...over crowded to the max...in a very questionable neighborhood, with that said though, grounds are all asphalted, washer dryers well maintained, pools as well..,.but no staff present after 5 or on the weekends. We arrived on Sunday and had to call Encor Corp to even get a gate code and our lot number, when we finally got the info and found the lot, we started hooking up and found that the elec outlet not working and falling over and the junction box wide open so we had to go out and purchase another ext cord just to hook up to the site next to us...told the office three times and to this day (four weeks later) still NOT fixed..... Good luck n good travels

This place packs you in way too tight. If you are an American citizen, you are treated as a foreigner over our Canadian neighbors. All events are posted in French! The people who run the events speak no English!! I would stay here only as a place to park while my wife and I enjoy the beaches and surrounding areas.

BAD MANAGEMENT! your just a number! I parked my pickup truck next to my home in the same spot my golf cart was parked for years. I get home from visiting family and its gone. They towed it without giving me a courtesy call! They have my number on file. they said it was against there policy for my truck to be there and they put a sticker on the window for 24 hours! I was forced to pay $350 to get my truck out. Luckily i came back from visiting family early or i would have paid much more. its a gated community but be more worried about the management towing your vehicle. the tow company said they have towed many vehicles and was not given an explanation of the violation in this community. the maintenance guy said its not his problem . other issues grass gets over grown, and has lots of sticker seeds that stick to your shoes.

The first lady as you enter the welcome center is polite, others speak very little English .RUDE female Office ManagerThe Answer -to most commonly asked questions is usually I dont know. The Management makes promises they do not intend to keep...Outdoor bathrooms are like an oven ️and the shower stalls dont have doors nor do they lock.No privacy ...Open 24 hours Poorly kept grounds. Weeds only!! No grass!! No sprinklers (only by front office).its like a desert in the summer .They promised the patios would all be painted and repaired still waitingbeen waiting since February. People come in and drink and smoke at the pools on the weekend mostly. Sign says its prohibited but nobody there to enforce it.We had a robbery 2 days ago because our gated community Gate was open all weekend.Too many people know the combination to the front gate!!!A tall thin black man with dreadlocks came into the park and stole the Wallet right off an owners table and ran. They never caught him!Reve is about a mile right around the corner where the rapper was shot and killed . They never caught him!Noisy street, its Siren City. Its like a cops and robbers sondtrack from a movie all day long...The list goes on and on... very disappointed!! Best thing there is the sky*

Sites are VERY TIGHT. Very little grass and a lot of OFF LIMITS for walking your dog. Only trash dumpster is a hike from most sites...but GREAT location for exploring the area. Would stay again only for this reason.********Returned and found the park more friendly. In fact, I took an annual site, and plan to return in September.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed. Spaces are very tight 8 ft wide, your neighbor parks in front of your cement pad. The French speaking staff was not an issue, the issue I had was everything from activities to rules and regulations were in French. They are not pet friendly or friendly in any way, very rude people in general. There is no place to walk your dog and signs everywhere in French telling you not to walk your dog. If you decide to go here be prepared and you may not be as disappointed as I was. The one thing that was good its only 15 minutes from the beautiful Deerfield beach.

This is absolutely the worse RV Park I have ever stayed in during my 25 years of RVing. I expected a very nice park for the cost of $456.00 a week plus $4.00 per day resort fee. There is no room to extend the awning and no room to even sit outside the spaces are so small. I will never stay here again and would not stay the 2 weeks we paid for if I could get a refund

I have to say that manager Gorge and Assistant Betina are very professional and nice people. Yes they are Canadian but they DO speak english and are willing to help you. The place have a great entertaining area and a great pool . Is always clean and well maintain. Even Tammy one of the areas cleaning team was so nice to us, and give us great info. Sites are decent on space depend on the seasons the rents may get higher but thats everywhere! Also is in a good location, you have waltmart, convenience stores, gas stations and parks around it.

Worst park ever! you cant even walk your dog without someone whining, they have a pool hall and decent swimming pool. but if you actually want to enjoy yourself, theres always some french dbag reminding you of the rules. The office staff is inept to SAY the least, they will move you around the park, even if youve made a reservation, park is overcrowded really bad broken sites. water was always being turned off without warning , definitely not worth the money, we only stayed here because everywhere. else was booked. If you can avoid this place do!!! If your French Canadian im sure youll enjoy your stay, riding around on your bikes with the sour faces ,Smile . your in the U.S.A .
