After moving our son’s wedding celebration out to 2021, we planned a small intimate wedding in Plymouth. We stayed over night at Mirabeau after the rehearsal. The following day we had pictures on the Monet Lawn before the wedding and a reception after in the Henri-Marie restaurant. The impeccable grounds made a spectacular backdrop for the wedding pictures! Henri-Marie was the ideal room for a reception with both indoor and outdoor spaces. Suzanne, the event coordinator, worked tirelessly to accommodate all of our requests and the chef custom tailored our meals to meet our needs. Thank you to the staff who exceeded our expectations and helped to make our day a special memory for all.

What a lovely stay! I did not golf, but the spa was amazing and the bistro was exquisite. Lavish rooms and a cozy garden, the picture is a view from my rooms patio.

This elegant & exceptional spa experience is highly recommended. The facilities are excellent, very clean, and staff is readily available. The Bistro food was delicious too.

Rooms were spacious, food was absolutely impeccable.The bike rentals were a lot of fun and they have Pelotons if you want to catch up with your favorite instructors while youre away The! The trails were also a nice touch. I do not suggest trying to bike up the hills!The man at the front desk had a slight attitude and was a little dismissive. I also did not enjoy the spa experience. The masseuse did not put in any effort and we were not given the opportunity to adjust the default gratuity. I was okay with giving 30% but we should have been told. Also, I purchased a lotion (the oil I wanted was out of stock) and it was defective. The odor is absolutely disgusting and smelled nothing like the product used during the massage. The Skaneateles location had great spa service but lacked everywhere else. I think that there needs to be a balance somewhere. Hoping to try the Rhinebeck location soon.

Been to this location several times service from spa techs have been great... But reservation department really lacks!! From not knowing what packages are available and the change of how many required packages you must buy to attend.. Go elsewhere they will treat you much better for money spent

Pretty hotel. Lots of parking, nice room, nice bathroom, good bed. Like that they had two different dining options, casual pizza and bar and the dressier French option although I elected not to eat at either so cant speak to the actual food. Couple restaurants across the street to which is great, walked to Mama Mia Italian. Property is beautiful with outdoor water features, dining and decks. Golf course looked to be in great shape from what I could see, would like to play if Im out that way again. Great spot and of course Spa is a big thing but I did not have time for that either. One thing that could use improvement the TV itself is older, standard cable channels and no movie options. Overall very nice place.

We started out the evening here with appetizers and drinks. Afterwards we walked around the the beautiful garden. Steve the service desk manager gave us a nice tour of the spa and one of the rooms. He was gracious and knowledgeable the whole staff was very friendly. My wife is planning on coming to the spa in the future.

I felt like a princess when I visited Mirbeau Spa in Plymouth, MA. I’m anxious to go anywhere in this pandemic, but the precautions that the spa took made me feel as safe as I could be. All the staff wore their masks appropriately the entire time, surfaces were frequently sanitized, all visitors were checked for their temperature, guests had to stay six feet apart, and they closed down facilities that are not COVID safe.I got a my first facial ever from Alyce and am hooked! She was super informative, kind, respectful, knowledgeable, funny, and an overall great esthetician.The only thing that caused a slight dip in the experience was my interactions with one of the women at the front desk. I was traveling with a bachelorette party (we all tested negative for COVID before getting together) and we were delayed to one of our first appointments. We called ahead multiple times and were assured that it would be okay. When we arrived, the woman at the spa front desk had a very abrasive tone when she told us that the first appointment was no longer possible due to our delay. This was completely understandable, and our fault for being late. We took ownership of this and we’re trying to be flexible by asking if there were other appointments available. Thank goodness there was a facial with Alyce available for later in the evening that the front desk woman found. When I thanked her for her flexibility, she gave me an extended withering and completely unprofessional look. She didn’t respond to my gratitude and continued typing aggressively on the computer in order to show us her frustration with the situation.Overall, we had a wonderful experience. I would definitely come back and be pampered here again!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Mirabeau on Saturday evening until Sunday noon. We enjoyed our Valentines Day getaway as a first time stay at Mirabeau. Everything about our stay was amazing! From the great customer service, to our Amazing, Comfortable room. Not to mention how Beautiful the rest of the Inn and Spa is, with Delicious food too! We enjoyed every minute, and definitely look forward to our next visit!! The location is also a plus!

Great facility, lots of accommodations for a full spa day! Even if you just want one spa treatment you have full access all day to their wellness classes (great yoga), up to date gym, and bistro! Steam room is great, outdoor jacuzzi and bar is perfect through the year, it’s an awesome facility and the value of service for the amenities offered is worth giving this place a try! It’s a busy spot so book ahead and take your time while you’re there.... The experience will be enjoyed most of you take my tips!

Beautiful outdoor Courtyard area with alfresco style pizza bar open seasonally. And of course, their renowned spa. Whenever we visit Plymouth we always stop in for a drink at the Bistro Bar . Nice hotel, well appointed. Beware however that although the food in the restaurant is excellent, you will be dining with spa guests wearing bathrobes in the dining room until 4:00 p.m. daily. I did unfortunately have a cocktail at 7:30 pm with guests sipping martinis in bathrobes. Just a total put off for me and my guest.

The room was perfect for my stay (best friends overnight trip). The people that worked there were kind & always had a perk in their voice. I would have preferred a better break down to Enjoy your stay baggie they give you at check-in. It stated a mini bar in the room (there was none), different spa items to try (again none in the room):but there was no explanation on where the items were. Understanding that yes its Covid reasons however we thought it would have been provided the reason. Couldnt locate fitness center, outdoor pool or anything unless you venture and poke around.

This was the most pleasant experience that my wife an I have shared in some time. First of all, the architectural details are impressive. The spa facilities contribute to a truly immersive experience. The staff are friendly and professional. This is the first time that we hoped for bad weather to give us an excuse to stay in. The room was immaculate, the bed was beyond comfortable, and the restaurant was excellent. We will definitely come back and certainly visit their other locations.

The spa was beautiful and we had great services. The main problem was they close down from 3-5 at the restaurant so there is nothing to eat except Thai crappy bar menu that consist of nuts, deviled eggs and cheese board. The cheese board doesnt even come with decent cheese or crackers. We were starving and not happy we couldnt get food especially since we couldnt get our treatments earlier so this was the only time we had to eat. Theyre also doing construction and offered no discounts even though the noise and appearance was not up to par. The spa was great but hotel was so so I wouldnt sleep there again

Stay was so poor my wife and I left before night two. Hopefully covid can be to blame for the horrible service and treatment from management.....I will never stay at Mirbeau again after how we were treated tonight.Although Mirbeau doesnt need us, please think twice before spending thousands for a less than pleasurable experience....

This place is unquestionably one of the most pleasant restaurants in the neighborhood. Anytime I visit this place I am profoundly happy. They hold their very high level service and the topmost level of meals they offer. You always win with this restaurant. Highly recommended.

What an amazing place. The room was nice and had think, soft his and her robes and slippers. There was a gas fireplace in the room that made it cozy. The spa is beautiful and the food in the Bistro was very good. The grounds are private and quaint. We absolutely loved it there and will definitely go back.

Mirbeau was excellent! Unfortunately we were only able to stay one night during a recent visit and it happened to be storming pretty badly, but the location near the entrance to Cape Cod is great and the French country style was perfect! My wife loves impressionistic painters and this hotel did not disappoint! Great artwork throughout and then a real life representation of Monets garden left us wishing we had more time and better weather to explore! Well definitely be back!

Stayed for my anniversary. Spa was awesome (except for the day drinking housewives gabbing away in the quite room while annoying everyone else). Room was awesome. Dinner at the restaurant was awesome. Would definitely stay again

Everything was perfect except that it sounded like someone was moving furniture around above or next to our room at 7am, waking everyone up. It went on for several minutes. Other than that, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, grounds were beautiful and staff was helpful and friendly.

Unfortunate business practices - seasonally they offer $50 vouchers with the purchase of $300 in gift cards. They state they offer is valid until Dec 31, 2020, although it’s only while supplies last. I got an email and the next day I went to get the offer to find there were no more supplies. A gift card is “free” so supplies can’t run out... with an offer valid until Dec 31 you should offer it until that date. I’ve taken $2,000 in gift cards elsewhere and will continue to do so. Suggestion - fix your offers and live up to them

We got married at Mirbeau on 7/6/19 and wish we could do it all over again! We fell upon Mirbeau when we were looking for a unique venue outside the City. We wanted a tent wedding and once we saw the beautiful grounds, we knew Mirbeau was the place! It was such a pleasure working with Sarah. She was extremely patient with us (as times we were quite indecisive) and quick to respond to all our questions. On our wedding day, our guests were not only visually blown away by the venue, but all raved about the cocktails, the service and the food! During dinner service, it began to downpour, but that didnt stop our servers! Sarah and her staff grabbed umbrellas and ran (while getting soaked!) our servers under the umbrellas just to make sure things continued to run smoothly. It was incredible and our guests loved every second of it! We are so happy we selected Mirbeau and would do it all over again. I look forward to going back and visiting this magical place!

I emailed the CEO and they told me they would split the cost. He would not honor my current reservation rate amidst this pandemic. Will never do business with them again! @MirbeauInnSpa ‬

Unfortunately, I got a paronychia at the spa (which is a nail infection) after getting the dazzle dry nail polish. The nail technician cut my actual skin and caused me to bleed. The polish job was horrendous and chipped the next day so it had to be completely removed. The nail tech was condescending and embarrassed me in front of other customers. It was a humiliating experience and a complete waste of $70+ . Unfortunately, For some reason I’m unable to upload pictures of my nail infection. I posted this review before, but I think they might pay to have unfavorable reviews removed. If you go I would suggest bringing your own tools.

It pains me to say definitely would not recommend. Weve been coming for many years and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately we watched the service go down hill fast. Management hates there job and has horrible attitudes, especially the bar manager. Completely not accommodating and/or welcoming.

We were all really excited to head to Mirbeau for a girls day/night. We had spa treatments booked by day, dinner at night and thought this was going to be a great short getaway...but it was NOT. Spending the money we did would be justified it the customer service was top notch, but that was the issue- it wasnt.Our day at Mirbeau started by walking in, checking in, and putting our bags in our rooms to grab a bite to eat before our 2PM treatments started.We went down to the lobby 5 minutes after arrival (at 11:30) to go have lunch. This is where it all started. We walked over to the hostess (a women with a short spiky blonde hair cut) and asked if we could have a table. She never took her eyes off the reservation sheet and asked if we had a reservation. We said no, and looked around to a completely empty room with only 2 tables taken. It took her about 90 seconds to then say, I guess we can seat you at the high-tops. Tone is everything, eye contact, manner, being warm and approachable, all things this woman exuded as being irritated and not wanting to be bothered. This is a customer service role and I found it bizarre our first engagement here was negative. Her vibe and attitude were shared and continued by our waitress who also was negative about the drinks we were ordering, wouldnt give us advise on the menu and almost looked like disgusted when asked about a seafood dish she would never eat (because she doesnt eat seafood).The cruncher was the end of the meal when our waitress was completely put out and irritated by the fact we wanted to split the bill at the end. She and the blonde haired spiky hostess kept whispering and pointing at our group of 8 and made this whole intro to Mirbeau feel like high school. When our waitress finally did go off and do the bill split she came back literally 10 minutes later to say the computer cant handle these type of splits and thats what caused our issue- again making it clear how irritating this was for her.We left so frustrated that we actually contemplated cancelling our reservation for 10 people we had that evening. Two of our companions reassured us the dinner vibe would be better with a different team of staff so we left it as is.Following the lunch we went to the spa. When the 8 of us were in the chill room alone we talked normally and were told off by the spa manager to not go over a whisper. This I can understand if others are around but no one was in the room? On top of that we had a spa server named Steven who gave us drinks and he too was put out by serving, cocky, and irritated.The only people at the hotel who made us feel welcomed were the hotel desk staff, people who did our actual spa treatments and the evening hostess and waiter.SO TO SUM IT UP: There seems to be a serious issue with the daytime food and beverage staff. There is a negative vibe and it is felt throughout the team. This needs to be addressed as I will not waste my time or money on this spot again due to the experience. Training in warmth and welcoming demeanor is a must; especially when its a SPA?

Facility is nice and staff is friendly but services are way overpriced for what you are actually receiving. I paid $155 for a facial that didn’t include extraction or any real skin cleaning elements. Literally paid for someone to rub cream on my face for 40 minutes - also the service was supposed to be 50 minutes but I was taken 10 min late and it was not made up for. I would not waste your money here - you can go somewhere for half the price and way better quality!

Spent over night with friend wonderful experience. Except food didnt agree with me. Didnt feel well stayed in bathroom most of the night. However since alot of plush towels, layed on the floor and was very comfortable. Also as a floor view noticed how extremely clean the bathroom was. Felt better in morning.

Didnt stay here but did the day package. Got the Close to You message for 2 and pedicures. The facility is amazing and the staff is friendly. Even the spas waiting area is fantastic. I plan on staying overnight the next time I visit

Didnt have a remote for the tv and the overnight shift concierge couldnt be bothered to help get one. He found us a remote that was the wrong one then basically said deal with it. another thing was it looks like they have a pool from the pics on the brochure and website but all it is is an oversized hot tub that gets a little too crowded when the hotel is booked other staff was genuinely very helpful and extremely nice. All in all place is gorgeous stuff was great except the overnight guy. Definitely have to give it another try and go for more of the spa features and golf

This place is awesome. Without being the bank, you can get a great massage and day spa experience, eat a few wonderful meals at their selection of restaurants, and even take advantage of seasonal specials that make lodging their quite affordable. We go there regularly, and enjoy it every time. The steaks are extremely good, and brunch has a French flair that is best enjoyed with one of their freshly baked crossoints (before they dissapear)! Finally, something affordability luxurious hit the South Shore after decades!

This restaurant/spa is a beautiful venue and restaurant. I havent gone to this spa yet, but the food is great and the indoor function room is gorgeous. I attended a baby shower and an outdoor (under a beautiful big white tent) wedding here. Oddly enough, one of my favorite parts of the experience at Mirbeau Inn & Spa was the bathrooms!!! The hand soap and the paper towels they use are to die for!! The first time I washed my hands here, I actually questioned whether or not to throw away the paper towel I used to dry my hands with because they were so soft and thick (they ended up being throw away)!!!The staff is great!

This is my go to Spa for that full day experience. I was able to do an overnight this past weekend & the room was beautiful! The dining was delicious as usual & the service in the bistro was exceptional.The Spa itself has upgraded the Hostess at the check in desk! Thank you! She was polite & friendly. I was disappointed however that 2 days in a row the water in the ladies locker room was removed before my day was over and didn’t appear in time for my check in. The robes are getting tired in the Spa & I would have loved an elastic! Just a bowl of some elastics would go a long way! Having said all that... the girls in the spa are providing top notch service! I never once was left “abandoned “ or wish they had “covered” a certain area! The masseuse was strong, (I always get deep tissue) & she was so kind & considerate! I requested her for my wrap on day two!I strongly recommend the Mirabeau for a day or overnight!Check in is too late and check out is too early!! What else is new when you want to get away!!

My fiancé and I went to Mirbeau for the third time last night. The third time was not the charm in this case. We have loved Mirbeau in the past and love returning to relax, enjoy and often celebrate an event. We had a great dinner on Friday night. We then had a massage scheduled for 8 PM. However, we were not called into the massage room until 8:15. After quickly meeting our massage therapists and preparing for the massage our massages started roughly around 8:20 or so. The massage seemed to go by rather quickly. As we left the room together we both looked at each other and said, did that seem really short? We were dressed and out of the spa heading back to our rooms at 8:50. The massage itself was all of about 25 minutes. We paid over $400 for a 50 minute couples massage and ended up with only half that service. The next morning while checking out the woman asked how our stay was. We told her our stay was nice however we experienced a less than relaxing massage the night before. We told her our 50 minute massage ended up lasting all of about 25 minutes and for the price we pay it just didnt seem okay. She replied by saying that she was sorry to hear that. After passing over the invoice of the remaining balance she told us she would like to put a note on our account that we had a not so great experience so that next time they could try and do a better job. I have never written a negative review at a hotel, restaurant, etc. in my life but I would have expected her to provide some sort of reimbursement or credit towards a future stay maybe to be sure we come back and give it another try. But nothing... she then followed up with saying sorry again and that she could imagine that our experience wasnt too relaxing. I said no, it was not. She then handed us our ‘thank you’ gift as we left which was a small bag with 2 chapsticks and a card saying they were glad we enjoyed our experience and to please leave a review online. ??? Not the greatest customer service to say the least... that just drove the knife a little deeper! Unfortunately, after that experience I am not sure we will return again. We hoped to enjoy future milestones at Mirbeau including family and potentially bridesmaids in preparation for our upcoming wedding next year. We left truly bummed out!

Absolutely outstanding ! From the service to the facility my experience left me feeling rested and relaxed. From the moment you are greated at the door until you leave you feel like you are top priority to the entire staff. The spa is spotless and you will be completely comfortable in your surroundings. With any treatment you are able to enjoy the extras at the spa. Including the outdoor space to relax or just be still in the relaxation room while you wait. They have lots of extras thinking of everything you could need to make your experience more enjoyable. The lunch offerings are delightful and the bistro staff pleasant and helpful. This is by far the best spa near the upper/mid cape area.

My boyfriend and I spent a couple days over Thanksgiving here. The grounds are beautiful, and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming.In the spa area, we loved the steam room, outdoor jacuzzi with bar area, and the relaxation room with foot soaking pool. We also appreciated that the coffee put out on the first floor each morning was fantastic!!!Our room was amazing and we enjoyed sitting by the fire in the super comfortable chairs sipping a class of wine and reading books.Honestly the stay was even better than expected and we can’t wait to come back again!

This is a gorgeous facility populated with happy helpful staff. Theyve definitely earned their stripes as a spa and offer higher end accommodations to match. The food is good, but not a whole lot of vegan options; pretty much everything has meat, eggs or cheese in it and while the kitchen was reasonably helpful in producing vegan-friendly dishes, the menu as-is barely offers vegetarian fare. Almond milk was the only alternative I was offered to dairy milk. The alcohol menu is short and well curated. Overall Id go again and will be ready with my own soy milk for coffee and cereal.

Our family stayed at the Mirbeau for a wedding on the premises of the hotel, and we had a disappointing experience from start to finish. We reserved two rooms under the condition that they were adjoining, but when we arrived to check-in the manager informed us that adjoining doesnt always mean connecting. Unfortunately, their hospitality is as bad as their semantics. We had technical issues with our television that could not be resolved during our stay. Room service lost our ticket, and housekeeping skipped our room entirely on the second day of our visit. Its quite clear that the hotel places an emphasis on the spa, which from all accounts is fantastic. But it does so at the expense of its hotel. We did receive a discounted rate for the second night of our stay, but it certainly wasnt worth the trouble and I highly recommend anyone staying in the area to find another hotel.

The grill had a great outside dining area. Very relaxing atmosphere. The live music definitely helped as well. You cant go wrong with the pizzas. My wife and I got them and loved it. Well definitely be going again.

The rooms were spacious and included a great soaking tub, fireplace, and fully stocked mini bar. The spa is exceptional. Treatments are top notch and a good value for all day use of all the facilities.

Attended our great nephews wedding here. The setting was quite elegant and the service was impecable. Hors doeuvres were great. For the meal I had the steak entree and my wife had chicken. We were both pleased with our choice. I highly recommend this Inn & Spa.

Great spot a bit expensive, the only thing that is really missing is a dry ir coed sauna and the steam room needs to be turned up otherwise I enjoy it so far need to try some of the yoga classes seems like there is good yoga studio quality yoga there and not just gym yoga so if that holds up it will be worth it, and the staff if very helpful friendly and professional huge plus

The place was immaculate. Spa was great, bistro food excellent, service great. I know that sounds like I own the place but its really nice. 2 downsides... 1) its pricey. Maybe a little too pricey, and 2) Im not liking how spa services close down at 9. By the time dinner is over, its close to 9 (dinner service isnt quick). Id rather have spa open later at night, and the trade off being that it opens at 8am instead of 6. Cant wait to go back

Listen people, I know this place is crazy expensive. But you really do get a lot for your money here. Its a magical experience and you can stay and lougne around all day until your treatment or after.

Nice, clean, relaxing Spa and Inn. The food at The Bistro was pretty good and drinks very good. The Spa was excellent! Went there with my husband to celebrate our 5th anniversary and we had a very nice time. The staff at the spa were wonderful and our spa treatments were amazing. Very pricey but the amenities are amazing.

We enjoyed a two night stay with the Impressionist Package at Mirbeau. Everything about our stay was exceptional! From the spacious and comfy accommodations to the warm staff it felt like we were a million miles from home with only a 30 minute drive.The Bistro offered a lovely menu and the wine list was absolutely superb.The spa was luxurious yet comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed the wonderful yoga teacher as well.This was our first stay, and definitely wont be our last.The only change that needs to be made is they need better coffee for room service and at the Bistro.
