I saw Thrice here. Awesome venue with multiple bars, huge bonus if you drink. Huge venue with plenty of space. You also near a lot of great places to hangout before and after shows. Staff I’m sure changes, but was wondering when I was there. Not even kidding, not one rude person. They have great parking, but if you know the city there’s parking everywhere around the venue. Great location easy to get to. Had a wonderful time, I definitely recommend it!!

Small intimate venue. Tasty inexpensive food and beverage options. Bar area upstairs for adult viewing pleasure with the added bonus of an All ages downstairs. Comfortable standing room. Parking is offered in safe fenced location with a nominal fee. Worth every minute of any concert here. I’ve seen a lot of shows here and the size is perfect.

Went to This is Hardcore 2018 and I have to say that this is probably one of the best venues I have ever been to. The set up was great. Tip for you older punks like me and my friends, the upstairs bar area is great for watching the pit and stage. We dont have to stand in the back! The outdoor area was set up perfect for vendors and there was plenty of available parking. I was really impressed and it was a great time. I will definitely be back. Its tough finding venues that have such great accommodations.

Ahh the old and renowned Electric Factory...Went to see Rancid, Pennywise, Suicidal Tendencies, The English Beat, and Angel Dust...awesome show if youre into that type of music...Cool little venue...not sure what the actual capacity is, sure you can Google it and see, but it wasnt super big as to where you couldnt see the band too well but it wasnt super small either. The sound has some room for improvement and of course prices for refreshments and souvenirs were crazy but what concert prices arent. Wife and I had a great time and enjoyed everything even the staff was pretty laid back and cool as long as you werent causing trouble.

Great place to see shows, reasonable prices on beverages. We went and saw Black Label Society here, and even though the place was packed it had a personable feel to it. The bands were very interactive with the audience. I have seen other shows here and I think it is one of the best venues especially if you want a chance to meet the bands. Staff are friendly. The only thing thats tough is that its pretty much standing room only and after 4 hours can be kind of tough. Worth it!

This place has truly seen its years. I have been seeing shows here since I was 12 years old.It is time for an upgrade and some much needed renovations. The quality of its house sound is just terrible. Its great for kids just getting into concerts but its a very dirty venue and needs many drastic improvements. The bands that come through are getting weaker and weaker every year. I feel bad but The Fillmore certainly took over in the best way possible.

Never went inside because the performer cancelled.. Here was my issue.. No security watching the line as it backs up into a garage. Another issue we had to hear from the people on line that is was cancelled...None of the employees came down the line to tell us so we were in line for no reason. Staff stated we could get a refund but had to come back for the refund. They were not nice about it... There was a lot of teenagers there and I guess because they were young the staff spoke to them as if they didnt matter...I would not purchase tickets to anything here in the future.... They need to improve customer service. I did not go in that is why I gave two stars or else I would have only given 1.

The venue is pretty intimate which is nice. Theres only seating on the upper level and nothing is assigned, so get there early if you want a good seat. I love that the was a food truck style vendor with more options than traditional stadium/concert food. The worst part of this experience was that the venue was freezing cold from the time I arrived through the end of the show. Even after the masses showed up and the headliner was playing, the venue was still cold. Sometimes thats a good thing, but not when its 30 degrees and windy outside.

After attending 2 shows in the past 2 months, I can say this is probably the most poorly managed venue in the Tri-State area.First off, parking is a nightmare; the sign says $7, the attendant asks for $15, and then they try to park cars so close together that you can’t open the door. In some cases I’ve even seen them double park cars in so they can’t get out until another car leaves. It is overtly greedy, unsafe, and probably illegal to some degree. The security staff is rude and feels no responsibility to keep any order. The bar area is guarded by security, though they rarely seem to check for hand stamps, indicating that you are 21+. There is one lane going in to the bar and one lane out, each about shoulder width. Though last time I was there they blocked the “out” lane with a trash can, effectively trapping people in the bar once they filled the venue for a sold out show. This makes it impossible to use the bathroom, order drinks due to an overcrowded bar, and lead to lots of shoving and fighting among the audience. To this end, I was PUSHED OUT OF THE WAY by a security guard abandoning her post because the bar area was over full. She said “F*** THIS GET OUT OF MY WAY” to patrons as she pushed us around and left the bar completely unattended- no one was checking stamps or IDs.Additionally, sound was terrible for every band I have seen here.I have tickets to a show here in April and I am honestly dreading it. Seeing bands I love has been spoiled by this poorly managed, greedy, and insecure venue.PARENTS: Do not drop off teens/ young adults here unsupervised. Security is p*** poor and dangerous situations arise as a result. If an injury does occur, there’s no safe way out of the venue once it’s filled.

One of my worst concert experiences. Lady at security was very rude. The bar area downstairs also stunk - couldnt see the act very well due to the upper floor blocking the view. At least put a screen or something there so the people can view the concert since they dont let you out in the main area with an alcoholic drink. Upstairs was nice but only if you could get by the railing. Ive been to many concerts in philly and new york never had such a bad experience with the staff and venue layout.

Looks run-down on the outside, not bad on the inside, though. The restrooms were in desperate need of cleaning, if Im honest. Most importantly, the tech crew need to turn down that bass! All three acts (Jessie Js show, R.O.S.E. Tour with two headliners) were great, but you could barely hear the singers, guitarists, and keys. Just bass. Distorted, awful, bass. Now, Ill just say this, the event staff were very kind and worked very hard! And Jessie J was absolutely outstanding, 11/10. But please, turn down the bass, it can be pounding and amazing without distorting the audio so much that we hear nothing BUT bass. Please, I promise you your patrons will be grateful and have even better shows. Its obvious how hard everybody was working! Im not trying to be hateful, just give genuine advice to get an even better show every time. Thank you for reading!

Ive been to a lot of music venues in my life, and I can officially say that this is the worst concert experience I have ever had. I truly believe that they put greed and profit over the experience and well being of their customers. They packed the house so full that it was impossible to move. I really think it was well above the max occupancy for fire codes. I enjoy a good mosh pit, but since there was no room to move, the mosh pit was replaced by a bone crushing force of humans. I was on the verge of passing out and throwing up when my sister and I finally reached a set of stairs to catch our breath. I was very forcefully told by an employee that she didnt give an F about my health, that i needed to get the hell out of the VIP section. We had to leave the venue 4 songs into the headline band, and had to literally force our way through the crowd to a side exit. AND THEN... we couldnt even leave because the people parking cars had parked us in. So we had to stand outside the venue, well past 1 in the morning, as people with balloon filled with nitrous oxide were peddling their drugs right outside the venue. I even overheard the medical staff, of which there was one guy, come outside and say that there was no way he had enough supplies for the amount of people stuffed inside. Im so disappointed, as the headline band was my favorite band, and I have been waiting years to see them. I will never suggest this venue to anyone and highly suggest that no one go to this venue to see a show. This is the worst concert experience I have EVER had!

Drinks are alright (nothing crazy, but the prices shouldnt be a surprise). Yes, there is a coat check. Security can be a bit tighter given the venue is not as large. Went there for Pfunk concert last night. Sound guy sucked so hard. Feedback from singers mics all night. The night was ruined for me after I saw an African American man who obviously drank to much fall over. It wasn’t the man falling over that scared me it was how the venue treated the medical emergency. The man was outside smoking a cigarette in the smoking section when he collapsed. That’s when an extremely obese man wearing a medical staff polo grabbed him off the ground, still unconscious, said “he’s gone” and threw the unconscious man out the smoking section, onto his face on the concrete. It was by far one of the most disturbing scenes I have ever witnessed. As a diabetic, I fear if I have a diabetic episode at this venue, I might die if I’m treated in the same manner. Due to this fear after witnessing this vicious assault by a medical staff member, I will no longer go to this venue and I have been coming to this venue since the late nineties. If anyone reading this happens to know the name of the gentleman who collapsed, I’d like for them to email me so that I can refer them to an attorney willing to file suit on their behalf.

Food is mostly terrible and overpriced, definitely eat beforehand. The spring rolls and pickle chips were great but it was $5 for literally 6 slices of pickle.Metal detectors and Pat downs on entry, so you have to empty your pockets, which is incredibly annoying. Not venue related, but if you go to a show and Nu Folk Rebel Alliance is opening, just show up like an hour after the show starts, theyre terrible, and if you are a Clash fan, you will be so angry (you might cry).
