Sendy and Marilyn are so called the new management of this community. Neither of them know how to manage. Both have no type of professionalism. They dont communicate with the residents about changes. You call the office no one answers. Kammie was 10 times better manager and actually took care of this place.

Cute. Quiet. Feels comfy and safe

Ive lived there for almost 5 years and have never had one issue. Neighbors keep to themselves. The property manager is 1 in a million awesome lady. Theres tons of kids and is young families as well as older families.I really feel blessed to have found a nice and quiet community for my family and me to live in. And we plan on staying for a long time yet.

I pass by some times and it looks pretty chill.

Under new management, I would wait awhile to see what happens with that. Several present residents are not happy. Quiet, small park. Needs better drainage and pads for homes.So far things seem to be going well with the exception of the drainage problem in my section of the park. I had a pipe bust and it was fixed fairly quickly, but the repairman said the plumbing/drainage is really bad. Other than that everything is about the same as it was before, just more newer homes. And some minor repairs/updates would be nice.

The manager Tammie is racist! I called and she said she had some available even gave me a price of 250.00 a month then when I arrived she informed me she had none available and even raised her voice at me. I reported her to equal housing.

This is a tow yard, the women that work there are very rude and disrespectful.

The manager here paul is the rudest oerson i have ever met and if i ever sa him ha well it would be to soon smh i would never live here and if you are even thinking of living here please change your mind
