Pearland acres is quiet and quaint, quite frankly a great community for your family.

This property has gotten so much better in the past 2-3 years with awesome management and on top of any and all maintenance and if crisis happens they are always there at any time of day or night to fix it! I love living here! The property owner is great and so is his Manager. Thanks for a clean, better managed And getting better property you provide to all of our families here!Cynthia.

Pretty cool little RV park has a playground and stocked pond

They are trying to make this Mobile Home Park more Family friendly. Its time. Get it cleaned up and watch kids play again. I know a few people that live here and want to enjoy it. Fixed up their yards and decorates on Holidays. Really making it feel like home. Has little corner store right there for the neighborhood. For convenience.

Great park. Great experience working with the park manager Lee getting our mobile home moved into the community. Great assistance providing support getting all set.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great mobile home park with excellent management. They also have lots spaces available.

My family has lived here for a few years now and we couldnt be happier that we picked Pearland Acres to be our home. The management (specifically Lee) is a keeper. He really cares about the tenants as well as the park. Pearland Acres is constantly updating the park and we have looked forward to seeing each improvement. Its a Family and kid friendly place that i highly recommend to anyone looking for a slice of country living but close to several shopping areas.

I lived here and loved the place, & the manager Kelley was accommodating and helped me through some tough times, i unfortunately had to move not in the fault of them but myself and thank them for all the help and nice home i lived in. The park was getting better and better and i wish i still had my sanctuary and home. Good luck Pearland Acres.

We moved here almost a year ago, Lee (management) is a great guy and really puts in alot of hard work into making this park as it should be. Everytime I have ever had a problem Lee has always addressed it immediately and fixed it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a lot to move onto.

Ive live at Pearland Acres mobile home park for 2 years now and its a great place to live.The management is great and close to everything but has a country feel.

I agree with other reviews unfortunately I went to see this park and they really only show the nice parts in their pictures. There are people with junk all over the place, there were huge puddles of dirty water everywhere and it just looked completely opposite of the pictures ALSO Im glad I read reviews because seeing how the owners respond and put tenants business out there is beyond unprofessional and CHILDISH. Thank God I clearly dodged a bullet

This park has come a LONG WAY!! From the old owners to now there is no comparing the two. I laugh at the reviews from people who no longer live here and who were the problem people to begin with and now write bad reviews lmao. Like Ken Gray, wasnt he a maintenance guy here for the park who never paid his rent and when he left his home it was full of feces and roaches lol! I moved a brand new home in here 4 years ago and I have had no problems in this park.They leave me alone but than again i pay my lot rent and dont live like a pig! Sure there is somethings that could improve but thats every park. I just wish they would evict all the old homes already and move in brand new ones so the park would improve and also get rid of the people who have no pride or respect for their community.

So far I been here a week and its quite and peaceful. My first mobile Home its very nice and Kelly the manager has been patient with me on my move she save my place for me even though she had others tenants wanted to get it but gave me a chance for my first mobile home me and my wife to be love it and also Jack my love it as well ..staff is real nice they stay busy around here...the whole staff greeting me with open arms to my peacefulness ....its quite over here. Love the peace..I give five stars to what I know and see no matter what other people think we all have our opinion on things in our life. If things were easy life would be easy. Safe area, management is good at communicating, the park itself is not aesthetically pleasing because of older mobile homes but theyre working on getting those out to replace with newer models. Maintenance is always on the job. Management is always trying to improve the park.

My bff just moved here. Its very quiet, small and quaint.

ALWAYS FLOODED. NO WATER 25% OF THE TIME. TRASH AREA LOCKED RESTRICTING RESIDENTS FROM DUMPSTER 30% OF THE TIME. TOTAL NIGHTMARE.

The park owns no trailers, it just rents lots.Real clean now too.Trees are trimmed.Grass is mowed.The New park Owners who came in less than a year ago have done a great job at getting rid of ALL the problem tenants and making this place a great place to live!Country living with EZ access to the city.

I have lived here 8 years the new owner is fixing the roads this need to be done. He is making the park look very nice. By the time he is finished it will look great.

Its a place to live. I recently helped someone move there and the operation of the park has been ridiculous, Brazoria Co Sheriff seems to like it there, as they are there quite a bit. If you have no other options, you can make this place work but I would try to avoid that at all costs.

Late model double wides are moving into the new expansion area. Park continues to improve. Better roads, better drainage, better lighting, better dog control, better neighbors.

Im from out of town and I feel very welcomed people are friendly a d the people who run it are getting it remodeled and Ib. Believe it will be amazing when its finished. It is fun and I feel safe except one creepy guy named Jose he is always creeping around and one day he said that I looked really good and he want to take picture of me and it really made me feel uncomfortable and then I called you behind me stopped with his camera phone out while I was walking back home from the store who knows what he was doing or how many pictures hes taking the other people hes always trying to tell the kids to be quiet during the day when they can play they are kids let them be kids almost like every single day he gets in his van minivan silver one and he drives through the trailer park when the kids get off the school bus he is a really creepy person anytime Im outside I feel like somebodys always stare at me and look around and hes in hell be standing in his window or his doorway Ive even seen him with binoculars at night thats freaking he always tries to hug me and pressed up against me is disgusting I told him he was out of line and needed to backup I was going to tell my boyfriend you trick me like something was wrong and call me over to talk try to hug me its disgusting he gets in my personal space and invades it making me wonder if hes some kind of nasty pervert other than that its pretty cool place to be I cant think of his last name I dont know it but as soon as I find out Ill get back with you guys thanks

I rented a mobile home there in 2013 and had no problems with Forestaire Estates management or the maintenance men. They even put new carpet in for free when i had a my child. The land and roads could use some work but all in all great for the cheap prices. There is more than one owner who rents there.

Visited the park recently, Now renamed Pearland Acres. New management has really cleaned up the place. Becoming a safe, clean, family-oriented community. Contrary to earlier posters, park is sheriff patrolled.

Living in hotels for a few years and having no room with kids its hard but now I have my place and Im in love its quiet and kids play outside and there is yard space oh yea my family is so very happy and thanks to my land Lord

The management does not tend to the needs of the residents. The trailers are in poor condition and the facilities are disgusting. My roommates and I had to wait over a week for our water problem to be fixed. Our toilets wouldnt flush and if you used the shower on one side of the trailer it flooded the closet by the shower on the other side of the trailer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is a health hazard to stay there. We are considering taking legal action like many other tenants have already done.

At the moment its going through renovation so there is a lot of dirt n commotion going on, but for the most part its pretty quiet.
