This was a really cool experience. You receive a boarding pass at the beginning of the tour of a person who really rode on the Titanic. You get to see if they were a person who lived through the experience. You also learn about their history and why they were traveling on the Titanic that day. Its really interesting and you learn so much.

I’m big fan Titanic story, and there is no way I would miss this place It a little smaller expo than in Vegas, but so worthy to visit! It shows you the difference in passenger’s classes, it has artifacts from the ship, including a 2 ton piece of the hill. Energy around that piece is unbelievable, if you are sensitive...The quality could be improve a little(some cable should be hidden better, dining room could have more detail from that era)Anyway if you have a bit of imagination you will be back on time, remembering how this big Beaty was built, launched and met her forth and the last iceberg...Definitely need to be visited!

My son is fascinated with the story of the Titanic. I took my son to the Titanic museum in Orlando, expecting the experience to be a waste of money. From the moment we entered the museum, our immersion began. There are historians on-site, who are amazing, we met Lora-LI (sorry if misspelled). My son knows the most obscure facts of the Titanic, I know the basics. Lora-LI and her knowledge of the Titanic made our increased our Titanic experience. You board the Titanic, initially with excitement. Then venture into the ship, some places passengers are not supposed to “sneak” into such as the cargo hold, and the boiler room.We “felt”. the engines in the boiler room. Soon we were on the promenade deck, and as passengers we knew the ship is doomed. The museum is so well done. My son talked about it for the 4 hour drive home! We will be back!! The attention to detail is impressive. Thank you to our historian Lora-LI , her stories have now made me interested in learning more of the Titanic.

We had a discount card from a local restaurant. They would only give one person in our party the discount, and told us those cards were old. How should we know that? The hours listed on the web site, the outside of the door, and on the message if you call their number, say that they close at 8 pm Mon-Thursday. However, we were there on a Thursday at 4 pm, and the people there told us they were closing at 5, so we wouldn’t get a very long visit. Then they sent a guy with us to walk through the exhibit and make sure we got out by 5. The actual exhibit was nice, and interesting. But the treatment we received was not fair or honest, in my opinion. Ticket prices weren’t listed anywhere within sight. I was satisfied with the exhibit, but I have a very bad opinion of the way it’s run. BE CAREFUL IF YOU GO THERE. THEY SEEM TO MAKE UP THEIR RULES AS THEY GO ALONG.

I took my youngest child to visit the museum about 3 weeks ago. Can I just say, we had a fabulous visit! It was not very crowded. We were given passports with our names & which class we were in. As we started, I was telling my child about the artifacts & the things we were seeing - I had also gotten her a hearing wand that gives a little more information. The wand can be used for children as well as adults, same information just in a more child friendly way.As we are going through one of the attendants came up to us & started talking to my daughter. Her name was Lorelei. My daughter immediately became more interested & was asking even more questions. During this time, I had a minor diabetic emergency & Lorelei went out of her way to help . We ended up having to leave the museum for a few minutes, my child was upset - Lorelei promised as soon as we came back, shed meet back up with us & finish the tour. As soon as we came back, Lorelei was there! And we were off to finish our tour & to see if we survived our Titanic trip.Lorelei continued with us, answering every question my daughter asked & then some! She had a world of patience & shared so much. Her knowledge really made the visit much more interesting. I mean the Titanic is fascinating & the artifacts are incredible to see, but having someone tell you more details than you can just read on the placards or hear on the wand was great! The attention that Lorelei gave my daughter & me was above & beyond. Her knowledge was incredible. Her kindness was something that not enough businesses offer in terms of customer service these days. The museum is a fun way to spend a couple of hours. The artifacts are amazing to see. It is even better if you can get a guide like Lorelei to walk through with you!BTW, neither of us survived.

What an wonderful museum and something that you really need to experience! I felt like I was there and could almost feel the excitement of how most felt being on the titanic. And, I could almost feel the fear, and panic when the ship was sinking. It’s a fantastic tribute to all who lost their lives and to those that lived on. We were so fortunate to have Lorelei go into so much detail and explanation how that very night unfolded. I truly felt like I was a part of the titanic experience.

On the last full day of my getaway, I decided to close it out at Titanic. Since TTAE was less than 2 miles from my hotel...so, PERFECT CHOICE! And I mean it across the board. My daughters and I found this place by chance on the way home from Universal and I am so happy that we did. While I was tending to my ever so irritable two year old, Lorelei presented herself at the perfect time. She was attentive, patient and incredibly passionate. We all fed off of her energy! Lorelei conversated with us and then guided us through the rest of the exhibit. I saw my daughter light up with questions, and the desire to learn more about the history of the Titanic and as a mother it was beautiful to watch. My daughter came home and began to research more history of the ship, the White Star, and Margaret Molly Brown, as well as the lives other other passengers on board. It felt surreal to be standing in front of such great history and artifacts from this beloved ship. We will be back for the dinner experience as well as tea time, and are very excited to return. Thank you Lorelei for such a wonderful experience, youve truly made such a positive impact on my daughter.

Our son is a huge fan of the Titanic. This artifact museum was so much more than we could have expected. The museum was so well done every room had all kinds information and a beautiful set up. The staff was beyond amazing especially Katie and Cole they both were what made the day for us. Katie spent so much to e giving our son what was almost like a private tour with extensive knowledge of everything and anything Titanic and to say she went beyond d the call of duty is an understatement. Katie even thought him morse code! Cole was very friendly and showed our son a ton of info as well. We appreciate all the time they dedicated to our son. A huge surprise at the end was even meeting captain J. Smith. We totally recommend this attraction if your in the Orlando area and have a diehard fan.

Many interesting stories of lives affected by every aspect of the Titanics sinking. Not only those that perished, but so many other lives touched in one way or another, such as suppliers that contributed to the designing, building, outfitting, furnishing, decorating of the ship, plus those that provided supplies or services for the voyage. Many items of interest Id never known (or visualized in my mind) such as over 100,000 gathered to witness the launch of the ship, which only lasted for 62 seconds. Or that 22 tons of oil, tallow and soap were used as lubrication to allow the ship to slide out of the construction slip and into the water. Amazing to picture some of the engineering feats of the time.

The amount of artifacts collected from the actual wreckage is really something! Due to covid we couldnt touch the pieces at the end which was disappointing, but understandable. Seeing if you survived or didnt at the end with the list of everyone on board was sad but I love how it was displayed and it was interesting to see all the names. It would be really cool if the museum could add on the water filling on the stairs and a little section of hallway like in the movie (saw these were included in a different Titanic museum). As an avid Titanic enthusiast, I travelled from Canada to The Titanic Artifact Exhibition and to participate in the dinner gala on a Saturday night. This experience was even better than I had expected. All of the actors did such an amazing job of staying in character and they were extremely authentic and entertaining. The dinner was delicious and organized very well, and the artifacts... I cannot explain the feeling of seeing all of those priceless pieces. I was quite emotional at the end of the experience, and the actors were so compassionate and took time to chat with me. The employees were very patient with me as I took my time in the souvenir shop, although they were obviously trying to close. I also found the souvenirs as well as the entrance fee, quite reasonable. Do not waste your money on this exhibit. It is over priced with little atifacts and information within the museum. Once inside they then only want to sell you even more by taking pictures and restricting you from taking your own photos. I was yelled at while taking a picture of the staircase and was told I was not allowed to take pictures there because thats how they make money with the pictures they sell. My husband then took a picture and we were threatened that if we didnt put our phones away we would be forced to leave the museum after already paying them over $100. You are followed and continually watched without any peace. Most employees were rude.

We saw this pop up on the museum options and decided to give it a shot. Being Titanophiles ( if thats a word) we thought it would be a quick trip for the day. We have seen other Titanic exhibits at other museums and felt like adding to our experiences. It actually had quite a few customers in it this day, to the point that we had to step back and out of peoples way a few times, or wait for them to finish perusing the materials before stepping in. Masks are required and hand sanitizer dispensers are located around the place.Walking through, you experience seeing the Titanic from launch to the final moments, seeing the dining areas, cabins, outside decks and other portions of the ship. In addition you get to see many, many artifacts that survived. This was the most surprising for us, being that so many otherwise fragile objects survived the 70+ years of being submerged. This includes things like sheet music, money, clarinet reeds and other things. With the current scare of COVID, things are a bit more restricted, but there were still staff there, taking pictures on the grand staircase and a green screen that simulated the bow of the ship where you can be King (or Queen) of the World. The staff that we interacted with were extremely knowledgeable, seemingly having many tidbits of information about the ship and its demise, as well as the inhabitants. Things like the stateroom dinner and other interactive things have been curtailed for now.The price was only around $20 per person and then we dropped a few extra dollars in the gift shop. Pretty good price for a few hours of information and entertainment. We actually learned a few things that we hadnt known before and became inspired to go home and dig out the old DVD to see some Jack and Rose, who arent present at the museum.I encourage you to spend some time with the docents in the exhibits. Theyre actually pretty funny as well as informed. When I asked one what was the dumbest question shed heard, she immediately replied Ive been asked if the iceberg on display was the real one. Enough said. You probably get the picture, but if not, its below.

The only regret I have after chatting up a few of the employees is that I didnt arrive sooner as I found out the floor guides used to dress in period attire instead of lame generic blue polos. I have been interested in the mystery regarding the Titanic since a young boy, a past member of the Historic Titanic Society and have read many of the books written. Since the discovery of the true resting place many expeditions and salvage ventures have taken place. The museum is non profit and dedicated to the preservation of artifacts not for gain or profit. The museum contains some important artifacts such as pieces of the iron hull but also has many reproductions to fill out the rest of exhibits. The displays and multimedia presentations could be improved for a better experience but are good. I recommend a visit to anyone fascinated with the titanic.

As you traverse the expertly themed rooms, you are instantly transported back to the frigid waters of 1912, entombed in momentary luxury, blissfully unaware of the devastation lingering just below the surface. Words cannot describe the weight and heaviness that emanates from the colossal pieces of twisted hull, or the gravity of seeing the Engine Order Telegraph frozen helplessly in reverse. This was an interesting stop. We ordered tix online at the museum website, which was convenient. Actual artifacts from The Titanic, coupled with many more finds from the same time period, paint an interesting portrait of the time -worth reviewing. The human toll of this disaster (with a strong dose of perspective) make this a good diversion from other Orlando stops, though the prohibition of interior photos makes explaining this place difficult. So take your boarding pass (it’s included in the price) then go to room #1 for a brief 5-6 minute intro video. Next, travel from room to room in the museum exploring exhibits. Visitors may encounter a Titanic “passenger” who will relay valuable info about the museum and the exhibits. A recreated ship communications room, the careful identification of passengers’ belongings, and the finale (no spoilers here) make this inspiring introspective worth exploring. How often can one hear an actual Titantic’s survivor story or dress up in period costume for a pic on the famous stairwell!? That said, the gift shop has no informational DVDs (I was hoping for a documentary keepsake) and is rather overpriced. Overall an enjoyable stop. Budget 90 minutes and if you like group photos, dress appropriately.

But attaching your participation to a specific real historical persona was very effective in making it feel personal.

With both artifacts and replicas the Titanic exhibit really is a step back in time. Upon arrival you are given a boarding pass with information about a passenger that really sailed on the titanic years ago. At the end of the tour you are faced with a very daunting list of the people who lived or died. Without this exhibit their stories maybe lost in time.A lot of the exhibits mimic the restaurants, staircases, and the suites that the guests stayed in during their very short voyage in 1912 .

Went to the Titanic Artifact Museum with the family. When you enter each member of your group gets a Titanic ticket with a passengers name on it which you use later to find out if they survived. There was a staff member dressed up like the Unsinkable Molly Brown who did a short presentation about Titanic and the sinking. It was interesting for the kids age 7 and 8 with some facts thrown in for the adults. The remainder of the museum had artifacts and period pieces mixed together with signage indicating what was a artifact and what was not. There was audio presentation in some of the rooms which was interesting as well. One of the last rooms includes a large piece of ice to look like an iceberg. The kids found this fascinating due to the size and it being cold and wet. Of course at the end of the museum is the requisite gift shop filled with reproduction pieces and the ability to buy a real nickel sized piece of Titanic coal in a plastic box for $45.00 dollars. This was a good experience for our kids due to their interest in the Titanic disaster.

Got to say, the actors rush you through the museum and tell everyone to hurry up so you can’t look at things without coming back and paying, again. Also the dinner, what a waste, the beef is horrible and the chicken is super dry. They also expect you to be the show by forcing you to play a character role that they assign by little cards. The staircase photo would be great if they could omit their logo which ruins it. Some guests for the dinner are wearing a tux while others are in flip flops, which ruins the vibe. All and all just watch it on YouTube, not a destination.

My six-year-old son is completely obsessed with the Titanic so for Christmas I got him tickets. It was a little expensive but they had some pretty neat things to see. Not sure if I would be spending the money anytime soon to go back again, I feel like one time is definitely good enough for me.

Quite impressed with how well put together this exhibition was. Gives you a real sense of who the individuals were and tells their stories. Artifacts were quite interesting.

Overpriced for the amount of exhibits, but overall interesting place to visit. As you move through the museum, seems like you are actually on board of the ship, especially I liked the room imitating the deck. The costumes to use for pictures could be cleaner.
