If you are looking for a nice sweet treat that is away from the hustle and bustle this is a great stop. They offer a history of chocolate tour and lots of great desserts as well as some food items. Pricing is good and the seating inside is nice and comfy. Staff is friendly and of course the desserts were great. On this go around the desserts purchased were: mango guava cheesecake, strawberry shortcake, red velvet cake, and the chocolate lava cake with mint chocolate chip ice cream. All excellent!

Very nice environment, quality chocolate, and excellent customer service. We accidentally bought an extra ticket for the tour, but we were able to get a refund the next day without any issues. We really enjoyed the tour and ended up buying two of the chocolate bars we sampled. Just a tip, if youre going on the tour, be at the building early because each tour starts on the hour. Next time were in Orlando, well definitely have to visit there again.

My friends and I decided to come here on a whim and our whole experience was lovely. The museum tour was informative without being too boring or too long. The different truffles have tons of unique flavors, and you can tell their chocolateer put a ton of time and effort into each batch. My friends and I tried 1 of every flavor truffle along with a few other menu items and everything tasted amazing! We even came back a second time to try more things. The best part about this place is that there is more than just chocolate. Overall I highly recommend this place to anyone who comes to Orlando for something chill and relaxing to try. I cant even imagine how some of the other negative reviews even happened (sounds like a bunch of Karens to me).

My wife and I had a great time here. We started with a couple of great brie, honey and pear grilled cheeses. After our meal, we enjoyed the tour.Tony, our friendly bearded tour guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. On our tour of chocolates history and limits he offered detailed, thoughtful answers to our questions and inspiration to those still wanting. The tasting was a very nice demonstration of the spectrum chocolate affords us. I bought several bars during my visit and still wish I tried the specialty chocolate desserts (made on premise!) they had to offer.Soon.

Went here this afternoon and we had so much fun. With two kids (2 & 4) we were trying to find something to do on our last day here, which happens to be a rainy one. I called to ask about tickets and they asked we buy the tickets in house instead of Groupon because they would match the price. They did, even with otra 20% off. We did the wine pairing for my husband and I and the normal tour for my daughter. Our son was free because he is 2. The staff was kind and informative. The wine was delicious and so was the chocolate. The woman giving the tour was super special spunky. I was nervous to bring the kids because they have short attention spans but like I said the tour guide was so kind and patient. We enjoyed chocolate tasting and taking pictures. Hot coco is so good!!

The experience was absolutely wonderful! Tony, our tour guide did a phenomenal job on explaining all the history of chocolate. Overall, everything was absolutely wonderful, and all the chocolate tasted really good and unique. The only reason I didn’t give this five stars, is because the girl in the front almost didn’t even want us to join the tour just because we were six minutes late, mind you that’s with the line being very long that’s why we were so late. There should have been someone waiting around the door asking if anyone was there for the tour. Then we were supposed to get a cup and the girl in the front was acting like we weren’t getting one! She was acting very suspicious about these mugs.Just needed a little be more communication but I definitely recommend coming here!!

I like a good museum tour. I love a great tour guide. Tony was our guide and whatever you are paying him, increase it. Did he know the history, yes. Was he thorough, yes. Does that matter if its not fun...nope. Tony through in additional information. He interacted with the crowd. He had jokes off the cuff. He answered questions and even stopped to give people extra information when they asked. He kept the tour flowing without us feeling rushed. Most importantly we maintained all social pandemic protocols. There is more to see than you would think in that small building and with such a good storyteller as a guide it seemed like more. When we checked in we took the bait and spent an extra $2 each for fondue...meh. I wish we had known what foods were coming with it. We dont eat bananas or marshmallows.Getting to taste the chocolate at the end was a nice touch. The hot chocolate is amazing.Worth it! Id drive by for hot chocolate everytime Im in town.

A wonderful place for an informative visit a the museum or just a cozy place to relax as a cafe. My family and I went on the tour and it was an absolute blast. We learned so much about the history and the production of chocolate. A lot of care and effort was put into the experience as a whole. There were lots of actual pieces of chocolate history and our tour guide had a clear passion and energy for teaching as much as for the cacao itself. As a part of the tour at the end we tried several different kinds of chocolate that were simply amazing and a hot chocolate the museum makes that is beyond description. Worth going for in and itself! Outside the museum there is a small cafe with chocolates from around the world, coffee drinks, wine tastings, and of course, chocolate made right there in house. Anyone who likes or even thinks they might like chocolate should stop in!

We had a great time hanging out at the Chocolate museum! While on vacation we were browsing for activities and stumbled upon this place and figured why not! When we called, the person that answered the phone was less than enthusiastic so we were iffy but figured lets give it a shot.Upon entry, youre greeted with the warm and familiar smell of chocolate. The atmosphere of the Cafè is modern and clean with large display cases housing house made treats of a wide variety. We opted to do the tour and our Guide Dave was great. His vast knowledge of all things chocolate in conjunction with his witty demeanor kept the tour informative and interesting the whole time. The house made truffles were amazing, Id highly recommed giving them a try! My boyfriend and I bought tickets for this days in advance just to be sure they wouldn’t sell out when we wanted to go. We went to the website, looked at the available times, and then picked the best time for us based on other things we had planned for the day. We picked 12 because it was perfect. They recently changed their hours and now open at 12 instead of 11. Apparently they don’t do their first tour until 1 because of that, but the website STILL allowed us to book for 12. Now we can’t even go because we already have other things planned for the rest of the day. Also, this is our last day in Florida, so we don’t even have the option to reschedule. Another thing, they won’t even refund you at the place. You have to call some third party, which means I will be wasting more of my vacation dealing with this bull.

Expensive ticket ($18) for a small museum to hear a bit of history, weird French style room to learn about chocolate in French royalty, and then tiny room of machinery as well as a larger room of chocolate sculptures (which is the main event). I wish they would allow filming, they could get better publicity if they allowed You Tubers to come in a promote--makes no sense for this small museum. Also, group was not socially distant on the tour and I felt unsafe throughout in the small rooms packed in with others.
