UPDATE BELOW...Had a great experience fitting for my new clubs,I went in with some specific needs for an iron set and driver as I’m just getting active on the course again after more than a decade. Kyle did a fantastic job working with me comparing different clubs to what Ive been playing with, and found a driver that absolutely crushed during my test hits. I didn’t have a crazy big budget and he was able to put together a great package which should greatly improve my game.Looking forward to playing them very soon, will update review after i play them.UPDATE.....after quite a few rounds with my new gear the fitting was accurate and I’ve gained 60-80 yards with my selected driver and 30ish yards with my 5.....couldn’t be happier with the improvement I’m seeing with the selections made with my fitting :)

Went in today and found friendly, knowledgeable staff. Talked with David and with Kevin and found them both super helpful.There is a much larger golf store down the road, but Golf Galaxy seems to be more about helping the customers in the store. I didnt have to search out someone to help.

Prices are decent, had what I was looking for on sale. Staff could be a bit more attentive, but it was not terrible. I have been to this location a few times over the last year.

Today I went in to look at some irons and met Kevin who is the pro and fitting person. He was the best golf advisor I have ever worked with and really took the time to learn my needs and help my game. I cannot save enough good things about my experience today. Coming to this store made my day! The employees on the floor in the afternoon were very helpful, happy people. Anyone you engaged with seemed to genuinely take interest in why you were there & how they could help you. The dressing rooms are low stress & spacious enough for you to feel comfortable while trying things on, which was a huge bonus. The highlight of my time here was when the staff asked me to take a group photo of them (For receiving an award related to customer service, go figure) which I was happy to do & gifted me something that I actually really needed for the favor. Experiences like this are few and far between sometimes & I literally called my mom to tell her about it. Thank you everyone!

Incredible Customer Service! My son and I visited Golf Galaxy on Oct. 21 and were helped by Bruce. We arrived at the store about 8:10pm and were looking for a 3 wood. Despite the late hour and the store closing at 9pm, Bruce took great care to work with my son to find a club. He did not make us feel rushed. My son, who is 15 years old, commented, This guy is so nice. He is taking time to work with me and really is listening. Bruce made sure my son found the right club. We picked up lots of other goodies too while we were there. Good selection as well as good sales.A big shout out to Bruce - thank you!

Great store for all of your Golfing needs.

I went in looking to purchase an M2 extra stiff driver and as I was trying it out I was approached by an employee named Dan. He took over 20 minutes to analyze my swing and coach me to stop slicing the ball.I learned the game of golf 4 years ago and have been to several golf stores and each time I go in they just hand me the club and set up the simulator. Dan was the opposite, he wanted me to grow as a player and didnt push me to purchase the latest and greatest club.Thank you Dan that experience will be remembered and talked about! Look forward to coming back to your location.

Excellent selection of clubs, and excellent staff, Travelled here after visiting the other store across the street. They had plenty of drivers for reasonable prices, and felt no pressure on buying more than we did! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Customer service,OJ, MIke, Mark, are very attentive and make sure all my club repair and club selection is the best. They take the time you always make sure they find the right club or shaft for me. Best place to go to purchase a club for if you are looking for excellent customer service

Was there to test the M2 2016 driver. Went into driving booth and hit the M2. Swing speeds were anywhere from 85-89, and the air distance ran from 106-180. 106? no way. To say the least, I was very disappointed in the test machine. The Taylormade fitting person blamed it on the high rubber tee I was using, saying that I was hitting the tee too much. I hit the ball on the top 1/2 of the club face, which is where youre suppose to hit it. I didnt buy anything, although was ready to buy the M2 which I had hit in Vegas a couple years ago. Not a very good experience, to say the least. Im a 5 hdcp and former, Senior Tour Monday qualifier from cy1999 and 2000. Maybe Ill try the Altamonte Springs store next time.
