Words cannot describe just how incredible this place is. Every second, every interaction, every place is just perfectly crafted and planned for. Great food, great service, and great animals.You might wonder if its worth it. No, its a steal. Trust me if you can afford this, go for it.

Discovery Cove is so beautiful, something out of a dream. Its very relaxing to go! Got a very pretty sunny day when we went. Got a get deal with the sales they were having and all your food and drinks are included, even some beer and wine. Chairs were spaced nicely and seemed there was room for everyone. Avairy was nice, and birds will land on you to eat! Wind away river is our favorite. Explored the great reef, thats neat to swim among all the fish and manta rays, and you can view the sharks through the glass. Water is colder than the other rivers. Never saw the Otters, they were hiding but saw Marmosets. All food we got was all pretty amazing as well. We hadnt been in 5 years so hope to return again soon.

Great place to visit while in Orlando. I have been to pretty much everything Orlando has to offer in the last 20 years and always put discovery cove on my next trip list. Finally I decided to visit and what an outstanding experience. Away from the crowds and the all-inclusive food throughout the day is awesome. Very nice place.

Discovery cove is an amazing place to spend the day to have a pampered all-inclusive resort experience. The animal encounters are memorable and enhanced by the animal ambassadors.With everything included you will make the most of the day because you will have full access to life jackets and wet suits. Add a dolphin experience to make it even more memorable.Renting a cabana will make your day a full V.I.P. experience. It’s well worth it!

One of THE best experiences Ive had in Florida thus far. Great staff, unlimited food, unlimited drinks, beautiful scenery, and a great time. I would definitely go broke trying to take my family here every weekend!.

I would describe this is as the perfect Caribbean beach getaway. You really are transported to a tropical destination. No need to bring anything as everything is provided and every last detail is thought out. It was paradise.The service is top notch and the friendless of the staff was impressive. They showed us a lot of hospitality upon arrival. Facilities are very clean and showers are also available. All the free food and drinks you can consume.The only thing that I didn’t like was that they ran a 50% Off promotion the day after I purchased my tickets. I called prior to purchasing and was told there were no available promotions. I called back to complain about this and also spoke to a manger at the park about it. I requested a credit towards a future visit but their response was an offer to come back the next day for 50% off which was the offer they had on their website. I would have happily paid for a second day but I didn’t appreciate having my intelligence insulted and declined their offer. Aside from this, I was extremely impressed with this park. Unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.

Such a great day!!! Our 9 and 11 year old both loved it, too. Im glad we waited until they were a little older to do this - need to be able to swim confidently to get the most of the reef area. Dolphin experience was amazing, even though it drizzled during our time. You dont actually swim with dolphins but closely interact. We loved the grand reef- visit the shark wall!!! Also, visit the aviary early so the birds arent full- it was fun to feed them! The lazy river has warmer water. There are drop offs and toe stubbing areas, so be vigilant. We loved that parking, food, drinks and snacks were included. Overall, a good value. If you want photos, package with digital rights starts at $199. Wish wed had the heads up on that! Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely had a resort vibe, not theme park, which makes this the perfect balance to other experiences in the area. Highly recommend!!!!

All inclusive, very fun but here are a few tips for you if you are visiting1)Don’t get freaked out by the manta ray just stay calm and if you need them to move they mostly just move out of your way2) While the provided snorkel masks are good I would highly recommend buying a full face snorkel mask that automatically blocks water from entering the mask because it is easier to dive underwater in because with the other ones you need to exhale heavily through your mouth to keep water from getting in the mask.3) For what it is you might as well book the dolphin experience because it’s not like you are going to certainly be back anytime soon with COVID-19 so make the most of it

Loved Discovery Cove! Dolphin discovery was amazing. Loved snorkeling and the lazy river rocked! One of my favorite places in Florida to visit. Very clean and easy to access everything.

Organized. Plenty of staff to help answer questions and direct us where to go. Excellent customer service. Loved how everything was included. Loved the reef. Amazing place all around. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Worth every penny!!!!

Discovery Cove was a great time. The park was clean and felt very safe. There was plenty of places to sit and relax. Snorkeling was a lot of fun. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The food was OK. Overall I would recommend.

We have lived in Florida our whole lives and never been to discovery cove. The day was amazing swimming in the grand reef was awesome the fish were so big and healthy, the sting rays would swim right by they were so close you they would like you touch them. There was a lazy river, bird sanctuary, otters and more.

I’m not sure how you can complain about this place. It’s really relaxing, pretty. Everything is included including food and drink , towels. My favorite place we went to on vacation by far. I like it a lot and would def recommend.

The best place here in Orlando!

This place is all inclusive. Even electric scooters are free to use... frozen drinks and snacks and lunch and breakfast and snorkels and wet suits and lockers and sunscreen are included....and the meals are actually very good!

We loved, super clean and follow all the standards of sanitation. They are on top of everything, top notch place.

If I could put a zero, I would have. My family went in June to swim with the dolphins. We was never told before hand, that we wasnt going to get to. When we arrived they tell us before we checked in, that we couldnt swim with them. Fine this was when they just opened back from covid, no issue. However, here it is Nov and still havent received my refund. I mean they take seconds to take your money, but this is getting overwhelming.

I went for my sons 2nd birthday, I knew in advance that he could not swim with the dolphins but if they told us that there was the possibility of taking a family photo with a dolphin, we arrived at the place and no matter how much we asked for the family photo They said no, he was an NBA star with his youngest children and his family and if they let him take the family photo, that is not fair to anyone, the rules are for everyone. Not even if they saw my son cry for the photo did they say no, I will never return to this place again!

This is an amazing place. We had so much fun like I cant recommended it enough. Definitely alot to do in a small window of time. Having a cabana was totally worth every penny for the 2 of us. You can do as much or as little as you want. At no point did I feel rushed. Food was amazing. Drink package was worth the extra money. If you can get away and do 2 days if recommend it.

This was our first time at Discovery Cove. It so reminded me of visiting a cruise lines island. Felt like I just stepped off a cruise ship. The food was fantastic (the steak to die for) and the beverage package is a must. Definitely going back. The aviary was awesome, the otters were so cute, and the reef (swimming with Rays) was out of this world. Much more to do next time. Gonna have to play with the dolphins on our next visit.

What a place ! This is somewhere you can relax swim with the dolphins eat and drink . This is a staycation for those who live in fl. For the day. The staff were all exceptional very helpful smiling when you spoke with them. The trainers are very knowledgeable and fantastic with the animals especially with the dolphins. You can tell they enjoy working with trainers. Cant wait to come back.

I always LOVE getting to visit Discovery Cove. I have been here twice now - Its a little piece of paradise in the middle of Orlando. When I describe it to friends and family I always describe it as a tropical oasis - it feels like you are stepping into another world. Getting to swim with tropical fish and sting rays is an amazing experience. It is all inclusive with breakfast, lunch, and snacks & drinks throughout the day. I am ONLY leaving a 4 star rating due to the quality of food. For the price you pay they could really improve the quality of the food.We did the Seaventure and the new modified dolphin experience. Both were amazing and I really enjoyed them. Photo prices were outrageous though! It would have been nice to come home with some photos but for the price you pay to get in, and then to think about adding an extra $200 to buy your photos is a little crazy!

This place is small compared to the other parks but its definitely worth your time. The lush beautiful atmosphere starts from the moment you enter and you forget that youre in Orlando. Time gets away from you and before you know it its closing time so be sure to go as early as possible. Food and drinks are unlimited, fresh towels and sunscreen whenever you need it, showers with shampoo, soap, conditioner, free lounge chairs and lockers. Be sure to do the dolphin encounter, Yoko was the sweetest. It was a great day!

Amazing island oasis, right here in Orlando! Honestly forgot we were in Orlando multiple times while there, and we live here! It feels just like a cruise ship dropped you off at their private island. Complete with everything you need: sunscreen, towels, breakfast, lunch, snacks, some beers and wines. We had the premium drink package and sat in the nearby leisure pool that had loungers in it while we sipped our drinks. It was a great time by all and I highly recommend Discovery Cove.

Really enjoyed my time here. Churasco steak for lunch was Great. Very tender and very flavorful. Also i want to thank Ashley, i think thats her name she was making mixed drinks, she was a SUPERB bartender. Loved the dolphin swim. My 11 year old loved snorkeling on the reef. Best day in Orlando

The experience was amazing and the entire family had a great time. The staff made sure everyone was safe wearing masks in common areas and keeping everyone spread out. The park is great way to see nature and all the animals. The entire family had an amazing time and will be back again when things get back to normal.

Amazing time! Kids absolutely loved the Aviary and the Grand Reef! Didnt swim with the dolphins, but have in the past and it was fabulous! The otters and the marmosets never made an appearance which was the only thing that was disappointing.

Went with my mother who was visiting from upstate NY and had a great time! The food was delicious, and the staff was very attentive and nice. HUGE SHOUTOUT to our dolphin trainer KAREN who was so nice and you could tell she really loved her job and cared for the dolphins. I work with wild manatees, so it was nice to relate to someone who loves aquatic animals as much as I do. We got to meet titan and Capricorn, very sweet babies & titan was so spunky! The photos taken were beautiful, but very expensive so we opted out. My favorite thing about the park was the grand reef, the spotted eagle rays were actually kind of friendly which was surprising. I definitely would do this again and will recommend to all of my friends!

It was paradise. Being up close to a Dolphin and being able to hung one was in my bucket list. The lazy river going through a bird sanctuary was priceless and seen otters and monkeys as well so very cool. We also had tropical fish swimming all around us. Lets just say it was a magical day. Been 5 times over the past 10 years and the COVID protocols made this the best encounter of all trips!Everyone was respectful to COVID protocols and wore masks appropriately.Great to experience a lot of local Orlando residents experiencing such a great adventure.Great reservation experience with the calendar showing the discounted days for Florida residents. Keep that calendar!!!

This is a great underrated park. No rides... just lots of pools. One is a long not-so-lazy river...very fun! One is several dolphin encounter areas. The last is a huge reef with hundreds of fish swimming within it. Even a glass separated shark area! Did I mention all the food you can eat and several drink packages... if you need some alcohol ;) Plenty of social distancing and safe practices. It really should be experienced by all!

You are forbidden from wearing masks in water, but you do require a mask to shop, eat, and enter the park as well as do the Dolphin experience. The food is pretty good and the park is absolutely stunning, it doesnt look like youre in Orlando anymore! I recommend going early to the aviary so you have a chance to feed the birds because in the afternoon the get full.

Absolutely blown away by the staff and this entire experience. Get a cabana and all the upgrades. It’s worth every last penny! I can’t wait to go again.

Have to say I was more than impressed. It was a lot of fun and entertaining for the whole family. My 2yo loved playing in the water. My two older boys enjoyed running around and seeing all the aquatic life. Snorkeling at the reef was my favorite. The food and snacks were an added bonus.

Its that one of a kind experience to escape reality and explore wildlife with comfort. It is a bit pricey but you will be accommodated and amazed the entire time you are there. They have bird sanctuaries with all types of tropical birds ( they will fly on you and eat fresh food that they provide you ) Open water snorkeling with beautiful saltwater fish, sand sharks, stingrays and more.Spend as long as you want on the lazy river and enjoy you time to unwind. You will be served Breakfast and Dinner ( no shortage on available menu items and you also can grab snacks, cold drinks - Non or Alcohol from the open bar. ) There is so much to say about this place, but Ill leave plenty for you to discover. Our favorite was the interaction with the dolphins and even riding on them. Its a place for EVERYONE ♡. The staff is kind and courteous. On top of that, we got a 14 day pass to SeaWorld and can go there as many times as you want until the date expires. One last thing, for the plus size folks, no need to worry - if you dont want to wear a wetsuit, they have vests that Ive seen 4x. I hope to do it all again some day.

My family and I had a terrible loss in April and to get away from the sadness I decided to take my children and grandchildren to Discovery Cove it was absolutely amazing. The sites the beautiful beaches. Everything was wonderful. The workers there are amazing. I didnt think of renting a gazebo so when I asked about it they said they were sold out. When I was getting some information the people at the information center said they had one gazebo open and offered it to my family and I it was beautiful and a great place to rest and recoup for the next thing to do . I would truly recommend this place for any family who loves beautiful surroundings, great food wonderful service and reasonable price. I am hoping to get back one day soon. It did help with the sadness we all were suffering and put smiles on our faces. Thank you Discovery Cove for wonderful memories.

Forever my favourite place to go. I always have the best time. The reef is killer and they even have an amazing variety of sharks!We did a dolphin swim with Alex and Miguel as our instructors and we got to meet Rose the dolphin. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. On top of that, Danielle was our main bartender and she was the absolute sweetest. The whole staff made our visit incredible and we will definitely come back soon

Pretty good place and worth of the price they have. All the events are very well managed. Breakfast from 7:15 is a unique concept and the all inclusive idea works very well. Under water walking and dolphin tours are must haves. They give you ample time and personalized experience. The cave river thing is the best part. The depth of from 2-8 feet and have a vest plus noodle if you want to enjoy.Food options are many, including for vegetarians. Snacks are okayish, good fruit options though. Staff is very well trained, customer focused and welcoming.

On hold for over 30 minutes!! After being told that there are reservations available for tomorrow I was transferred over to the payments department. I have never had this much trouble giving my money away! Extremely frustrating and terrible customer service! I even called earlier in the morning and was told to give them a call back later. Management needs to do a better job ASAP.

This place is an amazing experience. There is something for the whole family. While it is on the high side for expense, what you get for the money, will last a lifetime.

Bad news first : they seriously need to improve the explanations regarding the inclement weather cancellations , are you out of your mind : I paid thousands for a day in this fabulous location so you can kick me out for a few drops of rain ?Good news : despite their inept customer services and arrogant attitude it is one of the best day trip vacation destinations in USA !!! Went for a second time to Discovery Cove. While I dont think its worth the price for admission when the park is full as it gets so crowded its hard not to swim into other people... This time around the park only had 600 people and it was wonderful! The food isnt bad and considering its all inclusive its a good deal. The dolphin swim was great as the groups were small for covid reasons. Again, not worth going when its high season, but worth going now in the low season especially with covid going on

This place is absolutely amazing. Its like its own little paradise right in Orlando. Its clean and the staff is so friendly!!! Discovery Cove was great! At this time do not waste your money on the Dolphin swim. You can not swim with the dolphins and you can get the show for free from the beach. The drinks and food are included and everything else was great but the dolphin swim at this time is a waste. You get to go maybe knee deep and listen to a trainer. We did this as a birthday gift to my daughter and she was boarded..

Had a really great time at discovery cove. The salt water pool snorkeling with fish for someone who had never snorkeled before was an amazing experience. We paid for the dolphin experience which I had always heard was swimming with dolphins, I was incorrect you get to pet and watch them do tricks in the water so tbh not worth the money maybe try the underwater dive or the shark swim. Overall a great time for the price.

I cant say enough how much my family and I loved our day here! We paid for the dolphin swim, the underwater adventure, and the animal trek. The dolphin swim was a bummer, dont do it until they open regulations from COVID. The other two activities were so much fun! Our favorite thing about our day was snorkeling with the fishes and stingrays! Unbelievable. Pricey but worth it.

I had such a great time at Discovery Cove. It is now my number one favorite park with Sea World as my number 2 favorite. They did such a great job with social distancing and making sure there was hand sanitizers, face masks, and other precautions to ensure our safety. The park is an amazing experience. I recommend anyone who wants a relaxing day in the water to go to Discovery cove. The staff was so nice and they made you feel important and not bothering them if you have a question. Being an Orlando resident you see all the parks but Discovery Cove is the best in my eyes!

On the expensive side but bar none an experience my family will remember forever. If youre willing to take a nice hit in your bank account you wont regret the memories you will make with your loved ones!

The resort it’s self was amazing however don’t EVER try and get a refund for nothing! I have been waiting almost 4 month for 2 tickets to be refunded. I requested the refund 2 days after I purchased them!! When I call I’m told they have no contact with the finance team and have no updates!

Food and drinks were great deal. Swimming with dolphins was great. Kids loved the lazy river and pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This experience is for the whole family. Hidden gem in Orlando! If you want a stress free and relaxing day with your family and friends this is the place to go! The entire experience is very easy and relaxing. You dont need to bring anything other than your change of clothes because they have everything you need. They include breakfast, lunch, snacks, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, wet suit or vest, towels, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, and much more...You can spend the day roaming and enjoying the reef and lazy river, feeding the birds at the aviary and even swim with dolphins... very well kept place and very organized...will be coming back soon!

Lived in Fl so long but this is our 1st. time. It was great; no nickle and diming you like other parks, everything is included.My favorite was the Coral reef. The food was ok, but it was included so it was a good deal.

We booked a trip for us and another family and Discovery made some mistakes with our bookings and being a very professional and caring company they took care of us and made things right! That’s why when you plan an event with discovery cove, Seaworld or any of their theme parks, you will for sure know you will have a great time and worry free. Expensive but SO worth it! It is beautiful and calming. The staff are great and even gave us a refund on a day bed we didnt use. The dolphin swim is amazing as Is the undersea/underwater adventure. They gave us an underwater camera to take photos on the adventure too.You have to pay extra for these but you should definitely do it. The breakfast, lunch and snacks that are included in the entry price is delicious. It rained a little when we were there but that didnt bother us. The photo package deal cost $230 and was really good. Most places dont give you as much as what we got and that included a photo album and frame. I wish we had the time do more extras. Would love to go here again. Amazing and perfect ♡♡♡

The facility and food were good. When I say facility I mean it was nice and clean. The crew were very nice as well. Our opinion though is its a lot of money for not a lot to do. If you intend to drink a decent amount of beer and food you will like that bc its included. If you want to do anything other than snorkel the reef and play in main pool its extra. This is only a semi negative review bc its expensive for not a lot to do.

Went during the pandemic. Not much has changed. Mask required walking around the park but not enforced. Scheduled eating times but not enforced. All around a great time.

We booked our tickets through the MWR travel & Leisure office back in February for a late October trip. Upon checking in for the day at discovery cove, the system showed that we were not registered for the dolphin encounter even though our receipt stated that we paid for it. The travel and leisure office was not open when we called to rectify the issue but we did speak to a Discovery Cove Manager, Jeff, who did a phenomenal job at correcting the issue in less than 5 minutes. This was the last day of our honeymoon and Jeff handled a very upsetting, and much more costly, situation with ease and really allowed us to enjoy our final day of our trip and we could not be more thankful. We had an absolute blast and enjoyed every bit of the day! We will absolutely go back when we get the chance to return to Orlando! Loved it!! Thanks again Jeff!
