My boys love this park. Dad used to golf here when it was Cascade golf course, and so glad they made it a big park. My boys love the playground and the splash pad. There is a big pavilion and several smaller ones that provide shade.

This park is where its at! Splash pad is fun and open so you can sit on the side and see your kids from almost any spot. The playground is small but has all the essentials for us (swings, slides, and climbing stuff) bonus there is TONS of lawn space all around so you can have fun doing almost any activity.

I live near this park and had no clue it existed! It FABULOUS! It is so 2ell designed and fun for all ages! I like be the waterfalls, little rivers, and sluice gates for kids to play with. There is a fun little park and pavilions for shade. Fun minerature golf course across the parking lot. In addition there is an antique store.

Nice splash pad, lots of picnic tables, nice playground, clean restrooms, ample parking. Cons: fiberglass slides in full sun get hot.

Beautiful park with a really nice playground, splash pad (that opens at 9:00am) and lot of green space, including soccer fields. This is a great park for families and friends.

It was hot but they offered really cold ice water for a buck which I appreciated. Its an older course but you can play all you want and do two courses for five bucks. Which is pretty amazing value.

We LOVE the splash pad and park. Perfect hang out place for kids and toddlers.

This place is great for toddlers up to young teenagers. My 18-month granddaughter gradually developed the courage to stand in the water current, to stand in a fountains spray, to watch other kids screaming and display, to swing on the swing set.... I went too far when we stood under a waterfall, but she forgave me quickly.

We loved the Splash Pad at Palisade Park! We have a 2 1/2 year old and a 9 month old and both were happy the entire time. We were there from about 1-3 and it was definitely busy but not to a point where it was disruptive or hard to play for the kids. There are plenty of different stations to keep the kids busy, and the water wasn’t freezing cold, which can sometimes be the case at splash pads. It was super clean, there was plenty of space to sit, or put up a tent or camp chairs. There are different pavilions surrounding the splash pad, and there is a little snack store in the big pavilion that sells water, ice cream and different snacks for super cheap. We were pleasantly surprised and will be coming back.

Its got a playground, mini water park, tons of grass, and a pretty good amount of shade. Also its in a great location. Awesome park!

Super fun for the kids! I have a little one who needs constant help and attention at a pool but at the splash pads my older child can run/walk around with the little and stay safe. I can see them through the whole area if I’m not with them and there are also a lot of shadey spots to set up in! The water is a good temperature and the area is kept clean.

Fun splash pad for ages up to about 10. Great visibility of entire splash pad, snack shack is fun. Clean bathrooms.

Great park for flag football and youth sporting events. The little kids love the space of and park nearby. It also has a nice walking path around the edges to get some exercise.

Very large relaxing place. Great for letting the dogs run.

What a nice park and splash pad! I wish I knew about this earlier in the summer. Its a perfect splash pad for younger children and very shaded. Its big enough to have fun but small enough to keep an eye on your kid the whole time from your one spot. The park is nice as well and is very clean. Highly recommended.

Great open plan with beautiful waterfalls and shallow river splash place. Perfect for all ages including tiny toddlers. There is a beautiful view of Provo Canyon Mountains and cliffs. Surrounding spacious grass fields, perfect for large group gatherings, or a game of football. Large Pavilion can accommodate several gatherings simultaneous. Great location with nearby grocery stores and gas stations.

I went with a group of friends in the spring and we had a good time. The playground was fun and although the water feature was off it still looked cool. Theres also a big field to go through with plenty of room to do most anything.

The large rocks next to the splash pad are very dangerous. I saw several 3-year-olds throwing these large rocks in close proximity to each other. Please replace them soon!

The splash pad is pretty cool. They have an additional playground area as well. Theres not a way to reserve a spot at their pavilion, which kind of stinks, but we were lucky to get 2 tables for our party. The restrooms, however, need to be a little more maintained. When we arrived, there wasnt 2 full rolls of TP, and there was trash all over. Granted, its a public venue, but there should be an least a city employee checking on the bathrooms more than once a day; or from how the log looked, more than 2-3 times a week.

Wood chips on the field created injuries for the players.

Ive had every great event happen here with my wife: dating, going steady, knew Id propose while here and my son. Places are special when you make them special, but this place is a little more. Also a good chance that the Orem temple will be here.

Nice park to take your kids, there is a splash pad, plenty of open space to play in, a playground, even a snack shack. Its a fairly new park so most of the trees are still fairly small, so there isnt a ton of shade, though they have put up some canvas that helps a ton. This place is worth giving a shot.

Great place to gather

This park is really nice and fun for the kids. There is a waterfall/river splash pad and a jungle gym. It was insanely busy when we went but they had the snack shack open and everybody seemed happy. Going on a slower day would be ideal.

Very clean and well maintained. Decent sized pavilion for parties or get togethers. Super fun waterfall that you cant keep the kids (and adults) out of. Great playground with plenty for the kids to do. Open grassy area to play sports, fly kites or just run around. We absolutely loved it.

We loved this splash pad. There was a ton of shade. The waterfall was a hit with the kids. There was a snack shack open but we didnt get anything to eat but I like that we could have. You know how hungry kids get when theyre playing hard!

Really fun park. Lots to do. Mini golf, splash pad, nice tennis courts, playground, soccer fields, covered picnic tables, and lots of other large grassy areas with tall trees around. The grass and trees behind the playground are an awesome place to fly quadcopters if youre into that.

This is a beautiful park right at the base of Mt Timpanogos in Orem. During the summer there is a nice splash pad that is often crowded because its so popular. There is a large grassy lawn that is often used for soccer. Next to the splash pad is a playground for kids. There are restrooms and drinking fountains (most likely closed during the winter). There are tennis courts. There is a path around the edge of the park that is about a .5 mile loop. Beautiful, maintained park in a beautiful area.

My two youngest daughters loved playing on the splash pad at Palisade Park in Orem, Utah. I also enjoyed walking around in the water. My two older children would love it too. It was our first time there and we will definitely be returning.

This was my first time to this park and oh I was impressed the park was clean, even the bathroom. It has the feel of a small towns only park. (Like in the movies where everyone would have picnics on Sunday and the town band plays) The lawns were well manicures, pleanty of room to run around. The childrens play area was cleverly designed with climbing features, swings and water fountain/splash area to cool off on a hot day. I was also impressed with how handicap accessible the park is. From the easy entry bathroom, designated parking with ramps to the sidewalks that not only framed the parking lot but led to the pavilions and play areas, the park seemed welcoming to all. Mature trees on the borders provide shade and outcroppings of trees and plants gave visual interest. It is a great, inviting park that was surprisingly peaceful despite enthusiastic children playing all around.

We love this park! It is so much fun for the kids and small enough that I can keep an eye on them wherever they go (as long as its in the splash pad area.)

Its a nice place to take the family and do fun activities like boating and beach volleyball. But it does great crowded and the space is not that big.

It was many things to do, such us tennis courts, soccer goals, splash pad, playground area, a lot of grass, and so on. It is a lot of fun.

Great park for food trucks

Went with the family while in Utah on vacation. This splash pad was super fun. The kids enjoyed playing in the waterfalls and with the dams. Lots of grass for the rest of us to sit on and have a nice picnic. Will definitely have to visit this park again next time were in town when its nice and warm.

Good fields, pretty convenient parking, & good restroom facilities. Theres construction goin on, on the east side, so it eliminates a lot of otherwise more convenient parking. Its pretty windy as well... so for soccer - be ready for some rogue balls to come flyin at ya, on the sidelines!

My niece and nephew love how its not just geysers and how there is water pools everywhere.

This was a fun place to spend the evening during our visit to Orem. Wish it had been here when we lived there.

Generally not too bad of a place to go and play, a bit crowded especially during the summer heat with the splash pad on. Our last visit the splash pad was not working but there was nothing posted indicating this, so people just got to sit and wait and hope someone would come fix it.

Splash pad was fun, its a shame theres no public transportation option close...seems a shame that people needing to use public transportation are summarily cut off from one of the only splash pads in Orem.

This is a great splash pad. It has a mini waterfall and mini river to splash in. Its concrete base with grooves to make a river like path. Very fun for kids. Not a ton of shade but there are 2 pavilions you can rent and there is shade its just usually in use.

The City of Orem has really gone above and beyond with this park. The splash pad is one of the best in the biz. This is not your typical splash pad where you are sitting around waiting for an acceptable amount of moisture. This splash delivers the wet stuff by the boat full. Water falls, fountains, streams, ponds and rivers. Kids even get the chance to learn the finer points of flood management and dam control. A first class facility all the way.

My little nephews enjoyed this park going from the waterfall fountain to the splash only thing missing is a splash water like the one in provo park.

The splash park was well designed and fun. The bathroom had a pile of human waste on the floor, but this was probably due to a recent bad visitor and hopefully dies not reflect the normal standard of hygene.

This is a pretty good playground but there werent any benches in the playground where you could watch your kids play (there were a few randomly outside the fence but you couldnt see the entire playground from them). Also, the park isnt handicap accessible and the substrate is wood chips, yuck. Off-leash dogs are a regular at this park and Orem doesnt seem to care about enforcing the leash law, so theres definitely a big safety concern there for anyone with dogs and/or young children.But it has several great slides, a number of swings (regular and infant), and an awesome climbing structure. Everything is in good condition and well cared for. We didnt go outside the playground, but there was a large pavilion, a huge grassy area with lots of trees, and what looked like a splash pad that would be super fun in the summer time. All-around decent park.

Great for a toddler! And toddler sized party! Too small for a family reunion so only locals go here which is great. Not too stimulating or overwhelming for small kids although there is a mini waterfall and area for some slightly older than toddler kids. Only con is unsupervised children who run through lazy river and kick water in baby faces. That can be scary for the littles. Shady spot is the best for the sensitive kids.

It is a very good sized park very popular for having little league soccer games it has a nice size play ground. Parking can be limited if there are a lot of activites going on. It is noticeable from the Main Street which is 800 North orem

Old but cheap place to mini golf! My kids love the routes with water creeks that you shoot the balls down. Also love the cheap snow cone shack!
