I emailed them twice regarding purchasing a gift certificate without getting any response. This morning, I sent them a text message via Messenger and they actually responded. When I asked about a gift card/certificate option, then again went silent on me. It’s really just requires a “yes” or a “no”. It’s been 8 hours since they first responded to my initial inquiry saying “I have a question”. It’s never been this hard to give my money away before I even get a service. I don’t know why it’s so hard to say “no” if they don’t.Update: just looked at all the negative reviews and am so happy that I didn’t prepay!

Fantastic way to end a break in NYC.

We took the $199 per person flight and it was well worth it. They took us over Governer’s Island, Ellis Island, the Hudson River up until Midtown and back. The price may seem a bit high but the impressions were amazing and I can really recommend it. Also, the staff was really nice and assisting. Nice job!

Maybe someone expect view from Empire state or Rock is enought. Belive me view from helicopter is so cool. You have whole Manhattan on yoir hand. Whole trip is 25 min but and its not cheap, but beleive me its best way how waste your cash :).

Totally worth! Amazing view of New York! It’s worth booking in the last minute since it’s better to do it when the weather is amazing to enjoy a good view. I reserved it 1 day in advance.You should absolutely arrive 30 min in advance in order to complete some paper and leave your stuff in the locker.

I booked a helicopter tour last December. The flight was canceled due to snow on the day. They told me to refund within a few months. Then I waited for a few months but there was no refund or contact. I called four times, but they just said they would call me back. I sent emails to them many times, but I never received a reply. I havent received a refund from them yet after a year. If you dont want to lose money, I do not recommend this company to you reading this review.

Firstly if you buy this, make sure you check how you will get there. It does clearly say but we hadnt realised that it flies from New Jersey not new York, its really quite far away. It was about 45 minutes in a taxi from the city. Secondly when you get there there are no signs for the company you buy this from. Its a different company which I cant remember the name of now on the building. To be honest the staff in the place you go to first arent great. Firstly they didnt seem to have any idea about our flight. Then sent us to sit down. Called us, got us to move, said theyd come back and didnt for ages. No explanation. Well past our flight time. It turns out someone was late. We would happily have waited but a little communication would have stopped us feeling annoyed at being left to wait.

Great Experience!I booked last minute. Like 10 hours in advance and it was a breeze! I went on this tour alone so i got to ride up front with the pilot. What a friendly guy! We even took a selfie together. I had and amazing experience. Very informative tour as well. Even though it was only 15 minutes it felt longer because of all the information he shared. I would definitely go back!Oh! And the staff also take photos of each passenger in front of the helicopter! I thought was a nice touch. And nothing was ever rushed.Just a tip. Get familiar with the area where the heliport terminal is before you book so you dont get lost or late for your reservation.

Great experience, but barely could see central park, just a view from the river which was a little disappointing. Would be great to see more of the city rather than the islands. Would definitely recommend it though as a New York experience if you have the cash!

We did it for my wife´s birthday and I was a bit reluctant after reading some comments. Our experience was nothing but great. I called in before I made the reservation online and they were very helpful and friendly. I finished the reservation online and our experience was perfect. Very professional and friendly staff that directed us and explained everything to us.The ride was just great. Very comfortable even for a giant (I´m 6´9). we always felt safe and were able to enjoy every part of the trip. I would definitely recommend it.

Me and my husband did this for his birthday and it was such a great time. The unfortunate thing is that day pack you into the helicopter and its very tight. They have to know your way so they can distribute the weight evenly on the helicopter so you might not necessarily be sitting next to someone you know. It was great to see the city from above and we were able to get some amazing pictures it was definitely a very memorable birthday for him

Amazing experience but we were delayed about 45 mins due to other pax not turning up. Michael was excellent at keeping us updated about the delay.

Staff was very friendly and the pilot was so fantastic and explains everything . The price was worth the tour . We took the Central Park tour it was 19 minutes and cost us 266$ each .

Pilot and Helicopter failed to turn up. I booked and paid in full on the 11th of July 2019. The flight was booked for the 7th of August. On arrival we were told the pilot could not be contacted. After hanging about for most of the morning we were told that there would be no flights that day. The person on the reception said this is not uncommon if there is an issue with the helicopter - ! Luckily, one of the other operators at the site stepped in and we booked with them and had the trip within 30 mins. Once I got back to the UK, it has taken over a month of chasing to get a refund, but with no luck. Do not risk your money or your time with this firm.

My husband took me and our kids on an ariel tour of the skyline, it was beautiful and unforgettable. I would love to do this again. Everyone was incredibly professional and the staff made us feel very safe (this being my first helicopter ride). Highly recommended and hope to go again soon.

We knew we wanted a helicopter tour of New York and booked this in advance of our trip, unfortunately on the day wed chosen Predient Trump was visiting so we had to reschedule. This was easy to do though and the day we went couldnt have been more ideal conditions. The pilot gave a good commentary throughout and all together we loved it. Very expensive but worth it in my opinion. Once in a lifetime opportunity!

Took my 7 year old on one of these tours. All around it was a excellent experience. As we entered, we were greeted very nicely, staff even engaged in small conversation with us. There was no wait time, from the time we entered to the time we boarded was around 10 minutes. We boarded a helicopter accompanied by two other tourists (helicopter seated 5 passengers, 4 in the back, 1 in the front). The pilot was very informative and friendly. The whole flight was around 25 minutes, which was the flight plan. Overall there were no complaints, I would gladly fly with them again.

Great experience... Pilot very helpful. Only criticism is that most of the staff want to get you through the process as quick as possible, so it feels like a production line. But overall, the most important things were taken care of - a safe flight and a spectacular view. Recommended.

Six of us did the 25 minute grand helicopter tour, $2130 USD. This was my first time in helicopter, the rest of the group said other experiences had been better. I was frustrated with the experience before getting into helicopter. This company and several others share a small space at the downtown heliport. The small space was packed with tourists doing different tours, all of us waiting for our turn. We were told to arrive an hour early. This was an hour of being shuffled around like cattle with other tourists. It was confusing and put a damper on what we thought would be a special experience. Once in the helicopter, our pilot was polite and knowledgeable but took away from the magic by explaining he did this routine like 400 times a month and was a bit bored with it and wanted to quit. Based on the experience, I dont think the problem is the company. I think you will get a similar experience with all companies at this heliport. Take a helicopter ride in another city. New York is not the place.

One of the highlights of our trip to New York. My husband purchased this for our anniversary and although its not cheap, its definitely worth the money. From start to finish the service was excellent as they guided us through security checks, to safety briefing, to the take-off area. The views over New York were spectacular!

Okay, its only 15 minutes but its definitely worth it to have such a view over the city.Youll see the skyline from an awesome perspective. And just the helicopter experience is great by itself.

My credit card wouldnt go through while it worked fine during our whole trip in NYC. After I contacted my bank, they said the automatic system thought there was a fraudulent action.After I ran to the closest bank to get cash from the ATM, they offered us an upgrade for the hassle so that was a nice gesture.I wouldve hoped to do the tour by night but unfortunately thats not possible. :-(It was a cool experience anyway.

Super expensive and the tour is not good. I paid for liberty, no good. Do not spend your money.After paying for this I search other companies and there os another which I do not remember they go over the city.Liberty they just go over the river, the view is not espectacular.

The tour was nice, but we should get refund as we paid twice for the same trip. We wait almost two months and we get no refund. They do not answer my e-mails. I was told the the money will be back on my account within 30 days. It did not happen so. The worst thing is that there is no contact with the staff now.

Wow what a great experience, unfortunately the weather wasnt the best for our trip but still really enjoyed the ride. Staff were friendly and helpful, we bought the USB with our photos $35 which was fine, left them $50 which I figured covered the tip too.

This is a fantastic attraction. However, after the recent helicopter crash, i must revisit any changes they have made since then.

A scam and a hoax: After paying $708 for the DELUXE tourist trip for two people, we get into a dwarf helicopter with capacity for 5 people and put us in the seats that looks backwards, they say its to balance the aircraft.As a result of that, we go the whole trip looking backwards without being able to see anything that the pilot was informing during the flight, and in case that we see it, its 20 or 30 seconds later than those who are looking forward.Also the seat is really uncomfortable, the space is minimal and you cant even move a foot.The journey that must have been wonderful turns into a mess because besides not enjoying you feel deceived and even dizzy from making the flight looking back and even more due to the turbulences.At no time they ask us or let you know it in advance and just give it to you when you are getting on board.They have better & bigger helicopters, but they just do not care about their customers satisfaction and they take bad decissions against their customers that only expects the best and that have paid for it.They only look for their profit and own benefit.When we landed we presented our complaint in the offices buy they pay absolutely no atention to our claims and they did not make the slightest case. As a final hoax, one of the employees, rudeness is allowed to say that it is the first time someone complains in his 20 years of service.Imagine that you buy some tickets and pay them well expensive, to see a show in front of the stage but they send you to the henhouse or as in this case, they give a table looking back: What would you say?We were not even ignored despite complaining with education and doing everything on the right way. BAd flight and bat customer service.We cant value them as a good tourist experience.We have been swindled and it is a shame that there is this type of business that take advantage of their customers in such a vile form , in the purest style of petty criminals.Look in another company because there are better ones and never agree to travel backwards because yo will regret.

Pilot was informative and really made you feel comfortable. Who ever was in charge of the camera/pictures didnt know what he was talking about. When asked if we would receive the files in a jpeg or raw format he said yes.

Worst experience I have ever had the stuff was rude and lied to us about our seats and helicopter was old and I don’t recommend the red helicopter. make sure to chose other helicopters not the red one don’t waste your money and regret later.

Took the grand package and loved it, got some great shots of the city and helped me quench my thirst for helicopter rides too.Very much worth the entrance fee, everyone was super professional.

Defrauded $338 by this charter tour company and then they agreed to refund the money and have only fed nothing but stories of how they cant find the booking, or it takes 30 days to get the refund back on your card. Dealt with some rude staff who try to rush you off the phone and one nice lady who tried to help but still no resolution nearly 3 1/2 months later. Please beware of this company.

Friendly staff was very helpful. The pilot was a great tour guide and never stopped highlighting the many points of interest we flew over.

I loved the helicopter ride, but when we were landing I could see a Eastern Russian man wreaking havoc on the staff and customers. His phone kept ringing and apparently he didnt mean to answer because his phone disappeared on the side of his body. Weird stuff is going on there. When he was running away from the cops, I heard him yell something about a guy named Roman. Like I said, weird stuff.
