Beautiful Views. Right on the Water. So The Softball Field or any where around it is breath taking. Great place for photos. Or to watch Soft Ball of course.

Decent field. Hard to get to but at least it can support 90 foot base paths. Area is one of the few remaining places where you can get a glimpse of what NYC was like years ago before the purge.

Awesome location for bowery premier. trains overhead are brutally loud.
