Nice park, but Victor’s Vikings terrorize the place. Hard to enjoy the field when they’re out here scoring touchdowns left and right.
Lovely park, though getting there is kind of a pain. Turf is also the type to leave green strands on you for long after
Even though this park could use a little sprucing up, it is so beautiful hanging out right under the Williamsburg bridge and near the east river. It’s such a calm and cool vibe. The FDR Drive is right there also, and the traffic can become a little noisy sometimes. Also, once it gets dark, as with any park in NYC, the rats start to come out. That’s the only downside. So, if you don’t mind, chill away.
Mediocre turf fields. The main downside to these is that there is no public transportation close to these.
Needs better field maintence
