Why do I have to go to class

The chairs in this building are weird. I cannot sit properly in them as they tend to fold in on me when I have the desk open, leaving my knees higher than my butt. The only way to sit somewhat comfortably is to stretch your legs out really far in front of you. I often need to grab the desk to be able to reach forward into my bag, almost giving me motion sickness in class. Not ideal test taking conditions.The AC also has a hard time keeping up so the room is stuffy. Crowd control isnt great either as there is usually a line outside the building and around its corner for class.
