I work between the USA, UK & India (post lockdown) in IT for the Banking & Financial Services indiustry. Getting time to work out is so important. The Manhattan Athletic Club (NYC) has been my go to place! Great equipment, a plesant enviroment to train in and most importantly clean!

Incredibly convenient location in midtown with a great locker room and sauna facilities.The gym provides clothes and you can store your shoes in a locker, which means you don’t need to drag a gym bag around, you can just show up and work out.The basketball court is a highlight, there are good 4v4 runs in the morning, lunch and after work most days.The weights and workout equipment are a bit dated but they get the job done.

Nice fitness clubs with high windows. They will even provide shorts, t-shirts & socks. No excuses. Al the General Manager is very welcoming and knows everyone by name.

Went on a day pass. Well staffed, very clean, full-service, they even provide gym clothes. Lots of equipment, large windows in the gym floor let in natural light, good showers with sauna and steam. Id go back.

Great staff at all levels. High ceilings throughout. Fully stocked locker rooms as well!

Friendly staff. Day passes cost $35 which is steep, but considering it’s a rather large gym in the middle of midtown it’s what you would expect. Full service locker room.
