Great mid-sized venue, rarely used in Nola. Always great sound and great sight lines.

Been doing the Blues Tour there for over 10 years. Always a great audience and time! Catering is awesome as well.

Nice events hosted here ... tickets are reasonable...but once you get inside anything else you pay for ...food , drinks ect are overpriced and of low quality

I love this arena but its time to upgrade the outside and how you enter the building. Ridiculous walking up multiple ramps from a gravel parking lot. The inside has great views to the stage wherever you sit and its not cramped seating.

I bet this place is also great for concerts. It was perfect (nearly) for the basketball game that I attended.

We attended for the Christmas Cantata tour 2018A beautiful experience the seating was okay.The atmosphere was nice just becareful as the stairs were a bit steep.Parking was ample.

Had a great time here, seeing lauren hill! She is amazing! The seats were great! I dont think there is a bad seat in the house! Sound was great as well!

This a great place to see a show. Parking is easy. The venue has a great sound and this is where widespread panic plays the NOLAween show.

I went to see the blues concert with pokey Bear and others at lakefront arena, I Gave four stars because someone was smoking in the arena when the place was supposed to be a smoke free area,other than that, parking was great, the people directing where to park did a great job directing traffic. The police did a great job directing traffic before and after the event, the staff was very polite as well, my first concert experience was great,all the acts was great, But my wife and I thought Pokey Bear Stoled the show, I wish the show and their singing was longer

Went to see Widespread Panic @ the Lakefront Arena. The show was awesome However, it was confusing getting through Arena security & there were lines for everything We got wristbands for the floor which was great (2+ hours in line) but the floor area was hot & needed better ventilation. Also, the ladies restrooms that are available for floor seats were okay but not great Our group had chartered a ride home in advance because it is well known to be very difficult to get a taxi/Uber/Lyft on the spot .........

It was a beautiful feeling, to see my family, walk across that stage

My sons graduation was wonderful as Brother Martin students and families filled the arena for such a lovely event. The lighting as well as atmosphere was wonderful...

Goo location on Gently /lakefront area. Lots of parking. Arena itself is a very good venue. Only problem...if you have to park in the 2nd lot, you will need to walks most half of the arena to get to the ramp that takes you into the facilityThere should be more than 1 entryway accessible. Also if you cant walk the ramp up you can wait in line for the 1 elevator that only holds 6 people AND that includes the person who is actually sitting in the elevator working the button!!!

Parking goes smoothly along as you pay attention to the parking attendants. They try to get everyone in as quick as possible. Its only $10 to park. But get there early if you want a good parking spot if not you will end up in a grass field!

Ive been to a few shows here and for the most part have had a positive experience. As a medium sized venue... Nice semi comfortable seats. Pretty good parking. Not a bad seat in the house... Parking for events like graduations should have been free... Concession stands were closed.

Its an okay place. Generally friendly staff. Although there are no clear signs of where the box office is located so you need to drive around the building and look for the very small sign. Also, if you have a voucher for an event they give you the highest seats possible as that is what they say they reserve for those with vouchures rather than allowing you to pick based on what is available. So thats pretty disappointing.**update 10/20/2018***I had to seriously downgrade my original review after attending an event. The seats we had for watching paw patrol was fine for the stage part, however the screen showing in the background was only clearly visible if you were directly in the middle of the arena. Otherwise you only saw half the screen.We had also purchased popcorn and nachos. BOTH were old and stale! For almost $10 each I did not expect that at all. Seriously disappointed considering the amount of money spent for the event, snacks, etc.

Large arena. Holds a lot of events and graduations. Clean restrooms, decent staff members, lots of parking.

Went here for the Roller Derby World Finals. The prices for everything was too high, but it was pretty good. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. Great place for any event.

This is the weirdest arena Ive ever been in. The ticketing window is on one side of the building and the entrance is half way around and up 3 levels of ramps. I tried to justify it in my mind that they do love their football in the south, but then I realized this is an indoor arena, like a hockey rink or something. The inside is nice enough but I cant get past the ramps.

They ran out of food during the blues concert parking is bad

Some times they host air shows and I attended a wedding reception at Messinas in the original terminal. It was wonderful. The food was delicious and they even catered to my moms special diet on the fly. The bathroom stayed clean. Very attentive staff.

We were there for the Gracias Choir Christmas Cantata. Tho parking is plentiful, for an event of this level, the walking from parking to the building was a trip in itself. The inside was a bit chaotic. The set up of the arena was very good. Everyone had a clear view of the event. The arena remained a comfortable temperature. Despite the heat and walk from outside, there were no foul smells lingering. The restroom had issues as one stall in the ladies room had no tissue paper and one toilet was backing up. My greatest wish has nothing to do with the event or arena. I wish those selfish ones in attendance would follow the simple request of not using their phones. The lighting from them recording the event is very distracting to everyone behind them!

Went here for a college graduation. The speakers don’t clearly project sound and it is one of the ugliest arenas I’ve ever seen. Just completely bare-bone. Parking is also a serious issue. It’s easy to tell that this wasn’t well designed. Other than that, it is functional.

I went for the RBRM concert. It was a great performance. I wish the seating was better explained, or more detailed prior to my purchase of tickets. I wouldve chose better seats for the same price. The rows are too close, so it feels like sitting between someones legs. This was bad for me as the couple behind me had bad hygiene. It actually decreased the quality my experience. The staff were very polite. Collectively they couldve been more helpful. Two staff members excelled my expectations. I would have given 3 stars but parking earned them an extra star. They did an excellent job with parking and getting us in and out. Concession prices werent bad.

Very simple venue which I liked. Beers were pricey and there were massive lines for mens bathrooms. I think they might need to build few more stalls. First time I saw a line to mens bathroom and women one had no line.

Wished the general parking area was paved. Has th capacity to do large events. Its a little bigger than the smoothie King center and has a pool attached

The walk up ramp could have been swept. It was a little bit dirty. But our overall visit was good. Had a lot of security which was also good.

Sound was horrible ..lightning was okay. Not great...Would not attend another concert there.

The arena is comfortable. You are reasonably close to performers. The concession menu is small but the prices are eeasonable and the service is swift. Security is adequate and not intrusive. Parking lot is adequate and close.

I work at the arena, and I love the venue.I would recommend going to the UNO for events.Im sure that it would be a very enjoyable experience!!

They really need to work on more obviously labeling the sections. Had the event I attended been more full, it would have been a nightmare. Usher who assisted folks decided to sit while patrons stood in front of us and blocked our view for 5 minutes.

Went to see a roller tournament, this arena might have better food vendors others days but for that event only one person was selling coffee. The three stars go to the event and the fact that this place has some of the greatest stadium seating.

A great venue to enjoy high quality, college basketball. Tickets are cheap, the pop corn is tasty, every seat in the house is a good seat, and the UNO Privateers are a fun team to watch. Go Privateers! #UNOPROUD

I was here for a work event. The build was very clean... The bathrooms were spotless. Would definitely visit again.

Love the arena. Its nice and clean. However they are very overpriced on food and drinks. A 20oz coke is $4.50!

Getting in and out of the parking lot is a nightmare. Food and drink lines are always long long long. So long you’ll miss the show or whatever you came for. Not enough workers I’m all concession areas. Ushers send patrons to the wrong seat. The list goes on. UNO, please get it together. Ohhh and the mic went out on the main act. One last thing, NO BIG SCREENS

Appears to be a nice university. The auditorium is not real big, but well kept. The parking lot needs improvements, otherwise it seems to be a good little place.

The arena is great but maybe eat before you get there.

Took grandbaby there for a Peppa Pig production. Really enjoyed it but only because my grandbaby loved it

We went to the circus as a family. There was lots of parking. The experience was great overall.

The Arena is a little out of the way, but it has served as a good home to the Sunbelt tournament for the past couple years. As far as things are within the arena, the seats and chairs are a little outdated. The cupholders are mediocre and two of them broke while spectating games from the strain on them and how fragile they are. Food prices are steep as well, but that might depend on the event.The court is in good working order and the speakers and sound system is working nicely. Consumer comfort can be increased with a little cost, but otherwise its an average stadium.

Have had great times at concerts. Good parking area, But will NEVER go back until they stop hosting circus acts with the horrible animal acts and terrible abuse infractions. Carden is the WORST

This was the University of New Orleans Lake Front Arena. The handicap parking was minimal. Only had 1 small capacity elevater. The seating, sound and views were good.

Its an arena. Not easy to get out of if using uber.

Super shows at a very reasonable cost. If you set in the 1st upper section you will be able to see without having to look over people that are standing near the stage.

Nice venue for concert and performances. Nothing exceptional, but nice. The outside views of lake Pontchartrain are breathtaking though.

Major events like graduations should have a better planning committee. Arena was too hot. Concessions was a joke. This is an embarrassment for the school and graduates.

It was a great place to see a concert, which we did. The acoustics were really good. Great staff.

Im on the clock so no worries , have no problems or complaints.

Handicapped parking was close and plentiful. Walk to get inside was a bit far even from the closer parking. If you have trouble walking any distance you may wish to bring something to assist you.

Concession stands were closed. Could feel people walking through the floor. The ramps look to be moving away from the rest of the building. Does this place need major repairs?

The lakefront arena has been a wonderful host to our roller derby league.

Great entertainers have come to this place & jammed. Luckly I have been able to enjoy along with them. Very easy to get to.

The BLUES CONCERT WAS LOVELY

Graduation was wonderful and well organized here for my nursing!

We went to the circus Friday night at the Lakefront Arena and even though the ticket box lady was very rude to me. I complained and a lady from the arena called me and fixed the problem.

Older arena, but the size is perfect for concerts. Saw the Cure here and felt very close to the action. Some interesting concession choices, but the prices are pretty high.

Love to go here. The facility seating is good .
