Unless your here for a birthday party I would pass 2nd weekend here and same experience had to wait over 1 1/2 hrs to play Laser tag and if you wanted to play 2 games plan on spending lots of time. They let all the parties go first. I understand birthday parties are their big thing but they should remember the people that come in off the street in 2 weekends have spent well over $100.00 and its wasnt worth it will not be back. The first weekend we were here over 3 hrs got to do 1 game of Laser tag and the maze did play a few arcade games but everything we tried to do was Birthday Party only.

I took my nephews there on a Friday and I purchased the Friday Frenzy deal for $20 each, which is for unlimited laser tag. We played for 3 hours straight. It was a lot of fun, but they need new laser guns because a lot of them didnt work too good and it was pretty warm in the room. The staff was very friendly too. Id definitely go back.

Great team building activity! Took my team of 5 and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were impressed with the accommodation. Very clean and the best customer service. We did it all - laser tag, escape room, bumper cars, arcade & activity maze! Ask for Avery - he was a great guide.

Absolutely love this place. We went for my kiddos bday ( without a room just to play). The staff was friendly and helped me save some money explaining how it was better to buy more. The staff was was respectful and patient with our group. My kiddos, family and friends had a blast. This was not our first time going. Everytime we have gone we had no complains. This place is really fun and the staff is amazing.

Kind of neat place with several activities in one place. Prices are low and equivalent to the experiences you get. Mini golf has 9 holes. Unique maze but its outside and hot in the summer

Out here because of hurricane laura and was treated very kind. And the space was fun followed covid measures and everybody made sure people and themselves were safe .

A little pricey but my grandson loved the lazer tag. Not enough kids to buy bumper car tickets but would have if it was more crowded.

We recently had our sons birthday party at LT. We did the Unlimited Package where we had the entire place to ourselves and up to 25 wristbands + game cards. This included ONLY 25 wristbands + cards, unlimited drinks and unlimited LT, Golf and Bumper Cars. Everything else we had to pay for. It seemed really ridiculous that we paid $650 just for the package and not even a lousy t-shirt was included. Even my son, my husband and I were going to be a part of the 25 wristbands!Jenna was our host. She was spectacular. She was polite, informative, kind and genuinely cared about our party. Not once did she act like she wanted to be elsewhere. I wish we couldve tipped her more!The day of the party, we had to order 6 pizzas at $10 each. No food, cupcakes, cake, ice cream was included. We mustve spent $850-900 on this party total after we included favors, food, cake and cookies (everything bought elsewhere).I definitely recommend this place for an event, especially Jenna as the host, but I do not recommend the Unlimited Package on Sunday mornings.

I am floored, this was hands down the best birthday party venue experience I have ever had. The team at Adventure Quest Laser Tag did an INCREDIBLE job! Jenna and her team were attentive, the party room was spacious and clean, the activities were fun for the kids AND adults, it was an all around good time! The Sunday Morning exclusive is a fantastic option with the kids being able to choose the activities they do, and I am 99% sure we will have the same party again next year! I can’t say enough good things about how nice it was!! We added donuts, mini muffins, a delicious cheese plate, coffee bar and a mimosa bar to our party. I highly recommend their additional offerings, you won’t be disappointed!! And the best part about the food: the donuts were still WARM! If you are considering a laser tag party for your child or even an adult party, this is a 5 star experience you will not forget!

Lots of fun and very clean for this sort of place. My kids had a good time. I like the card instead of coins, but it adds up fast.

I went here with my family as the Laser tag we usually go to in Metairie was closed. Unfortunately I was let down with the only a few mediocre arcade games, a small selection of food, and slow bumper cars. The laser tag was average but what kept this place from falling apart was the outdoor maze and activities. It was very fun but the actual laser tag was ok. I recommend going to the the Laser tag in Metairie but It wasn’t the worst here.

Great place to take the family. Bumper cars, laser tag, putt putt golf, a climbing course (outside) and arcarde. There is also food and beer available for purchase. In other words, a great place to blow $100 in about 20 minutes. LOL

This place is a great getaway. Since it is on the back side of elmwood its rarely too busy. Great for me to bring friends and friendly for all ages. The managers truly go the extra mile too!

We had our sons 5th birthday party here. The party host was nice and friendly. The food was actually good considering the establishment is for kids. My only 3 star would be a little more time for the amount of money you pay. It has a lot of options and things to do, but it felt rushed.

Its a fun place to go for the kids but not so much as the parent after about an hour I was ready to go because we completed everything.But my kids had an amazing time. Shout out to their amazing staff Tajane (i think thats right) was ver accommodating. My daughter could not get the bummer car to flow right and she got in there with my baby and she ended up having the time of her life (thank you)The Maze was awesome we did get lost but My daughter again eanting to go. BY herself to complete the letter change and that she did do all by herself Inwas super proud (she is 6years of age)My son on the other hand had a ball he was on his on but he stated he really enjoyed the laser tag.The cosmic golf was not their favorite but it will do.

Awesome place to bring your kids for some arcade fun, laser tag, bumper cars and mini golf. Their outside maze is pretty cool too. Great food and drinks as well. The staff is very friendly and patient considering the amount of kids that are in there. I would certainly recommend bringinging your kids here for fun or even to book a birthday party! Great fun! A bit of bonus info is that I was told the owner lives local so huge relief it isnt run by a corporation with no care in the world but making money.

I brought my daughter to play laser tag tonight (11/18) for her Birthday and she had the best time. Bill was extremely professional, patient and courteous. I had to ask him 21 questions and he was super nice each time. He told me about the daily deals and was so sweet to my birthday girl when she came to him to redeem her tickets. Well definitely be back, everyone was nice but Bill was great !

Courteous staff. Dated and worn Laser Tag equipment and arcade games. The cost per game (most are 4 token points) is absent of value and entertainment. I recommend checking out Groupon for a deal before venturing over to this location. The employees are definitely the best assets on site, and there is ample parking. Strip Mall convenience.

Outdated selection of games. Most of the games are redemption/ticket games, and almost all of the ones deigned for fun are the same few Raw Thrills games every other arcade has (Terminator, Alien, Big Buck Hunter, ect.) The laser tag arena is poorly maintained with too many hiding spots. Minigolf and Bumper cars are fun, but pretty samey after the first few times. The golf course could use a complete rework to keep it fresh.I think this place could really use some more of the classics. Marvel vs Capcom 2, any kind of Pacman, Metal Slug, House of the Dead, all the good ones. I know redemption games are where the majority of the money is made, but there is a such thing as over-saturation of them.

We had an awesome time here. It was me and another adult with four kids and us adults were able to do the stuff with the kids The escape room was amazing. And we had a lot of fun doing the maze, bumper cars and neon mini golf .The kids loved laser tag

We had a birthday party with 12 teenage girls. The staff was great and very accommodating. They had a great time playing laser tag and bumper cars. Arranging the party was so easy and everything went without a hitch.

OMG !!!! I had a last minute party because of cancelation due to weather ! Adventure Quest Laser Tag where absolutely amazing and extremely helpful!! I was so lucky that they had one last party package open, and even though they didnt have enough staff to give me a host the two managers Chris, Bill, to well care of me and our party! Thank you so much for making my disaster outdoor party into a great one!!!! Staff is patient and always smiling and helpful! Keep up the great work!

Wish it had few more arcade games. Gets crowded and you have to wait for the really good ones.

My 9 year old son loved this laser tag course! Its very well made. Overall this facility is very clean and has many fun activities to partake in. Perfect for birthday parties!

The staff was very friendly both times we went with six people. They went above and beyond to insure that the time spent there was enjoyable. This is a place that will satisfy all your indoor game interests. Recommend to anyone.

My kids love going here! There are so many activities that keep them entertained such as laser tag, bumper cars, miniature golf, the outdoor maze, Outdoor Rockwall climbing and the many arcade games!I have booked several parties here over the last few years and had an awesome time, everytime! The staff is super friendly and always very accommodating!They are also very generous with their fundraising for schools and other organizations. I have worked with them on several fundraising activities that have benefited my kids schools.I love the fact that they run specials when kids are out of school and on holidays that keep kids entertained and for great prices!This is definitely one of my kids favorite places!!

Went the other night with my kids. Lots of fun. Food was tasty. Very friendly staff. The two young ladies up at the front helped us a lot. A bit expensive even with the package deals, but Id still say it was well worth the money. Will have to go again in the future!

Owner and staff were great on Saturday even after losing power. We will return again when we are back in town.

Awesome place havent been here in over 4 to 5 years everyone is still as nice as I remembered differently worth coming wish I could remember the staffs name but if GM reads this they were amazing and reminded me of how awesome it was to come here when I was little and Im bring my little ones now for that same great experience

My kids, ages 4 and 5, love this place! the point system, in my opinion is EXTREMELY better than their competitors (Chuck E. Cheese, etc.). For example, one games gives you a chance at winning a bonus of 1000 tickets at Laser Tag, but at Chuck E. Cheese, the same game offers a bonus of only 100 tickets. Not to mention the fact that your tickets are electronically loaded onto your player card, so no worrying about standing in long lines to convert tickets into a receipt and/or redeeming tickets for prizes. Theres also bumper cars, a maze, the food is amazing and the beer option is great as well. Oh , and did I mention wifi?

Went to a birthday party there they supplied card for playing video games, accumulates pilots to buy from front counter, they served plzz and unlimited pitchers of soda, kids had a great time just playing video games and air hockey. Sort of crowded even so you could have a good time with friends and family and still have conversations . See for yourself, they have electric bumper cars, an outdoor quest and if course Lazer tag.

So much fun kids always enjoyed it can be kind of compact and smaller at times but its definitely a lot of fun and worth it

Great place for hosting kids parties or simply bringing the kids to blow off some steam. Always changing things around adding new games and prizes for the kids. They have indoor putt putt but its a bit lacking. They also offer indoor bumper cars. A nice place overall.

Great customer service. I booked my nephew’s party I believe a week or a week and a half before his birthday since he really wanted to go to laser tag. We were under the impression of having 12 kids, but the day of his birthday and party (which was yesterday 03/30/18) everyone cancelled coming due to transportation issues. There were only 3 kids which included my nephew in the count to come overall. I was highly frustrated and could not figure out what to do also on top of being exhausted from work. I did not want to use the party room for only three kids and I also didn’t want to come out of pocket for the entire cost when no one was truly coming. I was also concerned whether my nephew would be upset being that 75% of his party goers cancelled. When I arrived, the party host approached me and wanted to go over everything. I was too tired and upset that all I wanted to do was sit at a table and relax my mind for the moment. I explained the situation to her and the manager. They were really sincere and helpful. They accommodated us so well that the kids had a lot of fun including my nephew. He was so happy that he didn’t care that mostly everyone cancelled. The adults even had a good time watching the Pelicans vs the Cavs game and then later playing games. Truth be told, I haven’t played games since I was a sophomore in high school which is 10+ years ago and I only played two games and had a blast. I felt like a kid all over again for the moment. I truly wish I could remember their names, but please forgive me for not doing so because I was extremely exhausted from the work week. In the end, I would really like to say thank you to the manager and my host for being understanding, allowing us to sit in the open seating area, not complicating the party what so ever, being very attentive, and making it so great that everyone enjoyed adventure quest overall (even when I did fall asleep for 2 mins from being tired from time to time).
