Not just a tourist attraction. My husband and I get a sitter for the night and head to printers alley for a nice adult break. The jazz is great and so are the drinks. If we get drunk enough theres karaoke. Great food as well.

Not much to do in the day time and with Corona nothing is really open. If you go, its best to go as a group and at night when all the lights are on.

Best of Nashville jazz scene, unfortunately still kinda closed up due to covid. Should reopen Aug 1st 2020. Lots of history here, worth the few blocks walk up from Broadway.

Best cocktails downtown and food is great too. Bonus factor, no country music

Be sure to check out Skulls Rainbow Room for that authentic speakeasy feel and great live music, even during the pandemic.

We started off here before heading to Broadway, I feel like that was the right decision. Theres a few good bars in the area, of course some music (it is Nashville), and nice people (again, its Nashville). Not sure I would say its a must see but if your in the area or planning on going to the main drag... its a good place to start being touristy

Nice place to catch some live music. We were there on a Thursday in February-not too crowded, no wild bachelorettes.

If you want a break from the Country/Classic Rock bands playing on Broadway and want to hear some blues head over to Printers Alley. We have seen many a great here on on numerous trips to Nashville. This area is always a must

All I can say is you need to go there. We needed to get away from all the noise and crowd and it was a perfect ally. It seemed like it was alot more locals. I would suggest you go there at night around 8:pm. Everyone goes out into the Alley with their drinks. Side walk party.Y

So classic Nashville. Grittier, loud, something for everyone. Talked to the chef at Skulls and he was a character! Theres a more adult, casual vibe here. Check it out!

Great hidden alleyway with some neat joints. Skulls is Tommy favorite, but there is a English pub, and a couple of other joints there as well.
