I went to Pinz to bowl and when the server came over to ask if we wanted a Drink she said Charlie baker said the new rules are you must order food with your drinks which I didn’t want so then I decided not to order but then a manager came over asking what’s the problem . There was no problem aside from my group not wanting food. The few times I went in the past were good but with the new rules because of Mass Covid regs and the negative way the manager responded I will never set foot into this establishment again.

Pinz is a family-friendly bowling, arcade, and bar all rolled into one. The lanes are very nice with 3 huge tv’s so you don’t have to miss any of the game (even if you wished you could). On the other hand, if you are a serious bowler, I just want to warn you that the alleys have been converted to a strange string/marionette system where all the pins have strings on them. As you would expect, this greatly reduces the pin-action. For kids and casual bowlers, it won’t make much of a difference, but if you have an average, you’re going to be surprised.

Always a good time. Good food good drinks. Staff very attentive and the atmosphere is buzzing. Support your local business.

Great place. Couches while you bowl with large screen for scoring, arcade, I think there was a bar. I got a cheddar cheese burger and fries for $1.99 with the purchase if a $30 arcade card. It was worth it! Definitely want to go back.

Even with C19 restrictions the menu is still awesome service still great and the food is perfect.

At first glance, my girlfriend and I were super excited to play some games and have some drinks.Bowling is overpriced to start, but honestly for a good experience who cares. My biggest issue was the weird strings that the pins were all secured by?! The strings pick up the pins and reset them (when it works) but massively hinders the actual experience. There was very little pin movement, the strings get tangled and need to be fixed by an employee, I even had one pin continuously diagonal and supposed to be down and it would catch on the lines and not be counted as a downed pin. It was weird, didn’t feel like real bowling at all and made us question it all night. Even still if everything else worked and was safely open maybe it’d be worth it? But until then, it was a real let down for a couple who just wanted to blow off some steam.We realize that w covid still prevalent masks are necessary and some games and arcades are very contact specific and it doesn’t make sense to open them. Still, zero arcade games were open, the virtual reality game was not on, and it seems like if you’re going to open your establishment, at least try to open it right. Put a Lysol wipe next to the arcades w a sign?Weirdly, you’re allowed to take your mask off sitting at the bowling tables where you’re closest to anyone else around you, but then told you MUST wear your mask when it’s your turn to bowl. Even though we were literally the ONLY ones in the place we were asked to put our masks back on. Which we did, no problem.Honestly if there was anyone even within 25 feet of us, I would’ve opted to just keep one on. It just seemed asinine that we were actually asked to do that when not one other person was there. Then when others arrived and removed their masks not a word was said. Overall my drinking and being out in the world made the night fun despite the lack luster let down that was pinz.If you want bowling, go to a real alley not on some weird pulley system lane. If you want arcades try 1990 and if you want to drink and this stuff around you’ll be fine.

I do not see myself going back to pinz bowl. Not much to the place, the food wasnt good, the pizza was overcooked and hard, the drinks were ok. Nice attentive staff.

The manager Jason is so rude. It took over an hour to get our drinks while bowling, when we finally got served our drinks they had been sitting at the employee stand the whole time and looked horrible. When I tried to talk to the manger Jason he was so rude, told me to stop talking while I was explaining what happened, another couple there waited an hour just for beer. Will never go back.

1.50 to 2.00 just for a 1 min video game. VR was pretty lame and for 8 bucks a player for 5 mins. 10 dollars a shot for whiskey. We were their for 15 mins and spent a hundy, break out your wallet if u go here. Laser tag was closed, maybe will go back just for that but nothin else.

My wife and I went last night and we were seated for at least 10 minutes before someone came over to take our drink order. Service was fine after that,. I went to the restroom later, and while washing my hands, a man who appeared to be a kitchen staff left the stall and exited the bathroom without washing his hands. Gross!

I went with my 3 and 5 year old for a 5 year olds Birthday party. It was honestly better than I expected! They had bumpers up and the rail was up so the kids could bowl with ease. The kids also got arcade time, which was great! The seats were big couches and very comfortable. They put us away from other bowlers so the kids didnt disturb anyone. I would absolutely recommend for young children and older children!

The sandwiches here are delicious. Its a surprising hidden gem.

If i could give it a zero i would. Horrendous service, better yet no service until i called someone over after waiting for an hour to order drinks or food. Today March 5th, 2020 at 6pm, I purchased two bowling games with my three kids (Our first time). After the 1st bowling game was done, someone FINALLY came over while dragging their feet coming towards my family and i. That was not what drew the line for me though. Later on, the 2nd game went onto the 8th turn, as soon as my 14 year old daughter stood up to bowl the bowling screen shut off. I looked over towards the registers near the bowling area within Pinz in Milford, MA. There were three waiters standing there, chit chatting and listening to music with earphones all while on the clock. All waiters there pointed at eachother debating on who i was calling over, please note i just needed a waiter to help me address the bowling glitch. A waiter came over, he then asked whats up?, i then explained the situation, an he then told me he would go check what was happening, 10 minutes later of waiting, my family and i decided to leave. We then dropped off our rental shoes to then get spoken to by the same man with an attitude Go around the corner, you dont do that here. It would of been nice to throw a please and thank you, manners do GO a long way. Also it was our first time there so we didnt know any better. I then ask the man Were you able to find out why the bowling screen turned off, he then walked away and didnt answer me i then asked him to give me the managers name to only be given the first name, Jake i then ask for a last name in which it was (like pulling teeth), at this point. I am so disappointed and felt so disrespected that i needed to talk to the manager. I apologize for this hefty message but i am so upset on how Pinz is running their customer service. I really hope you address this issue, this is not how customers should be treated.

I had a company outing here and it was a ton of fun, especially with ax throwing. I later brought my wife here and she had a blast with ax throwing as well.

Excellent service. I held a meeting/outing for 50 of my work associates. The staff was very attentive, the food and drinks were top quality. The axe throwing and bowling were well received. Highly recommend!

I have booked two parties here in the past. Just got off the phone with their location’s sales representative and they would not accommodate my daughter with special needs. The past two times I booked, they accommodated but this time, the woman told me she can not accommodate to my daughter’s needs even though I explained it to her why it was important. Not only that, she said this is how she makes her money so if someone came in an hour before me and wanted to book that specific lane at the end, she can’t turn them down because as I just mentioned, that’s how she makes her money. I will never book a party here nor go there again. For a location who doesn’t support those with special needs, I would advise others to seek fun and business elsewhere. Not happy at all. Forgot to mention that she also said “I don’t know what the weather is going to be like. If someone wants to come in an hour before your party and wants to rent it, I’m not going to turn them down because they are paying money”. Well, that would go for any lane so if you don’t turn down any lane then what lane will I use when I show up for my time slot? It didn’t make any sense. So what about the few hundred dollars I spent booking my party if I show up and all the lanes are taken because she didn’t want to turn money down from other customers. It will be raining all day the day I was trying to book my party.

Lots of entertainment choices. Service was slow and inattentive though. Drinks were great and prices reasonable for food, drinks and bowling.

Service was bad. Over priced, especially the drinks. Bowling is crowded and still had trash from players before us. The one pool table is ripped up and sticks are in terrible condition.

The renovations are great in the bowling alley. Had a party for my daughter and her friends. They had a great time. Thanks so much.

There is literally everything you can possibly want to do! It was really really fun, but some of the food are not so good.

Stopped in randomly on a Monday night, was pleasantly surprised with a nicely updated/comfy nicely spaced out bar/bowling alley/arcade. Played a few games, met a super nice and attentive bartender named Torii. Look forward to checking it out different times of the week to see how the crowd changes. I could see it being very family friendly during the day and a lot of fun at night.

When we first got there and took a seat it did take a good 8-10 minutes to get menus. We had to ask a bartender if anyone was waiting tables. Once she did come over though she was very nice and attentive. Our pizza and apps were delicious. We enjoyed the music as there were a lot of good throwbacks and remixes. I plan on coming back soon.

This weekend we had the most extraordinary experience at Pinz. We rented the KingPin Suite as well as 16 public lanes, to host a large event. The food, staff, and chef were exceptional!From start to finish working with Caleigh Murphy and her staff was an easy and great experience. Their staff was cordial and professional with prompt service with smiles. Our guests commented how accommodating they were at the event. For our guests with allergies, they went above and beyond.The flow of activities including appetizers passed, candle lighting, a band we brought in, laser tag, arcade, VR games, and bowling, food, dessert, were all phenomenal. Their recommendations for set up of tables, lighting, video screens, and the few pieces of the event we brought in worked flawlessly.I cannot say enough great things about how pleased we were with their expertise and customer service in putting this event together. We are grateful that they made a once in a lifetime event for us special and memorable! Thank you, Caleigh, Pinz staff and chef, and management.

Lot of fun, bowling with the big balls, pool, arcade laser tag and good food. Tuesday is discount day, take advantage as it can get pricey.

This is a high end bowling alley and then some. It feels like luxury bowling compared to other places. They also have an arcade and laser tag. I recommend coming for the fun but the pricing is outrageous. Games are expensive and the food is very expensive too and doesnt look great, although I did not have any. They even have a little pub inside where you can watch sports and have some apps or drinks. Again, fun place and lots to do, but pricey

Very low quality bowling. Pin setting uses strings and constantly getting stuck -more than 5 times per game. Balls got stuck at the end of the lanes too often. I dont think theres any oil on the lanes making bowling very difficult. Definitely go somewhere else if youre looking for some real bowling. A real bowling alley is cheaper and more fun.Staff was slow to take orders. My gin and tonic from the bar was just tonic.

Been bringing my family to Pinz for years; The owners are always striving to improve the experience ! If you want serious bowling, join a league ! This is a family entertainment establishment and my nephews have a blast every time we come !

Fun environment for family. Food is pretty good with reasonable prices. Beer is expensive for the area and the arcade is a rip off. Some of the staff were excellent where as some of the staff needed to be more attentive. Overall a fun place to go with the family.

As a customer I gotta say the afternoon manager takes herself way too seriously ( Im talking about you glasses). I would hate to work underneath her and she puts a damper on what could be a fun environment. Someone please tell her to smile more, you work at a bowling alley, youre not running into burning buildings saving people.

We went there originally for the axe throw and of course there was a little bit of a wait. So had some drinks and food and played some laser tag in the meantime. Bartender Steve was so attentive and easy to converse with. The employees at the bowl counter were fun and made our night memorable. A big shoutout to Julie, Alex, and Ally. There were a few hiccups with booking but they made sure we were well taken care of. I definitely advise going back for a fun night with memorable staff.

Edited, updated review:Thought I would update because my old review seemed a little harsh because we are semi-regular customers despite a few bad instances. In general the service has gotten better recently, and the food is always fantastic.We enjoy the atmosphere although sometimes there are still minor problems with the waitstaff ignoring your presence for too long or never coming back to check if you need anything else or refill drinks. I think part of this is just due to the layout of the place.Generally we have a great time here although would advise you to stay away from the arcade which is pretty overpriced._______________Old review:Not a good experience. Service was extremely slow despite being not very busy, and two waitresses were just standing around at the counter for most of the time. We had to ask to be served after making eye contact several times and then the waitress never came back to check if we needed anything. Eventually we finished bowling and then sat there awkwardly, drink cups empty, waiting for our check to come while the waitress stood 10 feet away doing literally nothing.We are very patient people and very forgiving when a place is busy but there was just no excuse for this....

So much fun. The only problem was that parking and lanes were always full so it was hard to actually bowl. But overall, an amazing place for parties for children.

Gone there a couple of times and have enjoyed my times there. No issues with the server or services. However, was disappointed with the Big Lebowski Instead of getting a whole sausage with peppers and onions what they serve is cut up pieces. Why? Over cooked.

We had a great time bowling, drinking and eating, it was my sons birthday and he had invited 7 friends, all enjoyed the bowling, laser tag and virtual game, we had a couple of sampler appetizer trays which were fantastic for a group of teenagers, best of all it didnt drain our wallet, its great that there is a place like this nearby, food and fun, thankyou!

Omg one of the funnest places I went to, it was dope!!!!! There was one worker who was very professional and very nice, I don’t know his name but he was like 5-4 to 5-3, that guy was chill. Shoutout to that man. He was the one who was working around 9 to 11:30 who had to do laser tag for 7 people and then did the virtual reality. IF THAT KID DOESN’T GET THE EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH I AM NEVER CKMING BACK!!!!!!!!! I WILL DEF. be coming back.

The best bowling alley Ive ever been to. Have been over 20 times. Food service at the lanes and the menu is very good and affordable. They have two bars, a large video arcade, Lazer tag, and other events and activities. Its a local go-to for a birthday party, restaurant, and bowling fun. A great family-friendly atmosphere and theres something for all ages to do and enjoy.

Its a fun place for the family, or a first date. A tad bit expensive, but there is a restaurant, full bar and arcade that includes laser tag.

Great bowling alley. Loved the special rates on Monday night after 8pm

Will not go back to this place. Staff shut off patron for drinking water and then tried to make her pay a $60 tab. Maybe the bartender should’ve paid attention to who she was serving. We had two blonde girls in our party of 10. The one that SHOULD have been shut off left and the bartender sent over a bouncer to tell the one drinking water she could not be served for the rest of the night. Talk about humiliation in front of 9 other people!

Bowling pins are on strings instead of the old (better) way. Felt like they didnt fall the same way. Drinks are ok. Did not get food but did not look appetizing based on what i saw.

Great bar and grill for watching sports or getting your drink on. Food was good and service was decent. They only had the one bartender, so she was a little over worked. If you thought family entertainment was a thing of the past, then you thought wrong. This is a good size place that houses a fully automated multi-lane 10 pin bowling alley with 3 huge screens down front while filling the area with quality sound music.Off in a secluded room, are a couple of pool tables where you could host a private catered party.A full bar with wall to wall tvs you can see from any seat where you can order comfort food like a burger, pizza and apps. to a full meal.A multi-machine arcade you can access from the bar. And in the spring, they optioanally serve in a outdoor patio.And lastly, a good size laser tag field in the upper level which i had attended a few years back .... Had loads of FUN.THIS PLACE IS WELL KEPT AND SUPER CLEAN.

Not a huge fan of the setup. Couches are set so you cant watch your friends bowl, pins are on strings and the take dead wood away before next ball which makes it harder to get the last pin or two

Lots of fun. The employees were very friendly and kind, loved it!

Good bowling and arcade. The bowling was not candlepin but regular 10 pin with the bigger balls you put 3 fingers in. We were also put into the private suite which was sweet(pun intended). The arcade was a bit pricier than other arcades, but you get extra credit depending on how much money you put on the card(for example: $10 -> $11, $20 -> $25). They also had this cool looking VR game you probably could do with a party. It looked like there was a big food selection and a bar. Overall everything was clean and pretty new.

This place is always a fun time to go to with a couple of pals. The biggest problem is the wait sometimes. Especially on peak hours when there are a lot of people. You have to be willing to wait upwards of an hour sometimes.
