Had my daughters party there - where to start .... it was a birthday she will never forget - played , got sweaty , ate and played again . On the drive home I looked back and she was snoring. To summarize everything in one word - expected less and got more !! Amazing.

Kids had fun. Place is clean. Only issue I had were adults playing (not supervising) kids on the inflatables and older kids in the toddler area. Will definitely be back.

Every time Im there we have the best time ever! If you havent taken your child here, you are missing out on an amazing and fun experience for you and the kids.

My daughter loves it. Last year we had her birthday party and all the kids had a blast. Staff was very helpful as well

Cheap and lot of fun.

Super fun for children and families. a bit pricey only cause most things are paid for separately, bumper cars separately, games, separately, bungie jump and laser tag separate but, bouncy houses are one flat fee around $16 when separately events are approximately $6 each. we go often , bumper cars only if were in a time crunch

A little pricey for what you get

Went to this location for the first time this weekend for a birthday party. Staff was super nice and very attentive. The arcade games could use a well needed cleaning. In addition, 3 of the games were down at the moment which was unfortunate. I must mention the great and reasonable prices! The kids had a blast nonetheless.

Wonderful, fun and clean! This is our second time visiting and the improvements are so obvious. So many fun bounce options and games for kids! We have 3, between the ages of 2 and 7, and everyone was super happy and didnt want to leave! Its clear how much pride the new owner takes in the places and how much she cares about families having fun!

The place has okay parking. My kids loved it there!! My son faced his fears with one bounce house they had.l. It doesnt have many arcade games but thats okay. I will go back! It was worth the 80min drive. .

They have done a great job with this place. Just to name a few things, they have bumper cars, bouncing and arcade and so much more. A great place for kids! My son and his cousin love it here. I had my daughters bday party at Bounce Town a few weeks ago and the place was absolutely perfect. The staff was very nice, attentive to the kids, and helpful. We had to make several trips from the car to bring decorations and food etc into the facility and without even being asked the staff came outside and helped us bring things in. We rented the Hollywood room, we had approximately 40 people (including adults) and it was more than enough room and chairs for everyone. The facility was very clean and safe for the kids and the kids had an absolute blast running around and trying the different activities there.the staff were very patient and great with the kids. I highly recommend Bounce Town and its definitely a place that I will visit again.

Great place to tire out the kids. Little or big, $10 for hours of fun.

If you have a child under 12 they will enjoy it but you cannot make an entire day out of it. They have 5 big bounce things then 1 for toddlers. I will say they keep it pretty clean, its the cleanest one Ive been to. We spent 2 hours there and that was enough for us.

Reasonable price for unlimited bounce houses ($15 age 4 and up, $10 under 4). Staff was friendly and let us help our kids in the bounce houses when they needed it (it wasnt busy, nobody took advantage). Observed three nice, themed rooms for birthday parties. Hollywood and Jungle themes looked pretty cool. Ample restrooms, even a family restroom with a changing table. Somewhat large arcade games (these all cost extra) and other activities (volcano climb and bumper cars) intertwined. Really nice toddler section with blocks, building games, and toddler dedicated bouncy house.

I liked this place when it opened up but its even nicer now theyve redone the floors and entrance. The staff is friendly and helpful. They keep it nice and clean which I really appreciate and theres always something new that the kids get excited about..

This place was perfect for my kids. We could spend all day here. The pricing is perfect. The 25$ deal is the way to go. Staff was awesome too!

We brought a group of 17 children in, ranging from ages 4:10 to 11, and they had a great time. We spent about 2 hours there. The admission cost only cover the jump house, climbing wall, bumper cars, arcade, and trampoline are extra. So I would recommend sending a time limit before you go in.Overall I was so happy with this place and will be returning.

Is good for bringing kids to burn out energy

Great place for a kids party or just to take kids to play for the day. They have laser tag, bumper cars, and a VR experience in addition to the bounce stuff. Slide is huge!

Dusty dirty and over priced

We have traveled the 75 min to get here many times now, even though there is a competing bounce town closer. My kids love it here, from the mini arcade, bumper car thingies, Climbing wall and of course - bounce houses. They have 3 rooms to do birthday parties, ample restrooms and occasionally offer some food (popcorn, pizza). There is a cool toddler area for the little ones not big enough to do the full size bouncers.My daughter cant get enough of the jumbo slide! There is also an alien spaceship, a soccer/football/basketball court jumper, a cliff jumper, an obstacle course and I think Im forgetting one.We usually spend a couple to a few hours here each time we visit! Well worth it.

$15 for a 4 year old is on the expensive side, just saying! Inflatables are way to close to each other and the kids kept falling through them, definetly a safety concern. I can’t believe the state allows them to stay open! The bounces are set up in a way where you can’t see the kids once they go. I would never come on the weekend, I would imagine kids go missing in a regular basis! After I spent $60 for 4 kids and then $13 for ice cream, I went to purchase a juice which was $1.50 I was told I needed a $5 minimum for a credit card!!!!!! I just spent $73, any place that pulls the $5 minimum thing is ridiculous. I owned a business and I would never impose on customers to spend a minimum especially after they just spent $73. Will not be back. Staff was very nice and professional that’s about it

Fun place to bring your kids to, kids under 4 are only 10 bucks entry, thats for a whole day! Place is more set for older kids, but my 18 month still had a blast. Friendly staff, area seemed clean, came on a Saturday lunch time, was enough people so its not like a ghost town, but not too crowded that you cant find your kid. Place not too loud, occasional party music, good environment to bring your kid in for a morning or afternoon.

Smells like a bowling alley but was really clean and the staff was super friendly. Lots of fun!!

Venue good for young childrens party.

This is by far the biggest indoor inflatable place in CT!! They dont have a bunch of small inflatables they have about 8 of the largest Ive ever seen!! I love how they also offered bungee trampoline and rock climbing. The arcade is comparable to any other one Ive been too in the area. They also have a good food menu!! It was a one stop shop for a great night out with the family!! We will deff be back :)

First of all, the entrance is not very inviting. When I walked in I was instantly hit with the smell of Febreze. Honestly that is not really the companys fault but still. My Friends and I had fun for about 3 minutes for that is as long as it took for us to go on all the attractions you get with admission price (15 us dollars) Everything else is 5 dollars per person. If the admission price is 15 dollars I should get more than 4 attractions. I stayed for 20 minutes. It is safe to say I will not be coming back here ever again.

This place is fun for the kids. One price is good for all day. Unfortunately, they are adding more and more things that cost money to do once inside. The pricy activities are taking up space that was previously occupied by bounce things that were included in the entrance price.

I went there with my friend and almost walked out after seeing 15 dollars PER PERSON and there was only one actual fun blow up witch was the cliff jumper the other one was a slide and then unmanaged “bounce houses” and then the extra things were MORE Expensive $5 per person for 3 minuets ok WOW then $6 for 2 ice creams then the arcade was small and none of the games gave a lot of points and the prizes Were HIGHLY overpriced like 25 for an individual sour patch kid?! so in total it was 71 DOLLARS WAISTED AND STOLEN

I have a 21 month old and she loves the toddler area of this place. I have two gripes though. The mickey mouse bounce house is loaded with clumps of hair all over it , its kind of gross, cant be too hard to vacuum that at night. My other (very minor) gripe is that they check to make sure my 21 month old has her hand stamped every time she enters or leaves the area. Seriously, shes going to sneak in? If only they put that much effort into cleaning the kids bounce houses.

I liked it, and my daughter who is turning three soon she liked it and had fun.But I think it needs more improvement, specially when you pay for one hour I think it should be a timer or something so you dont go more than an hour. And I think there should be more inflates or different ones.Just a thought.

Loud, frenetic. Full of upsell activities. You pay to get in, but then you have to pay extra for the bumper cars, extra for laser tag, extra for the rope jump, etc. Meanwhile the kids keep asking why they cant do all the activities. Every time I go here I regret it.

We are kind of bouncy place connoisseurs by this point since on road trips one needs to stop and let toddlers run off some steam and we actively seek out bouncy house places, but this one is our least favorite. Most places have a designated space for younger children, but brave tots like mine could also go into the middle size ones because there are gradual increases in size and required physical ability. Here this was not really possible because everything beyond the tot section was huge, meaning we paid for her to use basically 2 bounce structures on her own. There is also a crazy overabundance of staff, constantly surveilling you, which weve never seen, even in much larger spaces. Leaving my husband and daughter when we first arrived to check and see where else she might go, i passed no less than four employees in a tight, short pathway, all of whom stared like I was a minotaur, and two of whom were like, Where are you going? Um, im going to check out the space for my 2year old since weve already given you our $10! I respect that adults are not allowed to jump, but in all other places weve been, a parent can accompany a small child, like our 2year old, not to jump but to help them. It was only after asking twice, in a near empty place, that they begrudgingly said we could help her through two of the harder bounce structures. But wed have to leave if more people came! Sigh. If you have much older children who can roam alone and/or more than one child, then this place may be worth the cost. But considering the others weve been to, with amazingly nice employees and a less stressful vibe, we wont be back again until shes at least 4 and perhaps has a sibling for company.

The facility is too small for comfort when busy. However kids have a blast and never get tired of having fun.

It was fun and a good place.. staff was nice and watch out for everything so make sure things are ok.. and they let us go on the infainflatable So we were able to have a good time as well and the onther kids loved it as well..

Love this place good prices and nice staff

It was good for the first minute but then after I went on the first 4 bounce things (the fourth was a dodge ball pen was NOT fun i was hit in the face by a little kid with a HUGE ball then after that me and my friend sat in the two only spinney chairs at the tables that where discussing the guy wonted us to move but then he brought these two black fold out chair that looked like if the wind blew they would fall and then that is when i was hit with the smell of a febreze that back fired and a fart and sweat but if you think about it probably is just a bunch of little kid sweat and farts and they probably just trying to cover it up AND IT WAS SO EXPENSIVE we got in one of the rides you pay for the handle bar was SO sticky also the one slice of pizza witch was 5 dollars per slice and it was the size of a pizza bagle SO I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER I DO NOT ADVISE YOU EITHER.

It was a little wierd at first but I loved it.
