The staff here are exceptionally kind and welcoming. We (4) went here for a birthday mind you during a pandemic, and still had a great safe time. They clean everything very well, the staff kept saying happy birthday as they discovered it was one of our birthdays, our waiter was so so so generous and we had an all around great time. Great for small groups since most group games are Max 4 players and they request that if you play those games, you play with your group only.

I liked the note on the table when we sat indicating cleaning was done, gave piece of mind. The games were fun and the food was good. Great drink variety for sure. There was longer wait than wanted when it came to getting service at the table, and a little disappointed with the amount of hand sanitizer they had available on the game floor considering its a very hands on type of place. I would say add more pumps/wipes and get faster service at the restaurant and you will be 5 stars for sure.

So many great games! Very family friendly. Make sure to get as many tickets to play games with as possible because they go quickly!! It is worth the cost; my family especially loves playing Halo, Connect 4 basketball, and other multiplayer games. We get super competitive

The food was great and the games were fun though there are a lot more ticket games than I remember from the last one I went to in Michigan. My wife and I went to the bar area. The seating choices were limited because a lot of tables looked like they were waiting to be bused. We did find a seat at a larger than necessary table.The game where you throw balls at the clowns was my wifes favorite but we noticed one had a lot more balls than the other.It would be cool to have some more arcade style games that. Maybe that isnt a popular opinion.

This dave and busters is attached to a mall with plenty to do. The gaming floor was relatively dead so my kids and I had the reign of the machines. The people that work here were nice, no issues at all.

Its just a cool spot. They keep games up so you rarely have moments when you cannot play something. I didnt see much adhesion to covid rules nor enforcement of such rules, but everyone was able to have fun. Thats needed right now!

My husband and I went yesterday and we had so much fun it was a great day and the fact that they are maintaining social distancing between the games and constant cleaning really brings peace of mind knowing you are being taken care of

Menu has been greatly limited. Not necessarily a bad thing and I understand, but it does influence the score. Some of my favorite dishes have been changed to a more watered down version

Dave & Busters is a very family friendly place. As well as a cool hangout for friends.

The service was great, food and drinks were great and they were very good on keeping sanitizer available and the games clean!!!

A arcade without mortal kombat or street fighter 2 marvel vs capcom 2 or xmen vs street fighter is not much of an arcade at all i mean how can we teach the millennium als about the games before them by having these retro games in front of them and dont get me started no mario bros donkey kong this arcade is a straight fraud but okay

Previously i rated this location 5 stars but after today I’m sorry but i will not recommend this location again. Not only are they out of certain food items but they no longer power up and have raised prices. Shame on you guys you have to do better

Just for my experience I think it should be bigger but is inside the mall so size is actually perfect for it. It can be loud if you bring your infant in with you or a toddler like I have a very energetic 2year old she wouldn’t like how loud everything is because there is a sports bar for adults and that’s a bonus. My 2year old daughter actually would love playing with all those activities (no matter how young for this kind of entrainment setting) . The basketball (with help) and the skew-ball is a favorite in the family. Tons of options. The food there is great!

I was able to achieve a pretty good pay out of credits compared to the amount of cash spent. I walked away with tons of prizes for the little one we both had a blast!!

BEST PLACE ON EARTH. I came and was greeted with the utmost respect by the hostess. We sat down and were greeted by everyone working. We had the nachos and before I knew it they were out. Fresh out and tasted amazing. I had the best server Sam and he continuously checked on us to make sure everything was up to par. Please come with you family here as I will be back to enjoy the great atmosphere and fun games!!!

Love going there for the games and drinks... food I give a 3 because I liked the sliders and fries I got but not the tenders or sauces served with it... For drinks I got a strawberry mango alcoholic beverage and a strawberry watermelon one as well... Both were equally delicious but I like the strawberry watermelon better because it came with watermelon ice cubes which were just as tasty as the drink itself!!

This was a fun experience as I was hanging out friends and family as we we hit the arcade. The staff is incredibly nice and they are attentive. As I was eating, I was able to enjoy a football game on the big screens that they offer. I would recommend this place and I plan to come here again. The food is amazing no cap. I love this place.

Renee is an amazing server. She is very knowledgeable about the restaurant and menu. It is extremely busy but she is extremely attentive! We had a great experience and love it here we will defiantly come back.

Great place to bring the family

Not a place for me. Too loud. The food basically sucked. They served something they call chicken wings, but it was ruined with breading. The wing sauce so was ok. I heard other people that I was with saying that they nachos were great. I could not disagree more... There was almost no cheese on the nachos! and it seemed like they tried to cover that up by drenching the nacho chips in some kind of white sauce. Nachos are all about lots of cheese! Cheese on every chip! Ugh. Totally disappointed in the food. The service was good and friendly.

Fun for all ages guaranteed. I’ve taken my daughter here to play kids games, as well as come here with a group of 30 something year old friends and had a blast each time I’ve come. Machines are well kept and maintained, and the service is both friendly and helpful.

I love Dave and busters the people who work there are normally always nice, they have a lot of deals that happen throughout the week. The games there are all very fun to play and the ones that give tickets give a lot of them. In the prize center they have a more then just candy or little kids toys, they have board games, home appliances, stationary, video games, collectors items and I think all of that really makes saving up tickets worth it. During the virus some games are blocked off in order to enable proper social distancing, the guide lines they follow there is wearing a mask and gloves they provide gloves but not masks. The only down side I find is the price if you spend 56$ you get roughly 365 points to play games, the only problem is the price of points a game costs to play most are between 5ish-12ish and that causes the points to go by rather quick however and Wednesdays the points to play a game are cut in half so most games are now between 2.5ish-6ish this makes the money spent a lot more worth it. The food they have there isnt the best and service normally takes a while but they have pretty typical bar foods for you to get the other down side of the food is how expensive it is to eat there I believe when me and my grandma went it almost totaled to be 100$ just for the two of us so be prepared to spend if you plan on eating as well as playing there. But other all o highly recommend Dave and busters if you enjoy arcades because they have a bit for everyone and its always a blast going there

Fun! My friends and I had fun playing the games. The restaurant area wasnt the best part, we waited to place our drink order so long that ended up deciding to go to a different restaurant. The rest of the place was great!

Went on a Thursday evening with co-workers. It wasnt packed but I like it that way. No long wait for food or drinks. We had a good time. Love the selection of long island ice teas!

So we went to Dave & Busters on Valentines day for a nice date with my boyfriend for some games food and fun. after we were seated, greeted and ordered drinks and an appetizer, our waitress did not take our entree order until after she got all 3 entree orders from tables that arrived after us. after finally getting the order in the manager came over after 15 minutes and double checked our order to make sure it was correct. another 10 minutes afters the waitress came and double checked again that my boyfriend and i were allergic to mushrooms and tomatoes , so appreciate the extra care but the order was finally sent after 25 minutes. upon waiting another 30 minutes for the drunken steak and steak and shrimp bistro they arrived with tomatoes and mushrooms so they were sent back the brought them back again with tomatoes and mushrooms! as well as missing a side i order and the other being incorrect and the steak on the bistro was completely raw. Sent back a third time to still be missing my sides and the steak now from raw to overly done and mushrooms yet again. I dont understand how we literally said 3 times no mushrooms and they brought back the plate with mushrooms on it 3 times!!! Unreal.

I took my two nephews to this Dave and Busters and they had a blast! They loved the games and whole environment. More importantly the restaurant staff, especially Remi the Operations Manager, took wonderful care of my nephew who has severe allergies. He was so very thorough and made sure my nephew felt comfortable eating yet not stigmatized. We will totally come back just because of the great care in this area. More establishments should consider following Dave & Busters allergy protocol and train their staff on how to deal with people with severe allergies.

I ordered the avocado grilled chicken sandwich I had was really good! This is a really nice location and the server was on point and very polite. Would definitely come again. A lot of fun!

0 customer service at this place. Was with a couple of friends playing a few games. We sat at the bar and ordered some beers. Took about 5 minutes just to get the attention of the bartender (there was one other person in bar area who looked like she was finishing up her food). Once we got our beers she was never to be seen again. Well, she was seen in the back area texting on her phone or sitting down. Unfortunate because I did want to order another drink and look at a food menu. Oh well. The games are great and fun but I would skip the bar/restaurant solely based on the fact that they clearly do not care about providing good service.

Food took over 45 min to get to table. Then dessert took so long we got tired of waiting and left. Excuse was that the ‘kitchen got slammed’. No attempt to make it up to us, or apologize for the big miss. Do not come near this crowded, overrated place on a Saturday night.

Stopped by during bachelor party, didnt order at a table but the bar instead. Ended up waiting near 15 minutes to be asked for an order. Not a bad place for family night but wouldnt recommend for an early date or fun night with friends.

Some wait for dining area but not too bad, able to play games while waiting. Located in mall ,was not that busy. Best if eating and playing better value that way

I had my sons birthday party in Milford and the whole party team was awesome. We were greeted with open arms and felt very welcomed. The service, food, drinks and games were great. My family had a blast.

Oh god it was so much fun. The accommodated me my fiance and all of our friends for her birthday party. They were amazing the food was omg delicious. The manager on duty was awesome. I definitely am coming back not only to play all the games but for the food as well.

Omg I had such a great time here. The workers were really nice and made sure I had a wonderful evening. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back many more times in the future!

The food was not good. I spoke to the manager and he tryed to explain it away. Nothing was done. Dinner for 2 was $71.00 included 2 game cards. If I ever return I wont order food. I know the photo looks good but the ribs were so dry that the meat was unedable then covered it with sause. I had mini slides and only 2 out of 4 had meat. Chicken tenders were ok but ice cold.

You now have to pay an extra $3 for your game card as though the prices weren’t a little over done already. Not to mention how much (little) liquor is put into their drinks.If you’re thinking “Dave and Busters with the friends, heck yeah great time!” Don’t get too excited. You’ll already be spending a pretty penny to just get a buzz before entering the arcade.

Food was very good, service was decent, but price wise this place has gotten too expensive since they got rid of the Eat & Play Combo.

The game area is big with plenty of games to keep us entertained, the bar is nice. The appetizers are great but I can’t say the same for the rest of the food. Simple, no taste at all. Doesn’t even taste like salt. Definitely not coming back here for the food.

Was not a good experience coming to this Dave and busters for the first time. I live in Florida and came here with family to have a good time and did not. We waited 10 minutes before a server even greeted us, one of the managers came to take our drink orders, waited another 15 minutes before the manager came back apologizing about the screw up with drink orders. We re ordered our drinks still waited another 5 to 10 minutes. Another manager came by and got our drinks to our table. We had to wait for our drinks while we then got our appetizers. So overall before we got everything we waited close to 45 minutes with getting everything on our table. Also the Bloody Mary I had to drink was not good at all, which of course the manager pre warned me that it might not be that good of a drink. I have been to Dave and busters multiple times in Panama City Florida and never received the lack of service that I received here. Never going to return here again. Also there was less than 20 people in the bar area, so there should be no excuse as to why it took so long for all our items to be taken care of.

The arcade part was a lot of fun ...BUT the restaurant part was horrible! We waited about 20 min to be greeted. Our soda glasses were dirty. It took about 45 min to get our food ...and the food wasnt even that good. Our waitress never came to check on us and it took over 30 min to get our bill. It wasnt even that busy (a Tuesday night). We will definitely come back to play, but will never eat there again!

The bartenders were very rude and stand offish. The drinks were not good, and normally I really enjoy the drinks from this place. Overall, bad experience. The manager was very nice & I wish he was there to see how his bartenders were treating his customers. No one greeted me when I first sat and I had to flag her down many times to take my order when it wasn’t busy.

Always a great time when your at D&Bs. Food was what you would expect from a chain but the prompt service was unexpected. Servers were on top of their tables and the back of the house was really making their mark on a VERY busy Valentines Day. Definitely will go back again with family and friends.

Everyone here is very pleasant and attention to detail is great. No broken machines, facility is always clean, and the overall atmosphere is a lot of fun.

Went with a few friends for the first time. Upon arriving, I was told they were running a special discount for partys of four. I asked to get the special for 45 dollars and figured we would split the card between the four of us. The desk attendant Ignacio proceeds to charge my card 4 times and racks up a 180 bill. I ask to have that refunded as that was clearly not what we wanted. He started getting an attitude and said come on bro...if you wanted to be cheap then you should have gone to Chucky cheese. That was the final straw. I will never return to this establishment again.

Second time I went, the experience was super bad, slow service, waitress offered liquor that was no longer available (why offer it if you are out of it).

The slowest service of any place Ive ever been including the DMV on a day after a holiday. A little background: my last visit to this Dave and Busters was a year ago shortly after they opened. The service was extremely slow and I chalked it up to a new staff working out the kinks. A year later and I visit with a group of 12 people at lunchtime. The restaurant and bar area are pretty empty, my group makes up about half of the total patrons, and it takes about 40 minutes before we have to call someone over to take our order. 45 minutes later the food starts to come out for half of us and all the fries are cold. After another 10 minutes we get the 2nd round of food and 2 orders are missing. During our wait another coworker showed up, heard about how long we had waited and decided to head into the food court of the mall we were in. He was able to get his meal eat it and come back and sit with us before we were all served on a Friday at lunch time in a relatively empty restaurant. We had asked to speak with a manager a few times and eventually the kitchen manager was sent to address our concerns while the other management staff looked on. We were told that there was a large private party in one of the private rooms that was causing the delay but throughout the entire time we were there we saw at least 3 employees at a time hanging out at the end of the bar. At the end of all this the kitchen manager did apologize and comp our meal. He was extremely professional in the face of several angry customers and handled the situation very well, the only bright spot of the entire experience.If you plan to visit this Dave and Busters you should probably eat elsewhere.

Me and my friends had the best experience with Renee in our time there. After a little bit of a wait, Renee found us and even though she wasn’t in our section she still took us on as a table. She was so attentive and the only reason we stayed.

A friend and I visited a few days ago and it was not a good experience at all. We started off with dinner and after waiting quite awhile for a waiter we put in our drink orders and it took a full 20 minutes to get a beer that we ordered, only to have it be the wrong kind (a Coors Light was ordered and we somehow ended up with an Angry Orchard). When we got our food we still had no utensils and it took awhile to get the waiters attention to get them so we could actually eat our food. The food wasnt bad but ordering a new drink felt impossible since no one ever checked on us, instead it looked like some of the waiters were just hanging out socializing with each other at the end of the bar.The worst part of the night was when we added chips to one of our cards. We selected the option to add $20 but got charged for $29 (as though we picked the $25 chip option plus we were charged a $4 fee even though it wasnt a new card or anything). We still only got 100 chips (the amount for a $20 purchase). When we went to the front desk to have it fixed we had to wait several minutes while multiple people had to be called up to help and we were refunded $9 but also had a bunch of chips removed from the card. We do not plan on returning to this location again.

Its nice and spacious with more than enough eating areas, a pretty cool looking bar space (which I have yet to experience) and the arcade area is enough to keep my kids entertained not to mention Its a nice mix of children and adults and the crowds dont really seem to be in the way of each other, maybe its the timing.The Games: (bare with me. I am by no means a gamer and do not know the proper vernacular)-blaster shooting games, Jurassic World-Sonic/Mario Olympics (kids are obsessed with Sonic)-Mario Racing- motorcycle Racing-spin the wheel carnival type of games-basket ball shooting-virtual rides (*youll pay extra*)-dancing gamesIf you are sensitive to noises and flashing lights beware, but overall it was A LOT of fun, I even got in on the action.Happy Gaming!!
