I love this place. Ive camped here for 3 days a couple years ago and it was the best! Camping almost on the shoreline it was amazing. The sand underneath my tent made such a comfortable place to sleep, the earth was cradling my back. I woke up feeling better than I had in years. Such a beautiful place. You really need to get over here and enjoy the earth. Id suggest bringing a friend or multiple friends.

Make sure youre at the right park they will charge you twice. Great open space for all kinds of outdoor activities from Soccer to bike riding big open field to picnic and plenty of BBQ grill and little cottages to really make a day of it at the park. Beach and water actives are available too. Really a great place for a a Family ot friends Day Out!

The beach is perfectly quiet. The walking trails are fresh break from the city. If you have a bike that goes off road, youll love this place just as much. Make sure you bring a helmet.

Came here to spend my weekend. It was a nice sunny day. There are great views and relaxed vibes. I brought a book with me and read attentively. This is really a good place. I like here!

Very nice area especially for kids. The barbecue sauce are perfectly located close to water. Theres only one shower area. And the water isnt the clearest. Theres a lot of seaweed but the water is shallow.

The beach is nice. There are vendors conveniently placed for food, chairs, umbrellas, etc. The problem was the area where I was smelled like feces. Every time the wind shifted it brought the smell. Overall a nice experience though and my child had a blast!

Nice free Beach with amazing views of the ocean. Even in the afternoon, we were able to see fish soon around us and even saw a sea cucumber on through the water. Only negative thing was a person smoking cigars, which carried over thru the air, and some people not distancing enough, and small amounts of old litter on the sand. There were no changing rooms near us either but maybe thats the way it is... Well plan better next time.

Seems like a nice little park although the facilities looked older from the exterior. I went during a weekday and just walked around for 15 minutes. It was during the pandemic so I didnt have to pay to get in.

Great place to host burning man miami luvburn. Right on the sand lots of open space and sky at night. Good times were had by all. I recommend attending if you like patchouli and and super woke. Also, do yoga.

Great place for family friendly beach as well as beautiful nature trails and great staff with bountiful information on this Historic Beach. Very important for Miami culture to preserve the history.

SPECTACULAR place to watch the sunrise. We arrived about 15 minutes before sunrise and spend about an hour and half at this delightful beach. Other than several bicyclists, we were the only inhabitants on the beach. There were several paddle boarders, and canoes on the water. As the sun started peaking over the horizon we were rewarded with a spectacular vision of amazing colors of nature. The pictures attached barely do justice to the visions of nature. An Incredible place to watch a sunrise.

The cove is pristine and quiet. I went to search for sea glass. It was almost deserted because there’s no swimming allowed. I enjoyed the quiet and beauty,

Great alternative to the other beaches in Key Biscayne. Very nice area full of grills, tables, etc. The view on a nice day is spectacular. Easy to park, $8 per car to get in. The only bad thing was the restroom super dirty and it was only 12pm when we arrived... please keep them cleaner!

Rented a kayak from VKOC, 3801 Rickenbacker Causeway and had a fabulous time! The equipment was perfect and the entry into and out of the water was no problem with the onsite staff help. Will go again soon

The beach is on the way to the beautiful Key Biscayne. Beach with a natural environment, suitable for relaxing and excellent for water sports. Its waters are very hot and full of seaweed. Beautiful view over Miami (downtown). Note that there is a toll on the way ($ 3).

This is a very beautiful piece of land. They have events at this location. But there is also access on any regular day. There are places to rent kayaks and long boards, or mountain bikes. There is a small parking lot, and lots of great beaches and paths to walk along. There are also showers, playgrounds and bathrooms on site.

Crocodiles live there! Take bug spray! Disc golfers prepare to lose a disc. But still easily one of the most amazing scenic parks offered .

Beautiful Park. I was there for the finish line of our race and it was definitely a wonderful way to end the day! Found a cool wooden sculpture. The beach was a sight to see. The water was clear! We had an amazing time. Even met a small kitten! I will definitely be returning here on a day with no race!

Nice beach spot that doesnt get overcrowded like many other areas in Miami. Plenty of parking and nice bike/ walking trails. Theres also quite a few sheltered areas for large groups. You can also rent bikes, chairs and umbrellas. And if you get hungry there is a restaurant. My only thing is I think the bathrooms could be maintained a little better.

A magnificent jewel for Miami. How this park came about is a testament to all, especially the black community for their perseverance in overcoming racial divides.

Heaven in Miami. 7 min way from the noise and the stress of the city. The trails for biking are the best I love go and exercise and clean my head

Amazing,an excellent place to ride on bikes,take your dog,as a recommended place,look for the Peruvian seviche,served on the caravan that is parking on the dog beach,dont loose that opportunity and come to enjoying an excellent day with your family

The area is well maintained and patrolled by law enforcement personnel. The beach area is clean, but the seaweed tended to be overtaking the water, which by the way was very warm. The beach was not crowded, must likely because of COVID-19.

Beautiful piece of beach with splendid view on Miami downtown. Very narrow part of sand limited by palm trees and (free!) parking. After some time spent there, we had delicious lunch in Rusted Pelican. Highly recommended both places

Super fun, but that 5pm closing time is serious, yall. We rolled in at 5:30, and the slide was all locked up at the top, bottom and middle. Since we came all that way, we just started at the middle and rode to the bottom gate. Less fun than otherwise, but thats sort of our fault, right?

I love the weather, the atmosphere here. I even bring my coworkers to walk and pic nic weekends.

Nice park with quieter beaches in the north part. And a good place for paddle boarding. Unfortunately as in many other places people are pigs and you should watch out for pieces of broken glass in the sand. Also there is garbage bins everywhere so use it and do not dump your plastics all over the place ..

This place is amazing, very clean, nice beach to enjoy the time. The parking fee to access this park start from 8$ for car. You can rent some installation here and bring events organizer for company picnic or with the family. Or if you want just go around the beach to have an enjoyable time. They have bathroom here, playground for kids and some mechanical horses carousels. I really recommend this great place. Was a wonderful day.

The place is a little run down but if your looking to collect shells its a great place. Just be careful walking on the beach. There were Portuguese man of war jellyfish.

5 holy stars especially in the morning for a great bike ride and views. Not so great when folks wake up and start arriving and driving on the roads. Still the best views of Miami with lots of parking. The beaches are freindly, shallow and good for kids and folks training.

The Park is damn beautiful, it is big and its pretty comfortable. The park is divided in many areas, the one in the photos is the one designated for swimming. Theres a Hammock area and a Bicycle Trail. I love this place. Added to my favorite places list in Florida.

Amazing place! you have beach, walking routes and also you can do some mountain bike. If you go you have to take care of the habitat and the fauna of Virginia to help them to keep this beautiful place.

Love this place. This is my most favorite spot to watch the sunset in Miami. This tree is the best.

Its very beautiful. I find it better than south miami beach. Less crowded. Very calm and peaceful. Definitely a must visit to enjoy the beach with a historic site. Water is clean, beach is clean with very low or no tides. Lots of tables and picnic spots available. You can see beautiful high rise and miami shoreline. There is a nominal charge per vehicle and usually 2$ cheaper on weekdays.

Best park of MTB for the South Florida community. Especially if you go early in the morning you can see the difference between the temperature of the trails.️

Small beach. Nice if you have lets as they allow it ...and the sulfur smell during hot summers are not as bad as at Crandon beach

The beach is really beautiful, big play ground for the children. Great for events, I love this place.

I took my niece to the kayaks to see the manatees, we took public transport so we walk the mile and a half under the sun to get there from the entrance, on the way back we were very tired but started walking, the park ranger pass in his pickup and offered to give us a ride to the door, we told him we were taking the bus, he took us to the bus station!!! We had a unforgettable time we will never forget. Thank you park ranger you are the BEST!!!

Visited here for the Miami international boat show last year. Area feels like it’s getting a tad old now. Although with that said it is still. Very clean and very popular area. Beaches were nice and clean. Lots of attractions in the area to suit all sorts of people. We got lucky with the weather at the time of year we went. Overall was a great experience visiting and would be more than happy to return to the area in the future. Highly recommended if you wish to see more areas of Miami Florida United States of America’s!

It was quiet, fairly clean, people were nice. Not alot of tourists.

Nice place away from the crowds. You can bring a charcoal BBQ (gas not allowed). There are wooden tables with benches. Manaties, pelicans, racoons and many other species peacefully share the place with you.

Really awesome park. The beach is super nice and is often hosting great events.

Beaches at South Miami Beach are much better but here you have free parking, can have a barbecue day, rent a katamaran or a surfboard, and dogs are allowed. And the best of all is the sunset.

Was here for 9Mile show had great time! Set up was great...vendors awesome good food and variety of beer as past shows u only had two to choose from.

Lovely beach, I remained in the heart, very few people very clean park behind the beach a park where you can make a barbecue with special barbecues, garbage and equipped with tables with chairs, baths and showers. the sea is beautiful and impeccable cleanliness.

This beautiful public beach has restrooms, water fountains, snack vendors and watersports rentals. The pristine Waters of the bay are inviting, and its a great place to bring your canine companion.

The beach is full of insects. So definitely do not go there thinking that you’ll kay down at the beach. Really nice to bike and then stop by there to look at the view that’s amazing.

Despite many not liking this place for ULTRA - I thought it was awesome!!! Would love to come back next year. The amount of space was ridiculous - Very nice atmosphere with trails in the middle of what felt were jungles. Liked it.
