Absolutely love visiting the Miami Beach Botanical gardens. If you need some peace and quiet this is the place for you. So many butterflies. Lots of benches seats and quiet places to be at one with nature in the middle of Miami. What’s not to love about that. I Loved every second. This morning they were setting up for a wedding and oh my goodness it looked beautiful...

4 acres of land encompass a beautiful ode to tropical paradise. While it feels rather small, those with attention to detail could spend a good hour here. An eccentric tour guide allowed us to join in with a group of ladies enjoying a stroll through the gardens. Seeing palm trees, hearing about the species (there are apparently over 2500 different types of palm trees, if I heard right, but only two types of palms - the feather-like or the fan-like).

This is one of the most beautiful gardens I’ve seen in Miami and it’s free. It has 1000’s of plans, flowers lizards and turtles. The grass is very well kept. All the plans are so nice green and healthy. Here you can find so many different kinds of palm trees fro all around the world as well as flowers and banana trees. If you have time to visit this amazing place is well recommended. Come over and enjoy a nice walk since under the trees and really relax.

It’s a beautiful park which I thought was going to be open as it says on google until 5 but wasn’t. A friend & I wanted to take some photos and it was closed and the staff was really rude saying we should have checked the website and that they charge for entry and how they’re open only some days. They also charge a lot just to take photos. Other than that the park is gorgeous but hard to enjoy/get into.

What an incredibly beautiful place. An oasis in Miami Beach. A variety of garden styles, choices of guided or or audio tours, or no none at all. Wanna buy some plants? Thats the spot. Wanna do a little composting. There you go. And some days, there is yoga.

A beautiful park located near the convention center. The park is donation based, and all the workers here are some of the friendliest people I have seen. I watched a worked stop what he was doing to help people take group photos every time someone would pass him. The park is a nice quiet walk, lots of blooming flowers and butterflies, I am sure you would notice tons of iguanas We spent about 2 hours walking around this small park would come back here again. Lots of shade in the park

The gift shop is very lovely with beautiful finds and friendly, funny people that work there. Bring a quarter so you can feed the koi fish and turtles. Tours are available. Perfect place to take photos for any occasion.

Though it’s a fairly small botanical garden, I still enjoyed my time here. It just so happened that it was almost next to my friends place who I stayed with so I for sure had to check it out. It’s free! Which is a mayor plus for expensive Miami Beach. There are many tropical plants, a Japanese garden and much more. My personal favorite was the tillandsia wall :)

I am a local. Do not get confused with the name Botanical Gardens. There is a small botanical garden and the entrance is free. This IS NOT the main attraction for tourists. It is more of a local park with a lot of activities and a place to rent for events. Nice garden, especially the Japanese garden. It is very relaxing. I bring all my friends and family from out of the town to visit the park because is really pretty.

MIAMI BEACH BOTANICAL GARDENSThe Miami beach botanical gardens is a beautiful garden in South beach Miami. It deserves one visiti if you are around. They also host events and parties. The garden has very beautiful tropical trees and plants. There is a pond also. It has koi fishes and other vibrant coloured fish in it. There are yoga sessions held in the morning I am told. When I went there was an ongoing event about some swimwear brand so I got free snacks too. You can get awesome photos here. There is also a unicorn sculpture which is about the size of a real life horse. It is decorated with live plants that give it a nice edge. There are various walls that are laden with climbers and have a bench in front. The benches can be used for eating too. There are butterflies also in the area because of the huge number of flowers. And another added advantage, the famous South beach is just a ten minute walk form the garden so you can visit it while coming from the beah or go the beach after you have enjoyed these gardens. It is nort a very big area but it is well maintained.

A reprieve from the hustle and bustle that is Miami Beach. The botanical gardens are not big enough to take a stroll, but not too big where a visit will take you all day. Various tropical and local plants abound. Theres even an area where you can bring home your own plants at very reasonable rates. The one criticism is that they have a really gorgeous patio, a small bar would have been appreciated, especially too sit amongst the foliage. Luckily its BYOB, that being said always be respectful of your surroundings while in the garden.

Its small but planted with a lot of love. Liked the Japanese garden and the Koi were the highlight for me.The variations of Bamboo and other non-native plants was nice.Overall the place is very small. Other said you can spend 2 hours here, maybe if you go plant by plant, but in general its more like a 1 hr visit. They are building park right next to it, in front of the convention center, so hopefully this will help and not detract from the little botanical garden. Also, right on the side of the convention center, across the street from the botanical garden, is a path with sculptures and a waterway. Its a nice little stroll. When in the neighborhood: have lunch at Mister O1 for an Italian lunch. Its hidden away in a building, but devoid of tourists and really high quality food.
